Welcome to Papakea C205! This bright and airy one-bedroom condo sleeps up to four guests and is your perfect Maui retreat. The unit includes split A/C in every room, ceiling fans, dimmable LED lighting, and a private washer and dryer — everything you need for a comfortable, convenient stay.
Step onto your private lanai and enjoy views of the lush garden. Dine at the outdoor table, relax on the chaise lounge, or simply take in the peaceful surroundings. Inside, the living space features a sleeper sofa for extra guests, a large flat-screen TV with cable, a dining area for four, and counter seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size stainless steel appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals during your stay. Complimentary Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout the condo.
The bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed and large mirrored closets for ample storage. The room is bright and airy, with cooling A/C and ceiling fans to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features a convenient step-in shower and functional fixtures, making it simple and easy to refresh after a day at the beach or exploring the island.
Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka’anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

We stayed in this condo for 8 nights and it exceeded our expectations in every way. This unit is situated perfectly with a view of the ocean, pool, and resort amenities. It is equipped with a full kitchen, including all of the gadgets we needed to make meals (strainer, pots/pans, cutting boards, etc.) We didn't need to buy anything but our food! It also has beach toys/floaties, beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and multiple sizes of ice chests which came in super handy! The washer and dryer inside the unit is also an added bonus. Overall, we can't wait to come back and stay again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Papakea C205! Our room was clean and just like the pictures. Beautiful condo! We had a beautiulf view of the gardens and ocean. The grounds were beautiful and the pool area was so nice and never too crowded. We loved sitting by the beach and watching the whales at night! We highly recommend this resort! Perfect location too!

This was our third stay at Papakea and we always enjoy it. It is more peaceful and not packed with people like some resorts are. The grounds are beautifully kept and it’s obvious that they take great pride in their gardens. All of the units, including this one, are obviously older, but have been remodeled very nicely With all modern amenities. We had everything we needed, and would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice Airbnb pretty close drive to Front St in Lahaina and nearby beaches. Everything was described pretty accurately and the Airbnb was actually located within a resort which had daily activities and other things like shuffleboard and small put out golf area. Really nice place to relax and enjoy your vacation and very central to everything we wanted to do! Only thing worth mentioning is that you’ll need to check in with the front desk for room key like a regular resort but otherwise the place is managed by My Perfect Stays. We got confused by this as check in instructions weren’t given to us prior but was a very easy fix. Thank you My Perfect Stays for hosting!

We had a great stay at this spot! The location was great and the unit itself was clean, spacious, and very accurate to the description and photos. We had a great view of the ocean and parking was very easy in the lots within the resort. We were provided with beach towels and nice beach chairs which made our beach days so amazing! Communication was excellent (aside from being woken up too early on our last day by housekeeping) but I would highly recommend this place to anyone and we would definitely stay here again!

We arrived and checked in with no issues. The room was clean and tidy! There is a closet with 2 beach chairs, a couple umbrellas and 3 different size coolers. The AC works great and the ceiling fans keep the air circulated. Kitchen is fully stocked with just about anything you would need to make basic meals. The view off the lenai is fantastic. The pictures don't do it justice. The bathroom was tidy and has plenty of towels. But I will say, the shower takes some figuring out and it drips if not turned to the perfect position. The only recommendation we have is if you can, rent a compact car if possible. The parking spots are very tight (this goes for the rest of the island as well). There's some great food trucks within walking distance of the hotel, along with a place that sells Dole Whip across the street.

This is a great spot for enjoying West Maui! The unit is clean and comes well equipped for cooking and beach going: there are beach towels, chairs, coolers, and even a couple of boogie boards. The view from the unit is lovely and the resort is wonderful: low key but also well equipped with swimming pools, putting greens and a gorgeous location. You can also easily walk to shops, food trucks and other beaches.

We absolutely loved this place! The Papakea resort was fantastic and great for families. Super relaxed and beautiful grounds/ocean views. The management company (My Perfect Stays) was super helpful and responsive and easy to work with. The location was ideal and the place had everything we need. A/C was cold, TV was large, and beds were comfy. The two pools and two hot tubs were great for the kids and it was within easy walking distance to multiple sandy beaches. We'll definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. This place has a perfect view of the ocean from the balcony and you're just a short walk to the beach, it's maybe a 5 min walk to actual sand. It was very convenient and we'd recommend staying here if you're looking for something cozy for you and another person!

This is a great place to stay. It's conveniently located to several different stores and shopping along with a massive food cart place, tons to choose from. There isn't a beach for lounging right at the condo but the beach walls allow for pretty good shore fishing. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed including coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas and more! Having a washer and dryer in the condo was great too because we could pack light and not check bags. I highly recommend this condo and plan to stay here next time I'm in Maui. Great value!

This was a great basecamp for our Maui adventures! The condo and the grounds were impeccably clean. Well-equipped kitchen, good wifi, and comfortable furnishings. Great lanai for drinking coffee and looking across the grounds to the ocean. Access to a small beach for watching the sun go down. Food truck pod and grocery stores are just across the street.

