Papakea B307 is a Studio condo featuring amenities such as a stunning ocean view, a washer/dryer, and air-conditioning! The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a Queen-size Murphy bed. The spacious main living area includes modern furniture with tile flooring and a large flat-screen TV. Enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows.
Unwind with a Queen-size Murphy bed and a split A/C unit. The remodeled bathroom includes a large vanity space and a walk in shower. This 3rd-floor unit features a private lanai with a dining table for 2 and a lounge chair. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the view. The open-concept fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping easy and provides counter seating for 2. Pack light! This unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka’anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests should expect construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change due to weather, tides, or field conditions. Please contact our office for complete details on the following resort improvement projects.
Walkway Coating Project. Dates August–November 2026. Scope of work: Remove existing traffic coating, concrete repair and resurface preparation (including grinding), application of multi-coat traffic coasting system (each layer requires extended drying time). Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. During demolition, preparation, and repair work, walkways and the elevator will remain open to foot traffic. Occupants should expect construction noise and dust particularly during the grinding activities. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos as the entry door will not be accessible. Work progression: Work will begin at the A building and work in building letter progression. Work on the B Bldg is slated for 8/13 - 8/24/2026. Update 8/28/26: The grinding portion of the project is complete. Rain has been delaying applying the coatings to the B building ramp. The ramp is on the exterior of the building. Occupants can use the stairwell and the walkways, they just can't exit the building on the ramp until it's completed. The hallway of B103/B104 will scheduled after the plumbing work is completed in October.
Seawall Repair Project (Phase 2): Dates 10/12/26 to 7/31/27. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction hours: 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Oceanside rock restoration schedule depends on daily tide and ocean conditions. Construction will begin near the Molokai shuffleboard area and is expected to continue there into early 2027. Work is expected to proceed towards Building L until complete.
Posted 9/24/26: The Lanai putting greens will be closed for maintenance from 9/29-11/10/26. The Molokai putting greens will be available during the Lanai service maintenance.

We had a marvelous time at Papakea Resort and Maui. The unit was very well maintained and supplied. We had everything we needed for cooking in or heading to the beach. They supplied 2 beach chairs and a small cooler for our use. Having the washer/dryer in unit is so helpful after a day out and about. The Murphy and sofa sleeper were both comfortable and had nice linens.
The property is nicely located and well maintained. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking was never a problem in resort. The pool, hot tubs and grounds were very nice.

We had a fabulous time during our stay. The condo had everything - very well stocked and maintained. Beautiful views. Very clean. Grounds were very well kept. Nice and close to restaurants, shopping (Whalers Village), and many beaches. The pool was fantastic and the large hot tub was a nice bonus. We enjoyed grilling poolside on the high quality grills provided. A very comfortable, convenient, well located condo that has everything you'll need.

This was an incredible place! The Air BnB is basically in a resort which includes free Mai Tai parties on Thursday, Free Lei Making classes, yoga during the week, etc. The place was exceptionally clean with the most insane oceanfront balcony. The property has direct access to an incredible beach which is really private. 12/10 would recommend and come back here again in the future.

I would recommend this condo to any couple or small family of three. It was clean, has a great view and the complex has nice amenities. The owners have clearly spent time thinking of their guests. Some of the nice things about the unit: a nice cooler bag to use, ice blocks to use in the cooler, lots of hangars in the closet, snorkels, beach chairs, lots of towels. In the kitchen: spices, coffee and filters, good knives, pots/pans, dishwasher pods, laundry pods. The credenza on the patio that covers the AC unit was nice and was useful for setting food while we ate on the patio and enjoyed the great views of the ocean. Clearly, these owners care about their guests. The only item that I would recommend replacing is the dishwasher. The other appliances in the kitchen were newer but the dishwasher is an older model. Not really a complaint as it worked well, but it is just outdated compared to the rest of the kitchen. My wife thought the stools could be a bit more comfortable (perhaps padded), but again, not really a complaint just a suggestion. The Murphy bed was nice and the sleeper sofa worked well, though a bit hard to close at times. Be aware, they are very close together, but not really an issue since we only slept in them and folded them up when not in use. This is a very nice unit with a GREAT view! I would recommend it to anyone and my family will definitely consider it again on our next trip to Maui. Mahalo!

Absolutely loved our stay in this condo! The views were amazing and it is exactly as advertised. We slept with the doors to lanai open every night and fell asleep and woke up to the sounds of the ocean. It was a great location close to so many activities we did. Papakea has shuffleboards, tennis courts, and several pools and hot tubs. They also offer some free activities on site. The property is well maintained with beautiful landscape and koi ponds. Views 10/10. My Perfect Stays also offers free concierge and that company was very helpful in tailoring a personalized plan for us that suited us and took the stress out of it. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Space is at a premium, especially with the Murphy bed out, but we were able to leave it down for our entire stay and had no problem navigating around the space. We had to be a little creative with where to stash our suitcases. Good spot for two adults that don't mind being cozy, but would recommend a larger unit if bringing kids or if you're heavy packers. The Papakea property is well maintained and offers several different daily activities. The pools and hot tubs are nice and don't get very crowded. No problems with neighbor noise in the early morning or at night. Nice perks are the supermarket, an ABC Store, and a good coffee spot being a short walk away. Beach access is best from the properties next door, also just a short walk away. Just look out for rocks under the water. Not my favorite beach, but it worked for a quick dip. Hop in the car and take a quick drive north to get to several great beaches. Overall, a great spot to base your Maui adventure from!

Had an amazing stay here. The view was amazing, just wish it actually was on a beach. Minutes away from anything. Downside would be the space, a lot smaller then I expected but good enough for the two of us.
