Air Conditioning
Paki Maui 405 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo located on the top/4th floor with wonderful unobstructed ocean views from your lanai and floor-to-ceiling double sliding glass doors, bringing natural light into the condo. The condo has a split AC conditioning system in the living room as well as all bedrooms. The condo can accommodate up to 6 guests with a California King bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Off of the living room, you will find the updated guest bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. Enjoy preparing meals at home in the remodeled kitchen and breakfast bar. There is a microwave-convection combination oven as well as a countertop toaster oven. Ample counter space provides counter seating for 3. Dine al fresco on the lanai with a dining table for 4 that overlooks a manicured lawn, beach, and the neighboring islands of Lana’i and Molokai. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large double sliding doors. Both bedrooms enjoy amazing mountain views and breezes.
Property Improvement Projects: Work hours 8am to 5pm Planter Box Removal. Project is scheduled to begin on 9/14/26 and is estimated to take 2 weeks to complete. Scope of project: removal of planter boxes at the 21 and 22 stacks. What to expect: noise, dust and debris during the demolition portion. Solar Panel Removal and Upgrade. Project is scheduled to start on 9/14/26 and is estimated to take 2 ½ weeks to complete. Scope of work: removal and upgrade of solar panels on the roof. What to expect: a crane will be brought onsite to remove maters and equipment from the roofs. Parking may be affected by the crane work.

Direct sandy beach access may vary throughout the year depending on tides and surf. Guests will also find nearby beaches within a short walk for swimming and beach activities. Paki Maui is in the neighborhood of Honokowai with shopping, restaurants, and beach rentals across the street. Within a short drive check out Whaler's Village Shopping Center where you can enjoy many dining options and entertainment. Condo 405 at Paki Maui Resort was absolutely phenomenal. The view from this condo was spectacular and allowed us to see some of the best sunsets we've ever witnessed right from the comfort of the condo's balcony.
Along with an amazing view, the condo was extremely clean, the bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The bedding was hotel style, plush, and made us excited to rest after a long day of adventure on Maui.
The icing on the cake was the air conditioning in each room! This was a life saver especially that we were not use to the humidity.
The location of this condo was also great. We were close to lots of great restaurants and fun activities. We had many days in the ocean swimming with turtles and all we had to do was walk downstairs to get to the water.
This was a vacation we will treasure forever. We definitely would book Condo 405 at Paki Maui Resort again and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, romantic, and fun getaway.

Amazing views from balcony!!

We had the most amazing views of both islands, Lana’i and Molakai, from our balcony and family room. We saw tons of humpback whales and a number of large sea turtles. Shallow water at low tide makes it easy to spot the sea turtles from the balcony. Beautiful kitchen; we even saw whales while doing dishes. Comfortable beds and nice furnishings. Locking screen door allows amazing breeze from the mountains to flow through the unit. Rainbows on both mountain side and oceanfront side. Already planning to come back to this unit.

The Best Part Was the View Out the Back at the Ocean and Even The View of the Mountain Out of the Front!

We were pleasantly surprised that this place was better than we expected it to be! The best part was the view out the back at the ocean and even the view of the mountain out of the front! We were worried about the no a/c but it worked out with the fans and with the windows opened. One thing I wish I would have known before going is that there was a place to wash and dry clothes & they had beach towels in the room for us. I would have packed less and had more room in my suit case. We loved that they had Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrellas, and a little cooler for us to use during our stay! We would definitely stay here again. The easy access to the beach was a big plus. Little hard to get over the coral reef/lava rock at low tide but made for awesome easy snorkeling and swimming. Papi’s Ohana has THE BEST Cinnamon Rolls down the street and Yummy pizza on Saturdays. Get in line at 6:30am for the cinnamon rolls. You won’t regret it. There are food trucks down the street too!

Spectacular Views

Spectacular views and very peaceful. The place was just as described and we loved waking up in the mornings to the whales right out our windows. They even included local coffee in our welcome box to enjoy on the patio! It was very quiet and clean. The parking spaces were a bit tight but we could always find one open.

We just love the views of the islands of Lanai’i and Molokai as well as the sea turtles right by the beach and pods of whales between the islands. The unit has a new set of binoculars for us to use from the top floor balcony. The views are amazing. We enjoyed a good night sleep from the beds in both of the bedrooms. We noticed some new furniture, new artwork, and new kitchens appliances and new pots & pans since our previous springtime visit. We love this unit. Front desk MPS staff were very nice and helpful.

