Papakea B306 is an ocean view condo, recently remodeled ( 2021), located at the beautiful ocean-front resort of Papakea. This one bedroom, one bathroom condo features Hawaiian-inspired decor with a blue ocean vibe, a split AC unit in the main living area, and in the bedroom, ceiling fans throughout as well as laundry machines for added convenience. This unit comfortably sleeps 3 adult guests with a California King bed in the bedroom and a comfortable Full-size sofa sleeper in the main living room. There is a flat screen TV also in the bedroom.
Make delicious homemade meals in the fully equipped kitchen which includes modern stainless steel appliances. Relax in the “Hawaiian Style” furnished living room while listening to the sound of the waves. The living room also offers a large flat-screen TV and dining table to accommodate 4 guests (extra seating at the counter). Enjoy a meal on your private lanai with beautiful resort and ocean views.
Each evening, tiki torches light up the property for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance. Awake to the sites and sounds of the beautiful surf, dine on your lanai while enjoying the whales and breathtaking sunsets, or simply relax with a refreshing cocktail and enjoy the views of the ocean, and the islands of Molokai, and Lanai.
Papakea Resort is located at North Kaanapali Beach and features 13 acres of lushly landscaped grounds, freshwater koi ponds, 2 saltwater swimming pools, 2 large spas, 12 gas BBQ's, 2 putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts, and 3 lit tennis courts, pickleball courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24-hour front desk with plenty of open parking. Papakea Resort is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, farmer’s markets, snorkel gear rental shops, gift shops, an oceanside park, a beach walking path, and various beaches including the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Our on-island team also provides dish soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body soap.
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.
**Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable, and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **
The Papakea resort will be undergoing an interior pipe enhancement project commencing in June of 2024 with building A. Building B is scheduled for this renovation from 8/22/24 through 11/22/24. Unit B306 will not be available for occupancy from 9/30/24 through 10/22/24. Construction on all units in building B will be completed on 11/22/24. Until completion on 11/22/24, there will be noise from 8 am-5:30 pm Monday through Friday until all remaining units in Building B are completed. Noise from renovation in adjacent buildings is likely until at least the completion of Building C on 1/20/25.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
