Effective May 17, 2024, through June 2, 2026, Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change.  Not all units will be affected at the same time. 

Papakea Resort has something for everyone, with two ocean front  salt water swimming pools (one heated pool right outside your lanai and we provide beach/pool towels), three tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, 12 new stainless steel Weber BBQs, two saunas and putting greens. Unlike most condo resorts on Maui, Papakea is low rise and low density. The resort offers 13 beautifully landscaped acres with multiple koi ponds and is located right on famous Kaanapali Beach.  

Please note: Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30 day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay.  Additional vehicles are $5 a day.  This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival.

Papakea A307 has one split A/C in the main living area with amazing unobstructed oceanfront views! This renovated 1-bedroom condo can accommodate up to 4 guests and with elevators, it is easy to access the third floor. Along with the renovations, you'll experience all the comforts of home with granite counter tops, luxurious kitchen (with ocean views), custom bathroom with stone and Koa wood finishes, a split AC unit in the main living area, ceiling fans throughout as well as authentic Hawaiian artwork. Your bedroom features a Queen bed and for your extra guests, there is a comfortable Queen size sleeper sofa in the main living room.

Make delicious homemade meals in the fully equipped upgraded kitchen which includes modern stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, oven, range, microwave, and fridge. Relax in the “Hawaiian Style” furnished living room while listening to the sound of the waves. The living room also offers extra entertainment features and the dining table seats 4 guests. If indoor dining isn't your thing, enjoy a meal on your private over sized lanai with front row ocean views!

Each evening, tiki torches light up the property for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance. This highly upgraded 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, third-floor condo, is just 25 feet from the ocean's edge. Awake to the sites and sounds of the beautiful surf, dine on your lanai while enjoying the whales and breathtaking sunsets, or simply relax with a refreshing cocktail and enjoy the views of the ocean, Molokai and Lanai.

There’s a shopping center right across the street, offering a convenient location to get groceries or a quick meal. Whaler’s Village, with a variety of shops and ocean front restaurants, is a short five minute drive. There is a wonderful sandy beach walking distance from the condo.  Beach sand levels can vary based on the conditions. 

Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have a after-hours emergency dispatchers to assistance when needed. We provide: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. One beach chair and beach towel is provided for each guest, plus a cooler for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests.

This condo is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. 
 

Standard Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
