Feel the Aloha as soon as you walk in, with the spacious living room and authentic Hawaiian style furnishings. This condo offers a remodeled and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking meals in house. The kitchen boasts updated appliances, custom cabinets and lighting. Relax on the King size bed in the master bedroom with partial ocean views. The upgraded master bathroom features a beautiful walk in shower and dual sinks. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed as well as a twin size bed perfect for families or extra guests! The second bathroom also features an updated walk in shower. Find a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room as well. Stay cool after a long day at the beach or pool with a split AC system in the living room and Master bedroom and ceiling fans throughout. This unit has a washer and dryer for added convenience. WiFi and cable TV are also provided for guest use and enjoyment.

This vacation rental was exactly as it was described. We enjoyed the ease of going to the pool or sitting by the ocean, with the walkout lanai. The pool area, bbq spots and gardens were well kept and easily accessible. The rental unit had all the amenities we needed, plus more. It would have been nice to have aluminum foil and Saran Wrap, but we made do. Also, travellers to the West Maui should pack a mini flashlight and batteries, and a charged cellphone battery pack, as we were unexpectedly without power for 24 hours, due to the high winds and Maui Emergency Management protocols. We would definitely stay in this vacation rental again!

Papakea resort is beautifully landscaped. The pools are clean and not crowded. The location is perfect for walking to the grocery store, restaurants, cinnamon rolls, food trucks and the walkway along the beach in Kaanapali. There is not a beach directly in front of the resort because the water comes right up to the seawall. Beaches are close by and easy to get to. There are turtles to see and whales to watch.

The condo was clean and well-maintained. We had everything we needed for an extended stay. Ground floor is great for getting to and from the pool, putting green or just walking around. We had a small issue with the window shade in the master bedroom, but My Perfect Stays made arrangements to have it fixed as soon as possible and stayed in communication with us until it was fixed. We would rent this condo again!

The entire experience was perfect; from reservation to check-in and then of course the unit and property. My Perfect Stays is responsive to all requests. Despite the limited front desk hours due to the recent fires, the staff was kind and responsive. The grounds are immaculate. You can get right into the ocean from the property! We saw turtles swimming right off the sea wall!The unit is beautiful. It has 2 large bedrooms with bathrooms attached. The countertops are granite and the entire unit is well stocked. The sliding glass doors open right on to the ground floor lanai and property. We are definitely coming back.

Had just about everything we needed and the location was so perfectly located we didn’t really need our car once we got there. The pools were great. Loved being on the bottom floor. About as close to the Pacific Ocean as possible. We would consider ourselves lucky to be able to stay there again!

We enjoyed our pre-Christmas family stay here! We were on the ground floor, close to pool/hot tub, shuffleboard, beach, koi ponds & parking. The property was well-maintained and decorated for the holidays (hula dancing Santa, lights, trees, etc.) Lots of beach toys, cooler, umbrella & more in the condo...which we were thankful for (saved time & $$). Found some board games (on our last day). Could walk to some places (grocery, convenience/gas stations, multiple food trucks, etc). We drove to other beaches so all family members could easily get into the ocean. Found a foot bridge that took us to a nearby beach, but didn't try it out. We enjoyed the peaceful vibe sitting out on the lanai in the evening. Overall, a great place! Booked a snorkel trip thru the Concierge which was easy, but the trip was a disappointment (for reasons mostly beyond Concierge control).

Beautiful little condo that needs some updates

The condo is much prettier in person than in the photos, and is super convenient on the ground floor. There’s tons of items for the beach including really nice boogie boards. My only cons were that the microwave was broken, so we had to reheat everything on the stove. And there’s no AC in the back bedroom, and since the windows are more like slats/shutters the room just didn’t cool down, so we had to move the mattress to the master bedroom because it was too hot for our kids to sleep in there. Also, you could hear EVERYTHING outside of the windows because there’s just no insulation. All that said, we’d for sure stay in this condo again!

