Papakea B408 features a split air conditioning system located in the living area. The 1 bedroom + loft bedroom can accommodate up to six guests and offers a nice ocean view of the neighboring islands to Maui. You’ll feel at home the moment you step inside with a tropical color scheme of cool blues and Hawaiian inspired furniture and each room has a ceiling fan.
Step into the dreamy bedroom featuring a King size bed; spacious and tastefully decorated, you will be sure to enjoy a good night's sleep after a day in the sun. Just off the bedroom and hallway is the bathroom which has a tub shower and ample storage. The upstairs loft bedroom has a bathroom and 2 Twin beds. The Twin beds can be converted into a King if requested. Lastly, for extra guests, there is a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living area.
Papakea Resort is located at North Ka'anapali Beach and features 13 acres of lush, landscaped grounds, freshwater koi ponds, two heated oceanfront pools, 2 large hot tubs, 12 gas BBQ grills, 2 twelve-hole putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 lighted tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24-hour front desk/security service as well as plenty of open parking.
**PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $25/day facility fee. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga, water aerobics and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **
The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, farmer’s market, snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park. Papakea is just a short drive from historic Lahaina Town and close to both Ka’anapali and Kapalua world class golf courses. There is a cool, grassy lawn just outside the unit, along with beautiful beaches within walking distance. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle and dolphin spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property. Each evening, tiki torches light up the grounds for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance.
When booking with My Perfect Stays, your unit comes with beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. A complimentary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body soap as well as starter essentials will also be provided upon arrival.
Effective January 29th, 2025, through June 1, 2026, Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Some parts of the building will start this work soon, and you may hear some noise during this time. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time. Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
