Papakea C405 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the top fourth floor, offering fantastic ocean views! The fully equipped and remodeled kitchen is perfect for cooking meals for your group. The kitchen features custom cabinets and lighting, granite countertops and new appliances. The condo boasts an open floor plan, with plenty of seating and dining space in the living room area. For entertainment, there is a TV located in the living room, equipped with cable. Stay cool with A/C in every room and ceiling fans throughout.
The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable CAL King size bed and an en suite bathroom with a large, tiled shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin size beds. In the hallway, you will find the guest bathroom with shower/tub combination. The upstairs bedroom loft offers a Queen size bed. A $75 extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total. The condo also includes a washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi.

It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

· Walkway Coating Project. Dates August–November 2026. Scope of work: Remove existing traffic coating, concrete repair and resurface preparation (including grinding), application of multi-coat traffic coasting system (each layer requires extended drying time). Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. During demolition, preparation, and repair work, walkways and the elevator will remain open to foot traffic. Occupants should expect construction noise and dust particularly during the grinding activities. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos as the entry door will not be accessible. Work progression: Work will begin at the A building and work in building letter progression. Work on the C Bldg is slated for 8/21-9/11/2026.
· Seawall Repair Project (Phase 2): Dates 10/12/26 to 7/31/27. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction hours: 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Oceanside rock restoration schedule depends on daily tide and ocean conditions. Construction will begin near the Molokai shuffleboard area and is expected to continue there into early 2027. Work is expected to proceed towards Building L until complete.
Posted 8/13/26: Please note the owner of C307 plans to remove the interior tiles from their condo. Please expect loud work noise on 8/17/26 from 10am to 3pm.

Papakea C-405 is heaven on earth. It's nicely remodeled and has everything you need to have a great vacation. The kitchen is outfitted with all the appliances & items needed to cook meals or you can use the grills by the pool. The view from the lanai is breathtaking with Molokai in the distance. I cry every time I leave to go home. Maui and Papakea is just the best.
Very nice condo and beautiful location. Communication leading up to and during our stay was great. The team was very responsive and helpful. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and had a wonderful vacation.

This property was very nice. Any questions I had or if I wanted recommendations on different things everyone was always so helpful and responded so fast. We were very busy with different tours on the island when we were there, but when we did stay on the resort, there was plenty to do. Shuffle board, swimming pool, beach, snorkeling, hot tub, putting green. Great time, hopefully we will get back…

My friends and I enjoyed our stay and felt it was a great location filled with many activities for everyone. Some of the activities we enjoyed were playing tennis, pickle ball and relaxing at the pool and hot tub. The view of the water was the perfect way to wake up every morning - absolutely breathtaking. This unit is lovely. It had plenty of cooking supplies, ample beach chairs and toys, cozy towels and overall was very welcoming, clean and lovely. We would love to stay here again if all things were working properly. And would not hesitate to book with my perfect stays again, as they were very helpful and accommodating towards us. However the AC did not work upon our arrival, and with October being a bit hotter, it being on the 4th floor and having full sun in the afternoon, it made it quite uncomfortable to sleep in and be in, even in the mornings. We had a three year old and he did not sleep well at all. What helped was having the lanai open and the front door open to get some respite in the cross breeze, but then we had to constantly follow our son around to make sure he didn’t walk out the front door, and we couldn’t sleep with it open. We notified the management company the first morning we were there, and they sent a repair person who could not repair it, and we heard nothing until I reached out again, at which point we were given a swamp cooler- which actually made the unit more humid and hot, but it was a solution of sorts which we were happy to try out. The management was helpful and apologetic, and of course we understand things break and the buildings are old, but it did put a damper on our stay. When your toddler can’t sleep- nobody can sleep. We moved units for the last two nights of our stay to a first floor, which was not clean and had nothing by way of amenities or kitchenware. My family has been staying at papakea since my mom was 16 in the 70s and it’s really hit or miss in terms of what supplies you’ll find in your room, what things will be updated, how well it’ll be cleaned and what issues you will have. Sadly many units need a lot of work and just have a little face lift. I think you have to sort of expect it to be a gamble regarding the above mentioned. If the AC is working in C405, it’s a comfortable and welcoming unit.

