Step through the slider glass doors and you’ll find the open concept, main living area featuring new floors and vaulted ceilings. Relax and unwind on the comfortable furniture, watch your favorite show on the SmartTV, or whip up something in the fully updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and counter seating. Down the hallway, you’ll find the convenient washer and dryer as well as the main bathroom and master bedroom. A comfortable King size bed with plenty of closet space, ceiling fan and SmartTV awaits you! Upstairs is the loft bedroom which includes a Queen size bed, Twin size bed and it’s own bathroom! The perfect family set up!

- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***
* The Resort Fee of $25 per day at Papakea includes one parking permit with each additional vehicle will be charged an added cost of $5 a day. This is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival and is not associated with My Perfect Stays.

It is located just North of the famous Ka’anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.
My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

_The kitchen will have olive oil, salt & pepper, pans, coffee maker, dishware, and flatware.

_A starter kit of necessities such as dish soap, a few dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, paper towels, and bathroom tissue paper.

_Complimentary concierge service by an on-island specialist.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
