Papakea D208 is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo that sleeps four guests. The well stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking meals at the condo. Enjoy dining either on the outdoor lanai with great views or inside with seating for four. The main living area is comfortable and decorated with Hawaiian inspired furniture, prints and artwork. For additional guests, the couch can be used as a pull out sofa sleeper (Queen).
Enjoy amenities such as a window AC unit in the main living room, TV in both the living room and bedroom, WiFi throughout the condo, ceiling fans in every room and a convenient washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed and plenty of storage for your personal things. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combination.
Papakea Resort is located at North Ka'aanapli Beach and features 11 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, 2 salt water swimming pools, 2 large jacuzzi's, 12 gas BBQ's, 2 putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts and 3 lit tennis courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24-hour front desk with plenty of open parking.
The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, farmer’s market, snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park. The famous Ka'anapali beach is walking distance from Papakea.
Each evening, tiki torches light up the property for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance.
Our on-island team also provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap, as well as beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler.
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.
**PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $25/day facility fee. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga, water aerobics and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **
***NOTICE***
Effective December 31, 2024 through March 17, 2025 the D building at Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
