You'll enjoy Papakea Resort A307’s amazing oceanfront location! This lovely 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo offers some of the best views from Papakea Resort that is suitable to accommodate up to 4 guests. This west-facing condo will provide unobstructed oceanfront seats to Maui’s incredible sunsets and views of the majestic islands of Molokai and Lanai. Unwind on your private lanai where you’ll be able to spot sea turtles and whales breaching during the winter months.
Papakea Resort A305 is on the 3rd-floor featuring a tropical interior and more! Inside you’ll find a relaxed Hawaiian-inspired atmosphere with cool tile flooring, tropical-themed furnishings and décor, and plenty of natural light. Stay cool with a spilt A/C unit in the living room and ceiling fans throughout the unit. The sofa not only has an ocean view but converts into a queen-size sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. In the bedroom, you’ll enjoy a queen-size bed and a relaxing place to rest after a day in the sun. The bathroom features a large vanity space and a stone walk-in shower. Enjoy your meals and unwind on the private lanai with a dining table for 6. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, custom koa wood finishes, and granite countertop seating for 3 with a dining table for 4. Pack light! This unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
*** Papakea is currently undergoing a property-wide plumbing renovation. This condo is not under repair, however, please note the information below:
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
We have been notified that the project is pending completion, but not guaranteed by June 2026. ***
* The Resort Fee of $25 per day at Papakea includes one parking permit with each additional vehicle will be charged an added cost of $5 a day. This is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival and is not associated with My Perfect Stays.
Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka’anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.
My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

_2 beach chairs per bedroom, 1 beach towel per registered guest, and a cooler
_The kitchen will have olive oil, salt & pepper, pans, coffee maker, dishware, and flatware.
_Linens: 1 set of sheets per bed, 1 set of bathroom towels per guest (face, hand, and bath towel)
_A starter kit of necessities such as dish soap, a few dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, paper towels, and bathroom tissue paper.
_A starter set of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand and body soap
_Wifi provided by Spectrum (between 100-200 Mbps)
_Complimentary concierge service by an on-island specialist
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