We had a blast! View was wonderful! We love Papakea, the amenities and the grounds are top notch! The biggest plus this time was, they built some of the beach back up! We didn’t have to drive to a beach! It was GREAT!!! The one and only thing I could say, that was a little aggravating, was the air was on a 6 hour timer. It didn’t take long to cool back off though! Thanks for a great stay! Everything was WONDERFUL!

We Had The Trip Of A Lifetime!

The condo in Papakea resort is a wonderful option for staying in Lahaina in Maui. It is very well located near shops, restaurants, beaches, and activities. We traveled to the Road to Hana, Haleakala, Maui Ocean Center, Whaler's Village, Maui Tropical Plantation, and the Maui Ocean Center just to name a few spots! It all felt reasonable and doable, even with a toddler with us. The place is very well stocked. We were surprised to see beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, snorkel gear, pool noodles, boogie boards, and even a little cooler we could use. The place is very clean, with two bedrooms and a loft upstairs that is pretty well secluded for being in the open. In total we had five of us and it was very comfortable as our toddler got to sleep in his own room. The condo is located on Papakea resort which has wonderful amenities. There are tennis courts, pickleball courts, a putting green (you can rent equipment from the front desk), as well as a pool, jacuzzi, and propane grills that can be used on a first come first serve basis. There's a nice covered area by the pool where we enjoyed a nice BBQ meal during sunset, and there's also a shuffleball court with supplies as well. The condo has an amazing view of the pool and ocean, and there is a balcony to just lounge and sit, or if you want to be closer you can sit just off the seawall and relax and listen to waves. There is access to the beach as well, but we opted for other beaches in the area. You won't regret booking this condo. We had a trip of a lifetime!

It was our 40th anniversary, so we decided to make it a family celebration. It was 2 weeks of pure bliss! So many activities on the island, and the resort waiting for us when we wanted to relax. Beautiful condo located in the papakea resort. Condo was very clean and well maintained. A big enough space for 5 adults and 2 kids. Property has swimming pools and hot tubs but no direct access to the beach (You have to walk to neighboring resorts) which made it a little tricky with the kids but still manageable. Great location for food and drinks and near lots of other great beaches. We had a blast exploring the island. Overall, this space was wonderful and served us well. Would definitely recommend!

This condo was great! It fit our family of 8 very comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked and it's great to have laundry machine in the condo. My two youngest slept on the pull-out sofa and they said it was very comfy. Beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. We could see whales while eating breakfast. :) This is an Ocean Front Property...not a beach front. Our only complaint is that we ran out of hot water everyday. Even after only a couple people took short showers, the hot water was gone. With that said, we managed and still really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend!

Our family of 6 adults and 2 kids had a great stay at this Papakea condo. It was spacious, clean, modern, and well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans for those who like to eat in. The balcony had an amazing view that overlooked the pool and oceanside with palm trees and Molokai in the distance with amazing sunsets. The property was very well maintained and had a big pool and hot tub right by the ocean, as well as yard games, a putting green, and lots of lounge chairs on the grass by the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Papakea C405 is the best condo. Love this 3 bedroom condo with updated furnishings. Master bedroom had a comfy king size bed with down pillows for restful nights sleep. Kitchen had everything we could ask for. Love the complex with the koi ponds, quiet pool and large spa. Beach access was easy and we saw 3 turtles swim by the first day. Location is so close to Lahaina and Kaanapali. Can’t say enough good things. Will be back for Christmas!

The condo was clean and in such a good location. The only negative was that we were only furnished six rolls of toilet paper for eight of us for a week. When we ran out we had to furnish our own which I thought was weird. Everything else was a total positive and I would highly recommend this location.

This property was everything it said it would be. We had an amazing time and were able to walk to near by food and shopping. Only thing we would mention was at night the closet with washer and dry had a rattle that would get really loud. If the AC was running you would not hear it. Other than that the unit was perfect.

