Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between the Famous Ka’anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is just a short drive to Lahaina town and Front Street, dining and entertainment at Whaler’s Village in Ka’anapali and championship golf courses in Kapalua.
Aside from the beautiful lush green landscaping, Paki Maui also offers all the amenities you need to enjoy your Maui vacation. Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort.
Paki Maui 403 does not have A/C, is a tropically appointed 2-bedroom/2-bath ocean front condo that offers some of the great views in Maui. Surrounded by floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, there’s a tropical view from virtually every angle within this condo. Enjoy your meals al fresco from your private ocean front lanai. It’s the perfect spot to sip your Mai Tai and enjoy those epic Maui sunsets. This unit offers a STUNNING, remodeled kitchen featuring new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a show stopping backsplash. All you need are groceries!
Step into the master bedroom featuring a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a good book or just relax after a long day in the sun. The second bedroom features a queen bed and shares a convenient bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. The living area also has a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.
My Perfect Stays will provide a cooler as well as a complementary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. We will place one beach towel and beach chair per guest in the condo for your use during your stay, plus a cooler to take to the beach with you!
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Complimentary concierge is available to all our guests!
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
