This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for dining in. The living room area features a new queen sleeper sofa, one split A/C, and ceiling fans. Entertainment includes a TV equipped with cable and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Other upgrades included in the bedroom are a split A/C, a new king bed, fresh paint and décor for a tranquil night's rest. This condo also has a private washer and dryer for added convenience.

Our family of 3 enjoyed a wonderful stay in West Maui. The property had all the necessary amenities including a great pool and hot tub. Close to restaurants and groceries. Very pleased overall.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this unit. We have stayed in 6 different units throughout Papakea because it is our resort of choice. This was the best! I am so grateful to have found owners with similar values: great bed, linens, quiet and efficient A/C. This unit also has aesthetically pleasing decor! However, it is not swanky. If you value new counter tops, cabinets, appliances this isn't the unit for you.

We struck gold with this rental: the property itself is beautifully designed and cared for, and our unit was clean, modern, and very, very comfortable. With a child in tow, we were grateful for the little extras like putting clubs, beach chairs, and tennis rackets, and we had plenty of room for the 3 of us. We would love to book the same space next year!

Great location! Beach was super close, house is stocked with everything we needed and nicely decorated without a bunch of nicnacs everywhere! We couldn't be happier and look forward to staying here again in the near future. The owner is very nice!!!

Great location and great views from the room. The staff and front desk were all very friendly. The bed is very comfy! My husband and I both noted how well we slept each night. There is a second air unit in bedroom which was really nice to have otherwise it would have been a bit stuffy. The kitchen is functional with all the appliances and utensils you would need. It’s definitely out of date but honestly you can tell that from the pictures so it wasn’t a surprise. They provide beach chairs and tennis rackets and cooler…all very nice to have. Even had some ice packs in the freezer! The resort was very clean and every day they were on the grounds pruning, raking, cleaning, etc. We loved the location. Easy access and easy drive to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. The beach directly in front of the condos isn’t really swimmable but literally 20 feet in either direction was a nice beach to set up your chairs and swim and snorkel. Although this resort doesn’t have a little restaurant beachside many of the resorts next door do if you need a quick little bite. There are a parking lot full of food trucks an easy short walk that has OK food. It wasn’t anything to write home about but definitely nice to have for a quick bite with easy access. Overall it was a great resort, clean(which was very important to us), quiet, easy access. I would recommend a stay here!

Great views of the ocean from the lanai. Sunset is spot-on to enjoy here with an evening cocktail! The unit was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable too. The property grounds are beautifully landscaped and communication with the management quick and easy. Hope to return again

The place is in a great location, with nearby conveniences such as a supermarket and a car rental. We appreciated that it wasn't in the dense part of the Kahalani resort, making it a little more secluded and peaceful.

We had a great stay. Beautiful gardens, pools and beaches. Very helpful Concierge! We will return and stay here again. FYI, refrigerator leaks and bedroom window screens above the bed were caked with looked like years of dust.

This is our 3rd stay at Papakea and we always have a great time. Nice amenities and great location. My only feedback for unit G204 is they need a better light in the shower area, very dark. The rest was great, comfy bed, beautiful view, nicely stocked kitchen, pretty decor!

Well-appointed condo. Balcony with views of the courtyard and pool and the ocean beyond. The complex was full of vacating families but not loud or disruptive - a nice beachy vibe. Easy walk to great takeout food. we enjoyed the outdoor yoga class offered by the resort.

Location, Location, Location.....this place is in the perfect location on the Lahaina side of the island. Perfectly located between Lahaina and Napili! Short Uber rides everywhere and even shorter walks to some of the best restaurants. Java Jazz, Flappy Cakes, Dukes, and L & L BBQ. I could go on with many more options...all a short walk away, not to mention a Times grocery store with everything you could need. If that isn't enough the ever present ABC Market next door. The unit is perfect...a view of the pool and the ocean greats you. Everything you could need for your stay is available. The unit has A/C but we didn't use it as the trade winds kept the unit nice and cool with the ocean breeze. Definitely a perfect couples getaway!

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at the lovely Papakea Resort condo. The grounds were always clean. A short walk to food trucks, the market, and the start of the beach walk way. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed, including being able to see the beautifully sunsets from the lanai!

Clean. Comfortable bed. Kids said hide-a-bed was good. Kitchen had everything we needed. All appliances worked well. AC was loud but we would just use for a bit it to cool the place and then use the fresh air. Great view (would have preferred tall table and chairs so railing didn’t obstruct when sitting on lanai). But we also understand this can be a safety issue for little kids. Although there isn’t a beach right out front, the grounds are beautiful and close proximity to everything (foodtrucks, stores, surf and snorkel rental). Easy and ample parking for rental car so did lots of day trips to various beaches. We appreciated beach umbrella, towels and little cooler. There were beach chairs too, but we didn’t use them. We easily recommend this place and would happily return. The only issue is we aren’t still there.