Very nice property, the condo itself was well equipped and clean. We had one maintenance issue with the fridge that was addressed within hours. The condo grounds are excellent. The pool was nice with multiple grills for use, all very clean. Quiet hours were respected. Parking was easy. I definitely recommend the property!

Our stay at Papakea with My Perfect Stays was amazing! We had a terrible experience at a different condo and this place was a true breath of fresh Hawaiian air. Would stay here again and again and again every time. The place was super clean, had everything we needed and was the PERFECT location to explore Lahaina and spend the day at Baby Beach.

G105 was the perfect condo for our family of 2 parents and 3 young adults. Each morning began with breakfast on the walk-out Lanai or while watching whales from a long chair overlooking the island bay. We played pickle-ball, putted on the green, enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub that were all just a few yards away. The resort is in a great location: next to the food truck village, a great pool bar, close to shops and along the path that links to the boardwalk with Dukes and Black Rock (a great destination for our run each morning). We'll meet again!

We just returned from this lovely condo in Maui. It was a wonderful escape from the mainland during the holiday season and an ideal retreat for our family of five. The property management was attentive and responsive if we had questions or any issues came up The location was ideal not only with the condo itself being ground floor and close to the pool and the ocean but the property was close to amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants and my favorite coffee place - Bad Ass Coffee. We look forward to a future stay at the Papakea!

Beautiful condo that looks brand new. Excellent Kitchen that has exactly what you need. Furniture is new and condo is well laid out. Linens and bathroom are very nice. Wonderful gardens and grass righjt off the patio. Had some snorkeling gear to use as well. We will definitely rent this condo on our next trip to Maui!

G105 had all the amenities that one could ask for. We had a couple wear and tear items we addressed right away with my perfect stays, though we declined, they were on it. This was our 3rd trip to Maui and our 3rd stay at Papakea. Highly recommend. Looking forward to our next visit!!

This rental property owner took the time to understand what the consumer wants during their vacation. Loads of entertainment items included with the rental for your excursions with all the amenities you would have at home. Overall, a top notch facility! We will be back…soon than later I hope! 😎

Don’t waste your time looking around, book this condo! Walk right out to the ocean, the pool with the BBQ grills, or the putting greens and shuffleboard courts. My kids loved it and so did we. All the amenities are there to use for beach excursions which was perfect for making the beach experience one to remember. I feel like I’m doing an advertisement but when something exceeds your expectations, we all brag about it. Anyway, thanks for a memorable experience!

Great spot with stunning ocean views. There’s no beach right up front, but the nearest one is in walking distance. The place was clean and exactly as pictured.

The customer service that we received from My Perfect Stays was truly exceptional. We had some logistical issues upon arrival to Maui, and Zac from My Perfect Stays went above and beyond to sort everything out. He checked in on us to make sure that we were comfortable, and if we had any concerns, he was always available. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone planning a trip to Maui.
The location at Papakea was also so, so wonderful. The place was clean and well-stocked with items ranging from beach towels to a rice cooker that made our week-long stay comfortable and convenient. Small details go a long way, and that was certainly the case for My Perfect Stays -- from complimentary kona coffee to spotlessly clean bathrooms.
The resort was right in front of the ocean and beautifully maintained. It's quiet and peaceful, and you hear the ocean waves and birds chirping right outside the window. (One thing that I loved about this place was the relaxed environment -- it's family friendly, and people are quietly lounging by the ocean, strolling along the beach at sunrise, sipping coffee and reading on their balconies; no loud yelling and partying. We left this place feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.) There are also multiple pools and jacuzzis on the property so you don't have to worry about things getting crowded. The maintenance staff was also very friendly and helpful.
This place was so beautiful that we spent a couple of days just hanging out at the resort, playing in the pools and watching the sunset right outside our door. No need to drive to the beach (although if you do, it's a pretty short drive -- the location is very convenient.)

We loved staying at this property. There were a few minor repairs that needed to be done throughout our stay but My Perfect Stays was very quick to respond.