Love the location, we really liked the local feel vs. the resort feel. Beach front was beautiful, even saw some whales passing by during our stay. However was not able to access beach from the property, had to go to park next-door. Park and beach was nice. Many great places within walking distance.

Fantastic location. One of the best beaches around. The unit has almost everything you’d need except an oven. There is no ac, but luckily there is a lot of wind which helps a bit. The guest bedroom door is wobbly and blows open easily and there are people sometimes talking and walking outside, which can be a little disruptive at times. We had a baby and found the heat and noise a little challenging. You can’t keep any food out, as there are constantly ants in the kitchen on the hunt. Overall we had a great stay and really enjoyed our time in Maui.

We had a wonder stay at our condo in Maui. Location can’t be beat!!! I wish I could give half stars, because I’d say it was 4.5 stars. The beds were too firm for everyone in our party (we didn’t use the pull out) and we went and bought toppers in Kahului for both beds. That made nights so much better!! The unit had everything we needed (although we didn’t end up cooking there, it was fully stocked)! We loved having snorkel masks available so we could just walk down and snorkel right there! There were great coffee shops, a little market, food trucks, and a park all within walking distance. The balcony was lovely - we enjoyed coffee in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Parking, communication, cleanliness were all great! It would definitely be 5 stars if the beds were comfortable for us (definitely a personal preference - everyone is different). We would absolutely stay again and are already missing Maui!

The Location is Perfect!

This is the perfect property for our family. Sea turtles visited nearly every day in late July. The beach is literally outside the window and the views are some of the best on the island. The location is perfect while being more “authentic” (not in super high traffic tourist shopping areas). We completely fell in love with Maui and I’m sure it’s in no small part due to this property. Would stay here in a heartbeat again and recommend to others.

Make sure you have a beach view - it’s amazing. We slept with the windows open to enjoy the natural sound of the waves. They also provide you with beach chairs, mats, body boards, cooler. Much needed!

Great condo with an incredible view! The location is walkable to many things but is far enough away from the resort block that it feels quite private. The view from the balcony was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the sunset nightly. The kitchen was pretty stocked with utensils and cookware and the bed was comfy. My only critique is the master shower is a bit small. My husband and I are very tall and found that we could not shower in that bathroom unless we bent down due to the location of the shower head. It’s nicely updated but could use a few personal touches. I know it’s managed by a company rather than the individual owner so that likely has a lot to do with the lack of personal touches. Either way, we would certainly stay again! We had a fantastic time!

Thank you for the amazing hospitality. The condo was clean, secure and had all of the amenities and some bonus amenities to make our stay perfect. The provided beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella were a pleasant surprise! Location was perfect - walking distance to beach, coffee shops, shopping, restaurants, food trucks and so much more. The views from our balcony were absolutely stunning! Rainbows over the ocean watching the whales breech was breath taking. The property was well maintained and others on property were friendly and respectful. The beds were comfortable and linens freshly cleaned. Condo was perfect for two adult couples. I would recommend this property to others, the views alone are worth it.

We had a GREAT time at Paki Maui. With endless surf our out balcony and 3 rainbows a day seen from our front door. The protected beach area is perfect for kids with a long stretch of shallow water AND sea turtles swimming by every day. We hope to return again in the future.

Quiet building right on the ocean. Close to beaches and restaurants. No AC but had cross breeze and was fine for our March visit. We saw whales and rainbows daily from the lanai. Well equipped kitchen. Appreciated the use of the beach chairs and boogie boards.

Right on the Water

If it’s your first time to Maui, this AirBnB is worth the money. Right on the water. Saw plenty whales. The water in front is waste to shoulder deep with a barrier reef for you to swim. Not many fish on the reef. Lots of close amenities such as the ABC general store for alcohol. Food trucks are down the street in walking distance. Also, there is a boardwalk that is fairly close as well.

Amazing view! We had the best seats for whale watching on the island. We enjoyed breakfast, cocktails and the sunset from our balcony every day. The kitchen is well equipped - even had soy sauce and oils, basic spices. Beds are comfortable. Lots of extras that were appreciated- boogie boards, beach mats and chairs. The condo itself isn’t super luxurious, but well equipped, comfortable and the view is to die for. Bring binoculars and maybe ear plugs as you want to keep the windows open for the lovely ocean breeze.
