Some parts of the building will start this work soon, and you may hear some noise during this time. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.

Relax and unwind on the comfortable furniture, watch your favorite show on the SmartTV, or whip up something (try a poke bowl) in the fully updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and counter seating.
Down the hallway you’ll find the convenient washer and dryer as well as the main bathroom and master bedroom. A comfortable King size bed with plenty of closet space, ceiling fan and SmartTV awaits you!
Upstairs is the loft bedroom which includes a Queen size bed, Twin size bed and it’s own bathroom! The perfect family set up!

The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, farmer’s market, snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park. Papakea is just a short drive to both Kaanapali and Kapalua world class golf courses.
There is a cool, grassy lawn just outside the unit, along with beautiful beaches within walking distance. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle and dolphin spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property. This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. We also provide beach chairs, and beach towels for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.
**PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $25/day facility fee. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga, water aerobics and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
