Effective March 28th, 2025, through April 21st, 2025, Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time. .

Located at Papakea Resort, you’ll feel at home the moment you step inside; a neutral color scheme of Hawaiian inspired furniture and decor await you. Sliding glass doors out to your personal lanai make it easy for indoor/outdoor living in this open concept unit.
Upon entering, you’ll find the guest bedroom with a Queen size bed. There is a separate bathroom right outside this bedroom with a shower/tub. Guests staying in the master bedroom can enjoy waking up in the comfortable King size bed. The master features a large en suite bathroom with a shower/tub. The upstairs loft is the perfect zone for kids, featuring two Twin size beds. The large open concept living area is ideal for gathering the family. The kitchen has ample counter space and everything you might need to cook a great meal. The living room and kitchen open up to the lanai…the perfect spot for enjoying sunsets! Staying cool is easy with ceiling fans throughout and a split A/C system in the living room. Pack light! This unit offers a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
A $75 extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total.
Papakea Resort has something for everyone, with two ocean front heated swimming pools (2 cabanas available for rent through the front desk), three tennis courts and pickle-ball courts, shuffleboard courts, 12 new stainless steel Weber BBQs and putting greens. Unlike most condo resorts on Maui, Papakea is low rise and low density. The resort offers 13 beautifully landscaped acres with multiple koi ponds and is located right on famous Kaanapali Beach. There’s a shopping center right across the street, offering a convenient location to get groceries or a quick meal. Whaler’s Village, with a variety of shops and ocean front restaurants, is a short five minute drive. There is a wonderful sandy beach walking distance from the condo. Beach sand levels can vary based on the conditions.
Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have a after-hours emergency dispatchers to assistance when needed.
*Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30 day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival.*
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