Hard to find 3 bedrooms in this area but we were lucky enough to find this place. Beautiful views, close to beaches, great atmosphere, spacious interior for 3 adults, pools always had space, and walking distance to two great breakfast locations: Slappy Cakes and Bad Ass Coffee. The roadway outside the complex was perfect for walking or jogging especially in the morning when the cool breeze was coming off the ocean. Do your 40 minute walk and then stop off at Bad Ass for a Snickerlicious latte for the walk back. There is a bus stop just outside the entrance that drops at Whalers Village for a sunset cruise and dinner at Hula’s or Front St for lunch at Down the Hatch. We had a rental and always had plenty of room to park at the complex. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this condo was making our vacation perfect!

Great for families! The kitchen, stove, fridge, and washer and dryer really came in handy. The balcony is sooo nice and relaxing. I could’ve sat out there for hours. The condo is close the food trucks and a Times grocery store which I found very convenient. It’s a 3-5 minute drive to Whalers Village and maybe 7-10 minute drive to Lahaina. It felt close to all that we needed. It even had a beach we walked right out to. Host was accommodating and prompt to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

It was nice they had soap, detergents, etc available. They had some beach supplies to use as well. Close to the market and other shops and places to eat. The ocean front only had a sea wall, not a beach. So we had to travel a couple miles for beach time but we wanted to see the island anyway. But if you just want to relax and watch the waves and sunset the ocean front was lovely. We were VERY comfortable here and would use this place again.

This property was a nice space for my family. The resort complex was relaxing and the views were great. Overall it was a great stay and the only issue was a minor one related to the management company. They seem to have a lot of “rules” which just takes away from the relaxing aspect. For example, they supply limited toiletries including toilet paper. If you stay with a family for 9 nights and use more than the amount they supply (seems to last around a week) they actually expect you to go buy more toilet paper rather than just provide it. Given the cost of the rental this should obviously be included. Otherwise it was a lovely stay. Aloha

Nice place., Property was very clean and extremely well stocked with respect to kitchen items ie pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Furniture was okay but a little dated. Being a 2 bedroom/loft unit space was tight. Loved the pool and proximity to a grocery store across the street. Weather on this visit wasn't great but sitting on the lanai was nice.

Excellent, wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Our family had an amazing stay at Papakea Resort. The location was perfect! So many amenities nearby, we hardly used our rental vehicle. The unit was just wonderful! Well stocked, very clean, great view and spacious enough for our family of six. We look forward to staying here again. A maintenance issue arose at the entire resort the day prior to our departure, disrupting our check out but Amy at My Perfect Stays was quick in assisting us to ensure we weren’t inconvenienced any further. It's in an actual resort which means it has a pool, putting, green and access to the beach. It was very clean, well kept, and spacious. The host company responded quickly and reached out to see how our stay was going as well as left us a small gift box with cookies and coffee which was nice. There isn't a lot within walking distance of the resort but there's plenty in Lahaina proper which is a 15 min drive South which was great. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get a quiet relaxed getaway.

Nice unit in a lovely ocean-front community. The view from the Lanai is great, the garden setting is pretty with plenty of amenities, and the location is convenient (walk 5 minutes to a supermarket and Snorkel Bob; drive 5-10 minutes to Black Rock, Lahaina downtown, Safeway and Foodland). The kitchen itself is well stocked, making a family vacation convenient.

We enjoyed staying in the unit. We recommend some extra fans or giving a tip to guests to keep the doors and windows open and the air off when in the unit to get a breeze

Nice Spot in Ka'anapali!

Nice spot in Ka’anapali in a typical condo complex. Great views. Kids like the pool and shuffleboard. Only downside was the noise that comes with lots of neighbors.

This place is just beautiful. The kitchen was outfitted very nicely for cooking most of our meals. The view of the resort grounds, pool, and ocean is stunning. We had morning coffee on the balcony every day. We attended the resort overview of activities given by the concierge, highly recommend. The concierge is a great service, the recommended activities we booked were flawless. We had two teens that each got their own space which was important to us. A/C and ceiling fans kept it very comfortable. Several restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely return to this unit!