This place was great for two. Kitchen was spacious and very well stocked. Plenty of beach gear available for you so you don’t need to rent anything (other than snorkeling gear). Bed was comfy, and place was well decorated and very clean when we got there. We would 100% come back.

Really enjoyed our stay at Papakea C205. The unit was clean and comfortable. Furnishings were nice and kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have a washer and dryer inside the unit. The AC worked fantastic. We were able to sit on the patio and see the ocean and enjoy the beautiful grounds of the property. The bed was a little too hard for our liking, but some prefer this. I have stayed at this property before and do feel it is a little noisy in the morning if you like to sleep in. I love the vibe at this location and the property is kept up nicely. I look forward to staying here again!

My husband and I loved everything about our stay here! The location was great and the resort was beautiful and quiet. The condo had everything we needed to make many of our meals and we felt right at home. We wanted to stay much longer but will definitely be booking the condo when we get a chance to visit beautiful Maui again!

easy check in, great environment, a few minute walk/less than 10 minute drive to anything you could need. Zorah and Iris were fantastic at the activities center for finding things to do around the island.

This stay is amazing! My wife and I stayed for 6 nights and we loved every minute of it. The first night we got there we walked around the courtyard and the water is steps away from the condo. We were hit with a breathtaking view of the sunset that dropped just behind one of the neighboring islands across the water. The complex is in Lahaina right next to Kaanapali and is about a 3-10 minute drive from food and Kaanapali beach as well as other tourist attractions. Just make sure to get food, snacks and drinks to keep at the condo from Costco or one of the stores close to the airport. The closest grocery store to the condo is Safeway or an ABC store and their prices are significantly more expensive. Plus Safeway was all out of waters when we went. The condo also had a decent sized washer and dryer which definitely came in handy with the beach clothes through the week. Overall this place was amazing and we would definitely consider staying at this location again when we come back.

My Perfect Stays and the room at Papkea C205 were perfect. The room itself was beautifully decorated, with every amenity. There was air-conditioning in every room and the bed was a huge king and very comfortable. The sofa bed was even comfortable. There is a perfect lanai sitting area with beautiful views of the ocean. There are several BBQ's in the pool area that we used nightly too. My Perfect Stays was amazing to work with, especially when Southwest cancelled out flights for no reason. We easily rebooked for another date and they took care of us with no extra fees involved. The room was very clean and comfortable all around. I would highly recommend this unit as well as My Perfect Stays.

This condo is in an ideal location in west Maui. The condo was perfect. From the air conditioning to the shower we loved our stay. Papakea offers walking distance to dukes and a short drive to Lahaina. We loved sunsets on the grass above the crashing waves every night. Can’t wait to go back.

This condo and the service from My Perfect Stays was perfection for us! The views from the lanai, the beautiful grounds, and the condo itself were beyond compare. This recently updated unit had all the things we love: no carpet, an Uber-comfortable bed, nicer finishes like granite countertops, and the modern air conditioning units in both the living room AND the bedroom is awesome! The location is also a great match for us. Proximity to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, Lahaina, and all things Maui make us happy. It’s also a short drive to the gym we access while we are on the island. We will stay in this unit again and again if it’s available. If not, we will stay at another unto offered by My Perfect Stay. We now trust them and will remain loyal. This condo made for a perfect trip for us. Cheers!

This was our 1st stay at Papakea. The updated condo fit our needs perfectly. Ocean and pool view made a great office for my husband each morning and for dinners on the lanai in the evening. Kitchen was well stocked and included tools for grilling. My perfect stays was always quick to respond with any request. Papakea is great location and close to many amazing beaches and restaurants. Swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, Pickleball courts and beautiful grounds....everything to make your vacation complete. We would stay in this unit again!

The location of Papakea is quite ideal and the unit faced out to a fountain/pond area with the pool beyond closer to the ocean. There was plenty of room for my husband and me in the unit and we ate in about 60% of the time so the kitchen worked out well. The resort is within walking distance of the grocery store and a few other shops and we always found a parking spot after travelling out. Parking was free which was a bonus. The concierge in the front office was most helpful in recommending and booking our excursions.

This was a nice enough place for us. It was a last-minute booking and they were great with communication and getting us in right away. I would have liked a more serene place, but this resort has AC units that whir constantly - it's noisy enough to block out the sounds of the ocean when you're out on the balcony.

This is a wonderful, relaxing condo. Been remodeled and its very nice. However the couch/hideabed was very uncomfortable to sit on. The condo is not ocean front but has a partial beautiful ocean view from lanai. However the lanai is too hot to sit on because of air conditioner unit. Papakea is a wonderful property but needs a restaurant or at least a bar to be a resort. We were very pleased with the condo and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Papakea resort was phenomenal. The grounds are remarkable and the amenities are exceptional. The staff makes your stay so pleasant and are available 24/7. We stayed in unit C205 which was very nice. The only complaint I have is that the couch is uncomfortable to sit on. Other than that the unit has everything you need for a fabulous stay!!!

A cute, clean, and comfy little condo perfectly placed for access to beaches, dining, and shopping in and near Lahaina. A reasonable drive from other Maui sightseeing spots. The condo complex is easy to find and has many amenities. Great communication from the property managers.