Accurate to the photos and listing. The location is close to supplies and offers a lovely view from the balcony. It’s well stocked with essential beach and kitchen supplies. Although it’s not as updated as other units it still comfy including the king size bed.

This was our third stay ay Papakea resort and our first in this unit. It was very well located and had all the amenities that anyone should want. We have been to Maui many times and rented a car to get around, but this time we Used Speedy Shuttle to and from the airport. Because of the Papakea location we had many restaurants all within walking distance, grocery stores close, two very nice pools and of course right on the ocean. We had no complaints and next time in Maui we will again stay at Papakea and this unit if available.

This place is lovely. We traveled there for the winter holiday and had a wonderful time. The view from the balcony is idyllic, the heated pool and putting green are so much fun for the whole family, and there is nothing like enjoying the hot tub after a day at the beach. I recommend this place for a relaxing getaway. And, you cannot beat the location. It is one block away from a grocery store, delicious mediterranean restaurant, and a food truck park. I walked to and from the grocery store numerous times and found it easy and convenient. We love preparing our own meals on family trips, so this was just perfect for us all the way around.

This property is clean, well-located, and less than a 10 minute drive from an excellent snorkeling beach where we saw turtles, eels, octopuses, and do many different kinds of fish. Food trucks are within easy walking distance, and the complex is well maintained, quiet and family friendly.

Excellent stay at Kaanapali!

My one week stay here was great. The location is excellent, walking distance to the Kaanapali beach walking trail, close to the store and great food trucks. It's also an easy drive to Lahaina. The condo itself was what I'd hoped from the pictures. Great ocean view, perfect place for morning coffee and dinner. The two pools in the complex were nice, and it seemed when one was super busy the other was not. I had one minor plumbing issue at check in that was (very) quickly resolved. Best of all, the setup allowed for a nice breeze through the unit at all times, so I never had to use the AC. And the My Perfect Stay people were easy to contact. I look forward to returning.

I'm traveling on Maui for a month and spent the first week at the Papakea Resort. The location was excellent, and the unit all I had hoped from the pictures (you never know). Excellent ocean views (might consider getting taller deck furniture to give a slightly better view when seated), and a perfect breeze through the unit which meant I did not have to use the AC! The My Perfect Stay folks were easy to reach (a simple plumbing issue at check in was very quickly solved) and deal with. I hope to return again.

Good but AC not good

The property was very nice. Unit was clean and the area is located in a very convenient location. The one draw back is the AC. It basically is a window mount sitting in the living room venting out to the patio. On a hot day you have to have it on full blast to be cool and then forget watching tv it’s way too loud, Sitting on the patio when the AC is on is also almost impossible. If you expect to use the AC much I’d go some where else. Other units have a more modern AC system and it’s much better than this unit.

After months of stay home and remote working, when Maui reopened for visitors with negative Covid test, I booked right away. I've been to Papakea before and though things are modified a bit in current times, everything was great! Papakea had hand sanitizer around the property, and the staff was diligently checking for negative Covid test before you could enter pool/bbq area. Location is great, condo was clean, had the basic necessities, including a 2nd tv in the bedroom that I used for my monitor for work. I particularly enjoyed the lanai which provides you an ocean view where you can hear the waves and the waterfall. It was a great place to relax. My Perfect Stay was helpful with the few questions I had, they checked in a few times to make sure everything was good; it was a few nice touch points but not too much. When I decided I wasn't ready to go home on my initial return date, I sent them an email and received a call shortly after. It took less than 5 minutes to get my stay extended. I only wish I could've stayed longer.

Great value and location! The property was very well kept and had everything we needed for our family of 4. It’s not a luxurious resort but had lots of activities like tennis, putting green, shuffle board and a nice pool that wasn’t too busy. It was so good that my mom and dad staying elsewhere said that they would look into staying at the papakea for their next stay. The patio was great with a lovely view of the ocean. The only small criticism we have is the ac unit which we thought was too loud and not well placed right next to pull out sofa where our kids were sleeping. The fan in our bedroom though ensured we had no issues. However if it was hotter I think it could be an issue.

First time in Hawaii and was not disappointed. My husband and I stayed at Papakea G204 for 10 days in October. We hated to leave. The view of the ocean and pool from our private Lanai was amazing. The property was beautifully landscaped and well maintained. We would stay here again for sure! Mahalo!

We had a great time in Maui. Papakea is a family friendly and laid back resort. The grounds were exceptionally maintained and the pool was fun for kids. Quiet and mellow in the evenings. Close very close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The unit was perfect for our family of 3.

Thanks for a great stay! My wife and I had our honeymoon in Maui and stayed at Papakea G204, and had no issues. Great location near some local food joints and a very short walk to a small beach and great views. We would definitely stay here again.

Magical Sunsets on Immaculate Property!

