Papakea A 206 has stunning unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean and islands of Molokai and Lanai. You will sit on the second floor balcony 40 feet from the ocean and watch whales, turtles and dolphins. Papakea A 206 is a newly remodeled studio condo with a split A/C system, ceiling fans and ocean breezes. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, range, garbage disposal and refrigerator with an ice maker. Entertainment includes a wall mounted flat screen television. WiFi is also provided. A 206 is furnished with tropical mahogany furniture (sustainably grown) and is decorated in Hawaiian decor with tile and wood flooring to make this condo feel cooler. There is a brand new King size bed looking out over the ocean and a twin aero-bed available for an additional guest. The lanai has an outdoor dining table, two chairs and a chaise lounge. Take in the spectacular sunsets and then let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep from this direct ocean front condo. Come and relax and enjoy the aloha spirit in this inviting unit. Enjoy spectacular sunsets and rainbows over the ocean.
The oceanfront resort offers 13 beautifully landscaped acres with tranquil koi ponds, 2 oceanfront swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, stainless steel Weber BBQs, 2 hot tubs, and putting greens.
**PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $25/day facility fee. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga, water aerobics and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **
There’s a shopping center right across the street, offering a convenient location to get groceries or a quick meal. Whaler’s Village, with a variety of shops and ocean front restaurants, is a short five minute drive. There is a beautiful sandy beach within walking distance from the condo. Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed. We provide: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. One beach chair and beach towel is provided for each guest, plus a cooler for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
