Papakea C405 is a three-bedroom loft, two-bathroom condo located on the top fourth floor, offering fantastic ocean views! The fully equipped and remodeled kitchen is perfect for cooking meals for your group. The kitchen features custom cabinets and lighting, granite countertops and new appliances. The condo boasts an open floor plan, with plenty of seating and dining space in the living room area. For entertainment, there is a TV located in the living room, equipped with cable. Stay cool with A/C in every room and ceiling fans throughout.
The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable CAL King size bed and an en suite bathroom with a large, tiled shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin size beds. In the hallway, you will find the guest bathroom with shower/tub combination. The upstairs bedroom loft offers a Queen size bed. The condo also includes a washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi.
A $75 extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total.
Papakea Resort is located at North Ka'aanapli Beach and features 11 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, 2 salt water swimming pools, 2 large jacuzzi's, 12 gas BBQ's, 2 putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts and 3 lit tennis courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24-hour front desk with plenty of open parking. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, farmer’s market, snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park. Each evening, tiki torches light up the property for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance. There is a sandy beach just steps from the condo. Sand levels can vary depending on the weather and ocean conditions. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property.
Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.
**Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