This condo is great! It is in the perfect location and extremely easy to navigate! The sunsets at night are pure magic, and the property itself is immaculate. The only downfall (if it can even be called that) is that the air conditioner is situated behind the couch which makes it difficult to cool off the back bedroom. Everything else was phenomenal, and I would 100% recommend. Thank you, My Perfect Stays, it was quite perfect! ☀️

Nous sommes restées une semaine ma maman et moi dans ce condo G204 . L’appart est parfait , très spacieux, très bien équipé (serviettes de plage, chaises de plage, parasol) . La cuisine très très bien équipée (grille pain, blender, tiperoires) . + machine à laver et sèche-linge ! Vue sur la mer très agréable , parking gratuit, emplacement proche commerces . Espaces très bien entretenus . Tout petit - le personnel du Front desk pourrait être plus souriant . Toujours l’impression de les ennuyer ... dommage . Très bonne expérience ! English translation: We stayed for a week my mom and I in this condo G204. The apartment is perfect, very spacious, very well equipped (beach towels, beach chairs, parasol). The kitchen very well equipped (toaster, blender, tipi). + washing machine and dryer! Very nice sea view, free parking, location close to shops. Spaces very well maintained. Very small - the front desk staff could be more smiling. Always the impression of boring ... pity. Very good experience!

My husband and I were pleased and happy to rent this beautiful place in Papakea. The apartment was nice and clean. It had all the beach equipment we needed to go and visit all the beautiful beaches around the gorgeous island. We were happy that we had towels for the pool and clubs to play mini golf. Amenities at this place were well maintained. The property managers were very thoughtful and followed up with us once we arrived. We highly recommend this place.

My husband and I took our toddler with us and the accommodations were great. The lobby is getting remodeled but it should be completed soon. Papakea is partnered with Expedia so the first morning you can attend a complimentary breakfast and the Expedia person will go over options for excursions that you can book. Our toddler loved the putting green and the pool. We walked to the next resort over to the beach access and he enjoyed picking up coral and digging in the little strip of sand. The highlight of his trip were the koi fish! He was obsessed with seeing them from the lanai and walking down to the different ponds. You could see the sunset from the lanai. My favorite thing was that it was a very family friendly resort. The room was great: beach, golf, and tennis supplies were provided and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to use the grills down by the pool. There were lots of other families with kids of all ages so we didn't feel bad about letting him run around in the mornings. And a bonus was that the resort was close by food trucks, a grocery store, a few restaurants and a playground. Highly recommend for families. We want to come back!

It was very handy and nice staying at a place that provides a washing machine and laundry service as well as cooking, perfect when going on a holiday. It would have been nice if the AC system reached the bedroom, although the fan helps the room is still somewhat warm. We were very happy with everything and would definitely come again. Sunsets are breathtaking as well as a nice breakfast on the porch overlooking the sea. Lots of parking space never an issue ... thanks for an enjoyable stay. Mahalo

This is a lovely little space in a quiet and mellow resort. It is a short drive to some great sights and locations, but also walking distance to enough day-to-day needs to keep you stocked and happy for your stay. It’s all you could need for a relaxing trip to Maui. We traveled with our 3-year-old and loved it!

This is our fourth visit to papakea and the second time staying in this 1Br unit. The location is great. Nice views and all the amenities are in easy reach. Second floor is just right where you have your privacy but still be able to have a conversation with friendly passers by. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a great stay. Kids loved the pool (warm enough for baby and shade in the cabana). We were able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants and the beach. Comfortable after a long day of beach or pool with kids. We would definitely stay again.

Our family stayed here for a week in Jan 2019. The place is well located near grocery stores, shopping, 5 minutes from car rental and 10 minutes from airport. The resort is older but well landscaped and well maintained. The unit had a slightly stale odor upon entry, not sure the cause. Perhaps older carpet? Nevertheless everything was clean, well stocked with fresh towels, kitchen fully stocked. Furniture is dated but we were more interested in a good home base to travel around the island. Unit also comes with beach gear. The property management company was very attentive and even left us a gift package - a nice touch that was truly appreciated. We had ocean views and access to the beach with a small walk. Every night I slept to the lull of ocean waves crashing against the shores. Very tranquile and relaxing.

My wife and I had stayed at Papakea G204 for seven nights in October, and wish we were there again now. The views from the balcony were incredible and the sunsets some of the best we have ever seen. The condo was bright, fresh and clean, and conveniently located to nearby restaurants and activities. Overall, our stay here was incredibly relaxing and much more affordable than staying at one of the hotel resorts. We loved our time here and will be back again in the future!

When we didn’t cook ourselves we took advantage of all the nearby restaurants during our stay. The property is well maintained and offers a better value compared to a hotel - we will certainly be returning!

My husband Ray and I stayed at Papakea G204 and has a great time. The view off the balcony was honestly one of my favorite things about the trip. The sunsets were gorgeous. The condo was perfect for us as we cooked a few meals in house and really just wanted to relax at a peaceful resort. No crazy high-rise buildings and theme-park like water slides for us! The location was only a short drive to our new favorite beach (DT Fleming). We can't wait to go back!
