Paki Maui is a four-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between the famous Ka’anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is just a short drive to Lahaina town and Front Street, dining and entertainment at Whaler’s Village in Ka’anapali. Enjoy championship golf courses, world-class spas, shopping, and dining in nearby Ka'anapali Beach and Kapalua.
On the ocean's edge in the heart of the Ka'anapali Coast, Paki Maui is an idyllic beachfront condo retreat with sundeck, pool, jet spa and picnic areas with grills along with the beautiful lush green landscaping. App/coin-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. There are no resort or parking fees at Paki Maui.
Paki Maui 405 does not have A/C, is an oceanfront, 2-bedroom/2-bath condo located on the 4th floor with amazing views, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The complex has an elevator for convenient access to the top floor. Completely renovated kitchen with large breakfast bar. You’ll enjoy dining on new patio furniture on the west-facing balcony that overlooks the Pacific with unforgettable Maui sunsets. Both bedrooms enjoy mountain views and breezes with a lanai that overlooks manicured lawn, beach/park, and neighboring islands of Lana’i and Moloka'i. Cal-king in primary bedroom with ensuite, a queen bed in the guest room, and queen sleeper sofa located in the living area.
The condo is updated regularly by the owners to ensure that the guest's experience is the very best. The owners read and react to all guest's comments. As Hawaii is a tropical island, the condo is now serviced monthly for pest control with insecticide that is safe for guests that are sensitive to chemicals. The unit has a new locking screen door at the front door to allow the cool mountain breeze to flow easily through the unit even as you sleep.
My Perfect Stays will provide a cooler as well as a complementary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. We will place one beach towel and beach chair per guest in the condo for your use during your stay, plus a cooler to take to the beach with you!
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Complimentary concierge is available to all our guests!
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
