The spacious main living area includes modern furniture with tropical decorations and a large flat-screen TV. Split A/C units along with ceiling fans are equipped in the living room and bedroom to help stay cool.

This 2nd-floor unit features a private lanai with a dining table for 4. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and mahogany cabinets. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping easy and provides additional counter seating for 4. Pack light! - Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
We have been notified that the project is pending completion, but not guaranteed by June 2026. ***

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
