Papakea D208 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo featuring amenities such as an ocean view, a washer/dryer, and air-conditioning. Located on the second floor, this condo can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests with a Queen bed in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the main living area. The open-concept living room features Hawaiian-theme furniture with tropical decorations, a large flat-screen TV, and a window A/C unit.
Retreat to the bedroom with a Queen-size bed and a ceiling fan. The updated bathroom boasts a large vanity space with custom cabinets and a Shower/Tub combo. Pack light and take advantage of the unit's washer and dryer for added convenience. Unwind on the private lanai with a dining table for 2 and a lounge chair. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped featuring custom cabinets, granite countertops, recessed lighting, and full-size appliances. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping a breeze and provides additional counter seating for 3.
Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka’anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

· Walkway Coating Project. Dates August–November 2026. Scope of work: Remove existing traffic coating, concrete repair and resurface preparation (including grinding), application of multi-coat traffic coasting system (each layer requires extended drying time). Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. During demolition, preparation, and repair work, walkways and the elevator will remain open to foot traffic. Occupants should expect construction noise and dust particularly during the grinding activities. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos as the entry door will not be accessible. Work progression: Work will begin at the A building and work in building letter progression. Work on the D Bldg is slated for 9/1-9/11/2026. *Update as of 8/28/26 the walkway coating project for the D building has been postponed until further notice.
· Seawall Repair Project (Phase 2): Dates 10/12/26 to 7/31/27. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction hours: 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Oceanside rock restoration schedule depends on daily tide and ocean conditions. Construction will begin near the Molokai shuffleboard area and is expected to continue there into early 2027. Work is expected to proceed towards Building L until complete.
Posted 9/24/26: The Lanai putting greens will be closed for maintenance from 9/29-11/10/26. The Molokai putting greens will be available during the Lanai service maintenance.

The location is wonderful — walking distance to restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, and the beach! Maintenance was very responsive, and a big shoutout to Amelia, Alohilani, and Keoki for their prompt assistance. Nelson and Christine were also great to work with and answered my questions quickly.
The unit had all the basic necessities you could possibly need, and overall I had a great time. The property management team did a wonderful job addressing my needs! This is my second time booking with My Perfect Stays and it won’t be my last. Until next time!

This is our (3 people) fourth time staying in Papakea with My Perfect Stays and it was as amazing as always. We have chosen to stay again at D208 because it was our favorite unit from all the ones we stayed in at Papakea.
Very quiet at night and breezy. We never even turned the AC on (and we traveled in June). The kitchen was fully stocked. Bathroom cabinets are very roomy and well designed. We basically had everything we needed.
Of course the location of Papakea is perfect.

Stayed here with my husband for 6 nights. The location was perfect... so close to shopping, grocery, breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Everything within walking distance or within a 15 min drive. The grounds, pool, bbqs and oceanfront views were the highlights of our stay. As for the condo, it was comfortable. Only issues were that the back bedroom can get a bit warm (AC is only in the living room.) Shower curtain had some mildew stains as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay considering the great rate we got.

Resort is on a small beach and well located. Close to grocery story (short walk) and an ABC store is adjacent to the property. The unit met all our basic needs with everything we needed for our stay. Washer and dryer in the unit worked well. I would come back again

Amazing! The views are absolutely breathtaking. I swam in the ocean every morning and got to lounge during the day. The condo is beautiful and fully equipped with absolutely everything you might need. Communication was always fast and concierge was wonderful! I booked a Sunset Sail that I am still dreaming about. If you can stay here, STAY HERE! Wouldn’t change a thing!

D208 has an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony. The AC and ceiling fans kept us cool while we hung out indoors and the kitchen was well equipped for us to cook in on the days we ate in. The resort is very nice with lots of beautiful plants, palm trees, ponds, etc. It’s also about a 3-5 minute walk to a sandy beach area. On our first beach day there, we saw about six big turtles near the area we were swimming in. Our kids really enjoyed swimming and snorkeling in that beach. It was so convenient that it was walking distance from D208. We ended every evening in the pool and hot tub and since there are two pools and two hot tubs on the resort they were never too crowded. Thank you for having us, our stay there was great!

We love coming back to Papakea! It's such a gem, perfectly located, and beautifully landscaped. I love falling asleep lulled by the sound of the water fountains outside and the cool breeze from the ocean! It has a beach within 1 minute's walking distance, a coffee place across the street, two grocery stores nearby, and a bunch of places to eat. During our stay we needed some help with the condo and called the maintenance office on three occasions. Each time somebody came promptly and fixed our problem (one time it was cause we didn't know how to turn on the TV...). The unit itself is very convenient, has a fully stocked kitchen, and everything a vacationer may need. We stayed there for about two weeks, and most of the meals were cooked in that kitchen. The only thing that might need work is the pull-out bed that was pretty old and uncomfortable. Overall a great value!

Very beautiful and clean one bedroom condo! The lanai/balcony was perfect. The beach accessories- beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler was greatly appreciated. Only con was coach bed was uncomfortable and would recommend for an adult, but it worked out fine for our 5 year old daughter.

Very great communication! Clean for the most part. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cooking equipment aka pots pans etc. The place was a great getaway resort with pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, mini golf and shuffleboard, a short walk to the beach. Not the best beach but it’s a beach, sofa bed is not comfortable so it’s better for 2 unless you really wanna do 4 people and don’t mind sofa bed comfort level.

The property was in a great location, close to restaurants and food trucks and abc store. Beach access was ver close. Having the chairs, beach towels, cooler and snorkel gear was a bonus and we used them every day. Also having a washer dryer on the beach was a must for us.

Nice condo complex. Pool and hot tub was good, beautiful backdrop of water, mountains and sunsets. The grounds are well taken care of. Condo unit was in decent shape, except shower door was broken and air conditioner could be better but otherwise could not have asked for a better place to stay.

This Airbnb was great - they had plenty of towels, condiments and plateware/silverware. Check in was seamless and communication was fantastic. The view was lovely and we really enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the mornings and evenings. Would recommend!

Well equipped condo on 2nd floor, great view of grounds. You can also see the ocean and the neighboring island of Molokai. There is no beach except a low tide there is sand and its walk-able, but its a 5 minute walk to a regular beach. You can actually snorkel right in from of the resort, and I was amazed by the number of fish and coral. The condo has boogie boards, snorkel sets and beach towels. Would certainly stay there again.

This place is AMAZING! It was perfect for my family vacation of four. The condo is just as described and the property is wonderful - quiet and beautiful. MyPerfectStays checked in on us via phone and email to ensure that our trip was going well and all of our questions were answered. Perfect location for restaurants, grocery stores, and a couple of beaches. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is amazing! Really beautiful grounds with ocean view. The kitchen is stocked, there are beach equipments already made available, and the resorts provide all other fun activities with rentals. We loved that we could walk to the food truck or the stores. There isn’t really a beach at the resort but you could walk a liitle ways to get to the beach and also driving distance to other great beaches. I would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Maui for the second time. Mahalo!

This is a great place to stay whether you're visiting Maui for a few days or for an extended time! The resort itself is beautiful, the location is very convenient (food, groceries, and beach all within walking distant!), and the condo is clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed.
