Ocean views and stunning sunsets await from this perfect Papakea condo! Enjoy your coffee on your second-floor private lanai with lush tropical surroundings and views of the Pacific as the backdrop. Turtles swim along the oceanfront year-round and whales play in the channel during our winter months!
Papakea D209 does not have A/C, is a 1-bedroom condo that can accommodate up to 4 guests. In the well-appointed kitchen you'll enjoy the full size appliances and ample space to cook with a view! The main living area is nicely decorated with Hawaiian inspired furniture and art; the perfect place to relax after a long day in the sun. The living area also offers a dining area, a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests and a flat screen TV equipped with cable.
In the serene and tranquil bedroom, you will find a comfortable King size bed and large mirrored closets. The bathroom features a large, walk-in shower. Pack light! This unit features a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
My Perfect Stays will provide a cooler as well as a complementary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. We will place one beach towel and beach chair per guest in the condo for your use during your stay, plus a cooler to take to the beach with you!
Papakea Resort is located near North Ka’anapali Beach and features 13 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, 2 salt water swimming pools, 2 large spas, 12 gas BBQ's, 2 putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 lit tennis courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24-hour front desk with plenty of open parking. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, a farmer’s market, a snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park.
**PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival, this fee is NOT apart of My Perfect Stays.
(The fee covers a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickle ball equipment.)
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Complimentary concierge is available to all our guests!

Effective December 31, 2024 through March 17, 2025 the D building at Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
