Papakea E406 Description

Air Conditioning

Papakea E406 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo featuring amenities such as a washer/dryer, vaulted ceilings, and air-conditioning. Located on the fourth floor, this condo can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests with a King bed in the master bedroom bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, two Twin beds in the loft-style third bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the main living area. Pricing is based on 6 guests. A $75 extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total.

On the main floor, retreat to the serene master bedroom with a King-size bed. Down the hall is the second bedroom which has a Queen-size bed. The spacious bathroom features a large vanity space and a walk-in shower. Upstairs is the loft-style third bedroom with a two Twin-size beds, which can be converted into a King size bed. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan. Pack light and take advantage of the unit's washer and dryer for added convenience.

The open-concept living room features modern furniture with oceanic decorations and a large flat-screen TV. A window A/C and ceiling fan are equipped in the living room to help stay cool. Unwind and dine al fresco on the private lanai with a dining table for 4 and a lounge chair. Take in the view of the Pacific Ocean and the lush gardens. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping a breeze and provides additional seating for 2.

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka’anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

No Resort or Amenity Fees!
Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests should expect construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change due to weather, tides, or field conditions. Please contact our office for complete details on the following resort improvement projects.

· Seawall Repair Project (Phase 2): Dates 10/12/26 to 7/31/27. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction hours: 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Oceanside rock restoration schedule depends on daily tide and ocean conditions. Construction will begin near the Molokai shuffleboard area and is expected to continue there into early 2027. Work is expected to proceed towards Building L until complete.

Posted 9/24/26: The Lanai putting greens will be closed for maintenance from 9/29-11/10/26. The Molokai putting greens will be available during the Lanai service maintenance.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.

Room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and comfortable bedding. The lanai offered a gorgeous view of the ocean and gardens. The resort grounds are beautifully maintained, with koi ponds, lush landscaping, and plenty of seating areas to relax. We appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere compared to busier resorts. Overall, Papakea is an excellent choice for families or couples looking for a condo-style stay with the comforts of home and a prime location near Lahaina and Kaanapali.

The location is great, we were able to walk to the food trucks and other shops, and swim right in front of the resort. The ground are kept super clean, we watched the grounds keepers and pool maitenance workers up early everyday making sure everything was working and clean. The suite was great, huge rooms and lots of space. Will definitely recommend the Papakea :)

We loved the location and the activities that Papakea has to offer. No need to hop in the car for anything. Restaurants, groceries, beaches, games, snorkeling, and even whale watching from the resort grounds are all there!

Nice location, easy check in an out, great pools and views. Plenty of parking, nice hot tub but air conditioner didn't cool Bedrooms by 4 pm every day. We went to bed hot with 4 fans running. A couple of nights we dozed on couch because Bedrooms were hot. I called front desk an maintance came and said air conditioner was doing all it could do and left extra fans. It remained hot, no change. Also roaches under sink around trash area.

Regarding the A/C trouble and cockroaches, we are located on island and would have loved to assist you during your stay with these problems. Great property in great location

Close to grocery stores and family friendly restaurants. Great beaches a short walk or drive away. We even took part in yoga, water aerobics and a happy hour. Thanks for the use of beach toys! The stairs were too steep and open for our little ones to use the sleeping loft, but other than that it was a perfect fit! We will definitely be back when the kids are a couple years older!

Great views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets

Mahalo, we enjoyed our stay very much! The pool was nice to swim in, the BBQ grills were clean and convenient, the beachfront was just steps away and it was perfect to swim near the turtles. We appreciated having the boogie boards, beach chairs and towels to use. Great views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets from the lanai, and it was a comfortable condo to come home to. It accommodated our family very well. A couple critiques; pretty dated decor throughout and the AC in the living room worked fine, but not well enough for the rest of the condo. Although we utilized the ceiling and floor fans it didn’t cool the master bedroom very well. Our great time and the nice accommodations still outweighed these minor issues. We will surely come back!

The location was great! The room while a little outdated was comfortable for all of us, clean and the view was amazing. Had beach equipment for us to use, plenty to do in site at the resort and The staff on-sight were great as well. Would definitely book again.

Amazing Views

It’s a beautiful location with amazing views of the ocean. It doesn’t have a beach directly in front of the property, but there are two small beaches within close walking distance.

Perfect location

We chose this location because of staying in Maui a couple years ago. The price was exactly in our budget and you can’t beat the view plus what’s available in walking distance. Truly, thjs is the place to stay if you’re looking to have everything close by. I can’t give the condo 5 stars because, well, 5 stars are for fancy hotels (in my opinion). The condo has basically everything you need, including beach gear! Wish we knew this before packing. They also provide plenty of towels, laundry soap, and basic needs for cooking. The carpet is well maintained, but everything is fairly outdated. We knew this going into it and it wasn’t a big deal. Some things just can’t get clean when they are that old (couch, sinks, etc.). The ONLY issue we had was with the sofa bed. It isn’t a bed at all. It’s springs in a casing. So if you plan on using that, bring an air bed or have 1 person just sleep on the couch which is what we did. The property is beautiful and everyone was super friendly. Our unit only had a window AC, but we kept the curtains closed during the day and that helped a ton. We’d go back for sure! I’d be interested in trying a different unit though if possible.

This was a great value with everything that we needed. We had an ocean view, a Pond View and even saw a rainbow which wasn't even included in the price. There were plenty of extras like boogie boards and things to help us cook a meal. We had seven people although it says that you can have eight but there is not enough in the kitchen for 8 except there's a bazillion plates . The location was great even though there was no beach directly in front of the resort it was a short walk. It was absolutely gorgeous outside. We were comfortable and had what we needed. No luxury but great for the price. The service was excellent and very very attentive but there were just problems that they could not fix because they were big problems like poor lighting, a recently fixed leak in the living room rug, and such things. They got us two lamps which was fabulous but they weren't bright enough to read by. We had a great vacation and did spend majority of our time at the resort or in the room and it was great once we got the fan to dry the carpet.

The amenities and property are beautiful and unexpected! Such an amazing spot to enjoy sunsets. This condo fit the 6 of us perfectly. The AC is only in the living room so the 2 bedrooms were pretty hot but were able to sleep fine.

Great location, beautiful sunsets, unit a little outdated but served all our needs. Grounds and pool are well kept with outdoor cabana to enjoy the sunset. Grills poolside if you prefer to bbq in evening.Nice outdoor patio with views of the water, great for morning coffee.

Our stay in E406 met all our needs. Not the most updated unit, but very clean, nice view, and easy walking distance to food and market. Resort grounds are beautifully kept and pool and spa wonderful!

We really loved the location of this condo! We had some issues but with the great communication they were able to adjust our balance due and give us a discount. It has a great size swimming pool, hot tub, shuffle board, small putting green, and plenty of beach side sitting available just in time to watch those gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. We can't wait to come back and enjoy our stay once more.
