Paki Maui 327 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the third floor with partial ocean views from your lanai and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, bringing natural light into the condo. The condo can accommodate up to 6 guests with a King bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room. Stay cool with a mini split A/C unit in each bedroom. The master bedroom features its own private lanai and an ensuite bathroom with a stand up shower. Off of the living room, you will find the updated guest bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. Enjoy preparing meals at home with a fully equipped remodeled kitchen. Ample counter space provides counter seating for 5. Dine al fresco on the main lanai with a dining table for 4 and the lush garden surrounding you.

My friend and I rented 327 Paki Maui for 8 days and had a wonderful time. Between the house stocked with everything you need to the perfect location.
I love Honokawai and I stay in th village every time.
I have stayed in condos at Papakea, Maui Sands, and now Paki Maui.
Paki Maui is kept in great shape. The front lawn and sea wall is perfect for tanning, sunsets, and star watching.
The onsite store manager at Paki Maui was great about helping us get to our room and helped us with a luggage cart. He's not affiliated with the rental, but goes to show the Aloha spirit is waiting.
Across from my favorite deli and tacos, and a few properties down from ABC store.
The beds are also comfortable, which is a huge bonus for me and my bad back.
The A/C splits are in the bedrooms and helped keep us comfortable.
100% would gladly return for another lengthy stay

Great location, ample parking, great room, waterfront, and beach access. Being close to the water and able to swim with sea turtles was a huge highlight. Can't say enough about the location and being on the ocean. Was truly a great experience and didn't realize how lucky we were with the ocean access. Swimming and exploring in the calm waters is something we still talk about. My perfect stays always answered the phone and were quick with responses. Room was fantastic and enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay at Paki Maui 327 - close to the beach and lots of handy amenities. The place was lean and was exactly as presented in the photos. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay! Loved the views of the mountain and rainbows from the balcony!

We were delighted with our stay! Everything was perfect except the bathrooms would need to be updated! Otherwise the accuracy of the photos shows the superb condo very well! I recommend this place without problem! Even to go back one day!

This property was perfect. In a very convenient location with stores nearby. Food places and outdoor mall just a short drive away. The sunset was absolutely breathtaking. Some of the best views I have ever seen. I want to bring my family and kids back. Pool and hottub were awesome. Loved my stay. Only complaint is that the floors could have been cleaner.

Our stay was lovely. This condo was very private as it is in an end unit. You can hear road noise, and the roosters greet you each morning, but the beauty of the area and relaxing lanai and condo make up for that. There is a beautiful lawn area with lounge chairs to watch the ocean sunset each night.

Overall, a good place to stay. The unit was clean and was very similar to the description/pictures. The location in Lahaina was great. Parking was never an issue. The pool and hot tub area was nice. There was ample space for 4 of us, and the two balconies were nice. The downsides were that this is a corner unit with an extremely limited view of the ocean, the actual property doesn’t have a beach (although there are some great ones nearby), no A/C (desk fans would have been useful), and the roosters were extremely loud at 4 AM in the morning.

Had a great stay. The actual couch was more comfortable than the pull-out bed. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very helpful!

Great place to stay at in Kaanapali

Great place to stay at in Kaanapali. Close to the beach and near grocery store and restaurants. Enjoyed our 10 day stay there and had no issues. The place has no AC but it was not a problem, each room & living room had a ceiling fan which worked perfectly and provided enough air along and if you had your windows opened it help bring in a nice breeze. The only issue is when cooking the kitchen could get a bit hot but over all not a huge issue. One things that caught us by surprise was the very late heads up about the state mandated bug spraying that had to be done while we stayed, I wish we would have known prior to booking but we were given a couple weeks heads up before arriving so we weren't fully caught off-guard. Over all they came in early to spray but given we were in Hawaii we were up and out of the condo so it didn't disturb us. Would def book again when we come to Maui!

Amazing little condo right by the beach! The back room got a little hot since there’s no AC and it doesn’t have an ocean facing window, but the rest of the unit got lots of air and was very comfortable

My first time to Maui for a wonderful fun filled and relaxing vacation. Condo offers a relaxing updated environment with all the amenities(washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, pool, lounge chairs by the ocean) you will need for your vacation. Conveniently located to grocery store, fabulous Fish market offering same day fresh caught fish, breakfast at Slappy Cakes, evening local food trucks and Ka'anapali Beach for swimming.

The condo was beautiful. The people I’m the main office were really nice, they gave great options. The condo was very clean and fully stocked. The location was perfect. The parking spots were extremely tight for any car. We were right by the beach and there was a pool and hot tub right by the beach. Stay was amazing!!

We were out doing activities most of the time, however spent many nights watching the sunset over the water. The place slept the 5 of us comfortably. Very conveniently located to the stores and activities. The only complaint we had is there was a rooster nearby that would wake us up in the night but that can't be helped considering the island hosts all types of animals. We would definitely go back again. Thank You

Overall we had a wonderful stay at the property. Its a great location-walking distance to cute coffee shops, health food market, and snorkel rentals. There is a great beach connected to the property and close access to many more. The pool worked well for us with young kids (enclosed and easy to have it right there). I was disappointed because many of the units at the Paki Maui have views of the pool or ocean but this unit is at the end, so with the doors and windows open, you do hear the road quite a bit. It would have been fine, but I just wished I had known in advance. The only other concern for us was with young kids the high table on the lanai was terrifying. It felt dangerous to have a high top table on the 3rd floor. Other than those two things, the property was exactly as described, well situated, great customer service with teh agency.

PROS: Easy check in Great communication Parking spot included Comfy beds Lots of beach equipment available for use (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc) Beach towels In unit laundry Great location Kids park nearby Beach access CONS: The condo is located in a busy area which means it can be kind of loud, although this would not discourage us from staying here again. We had some issues with ants, but the hosts responded and acted immediately.

It was bright and cheery and loved being able to have the breeze each day. Plenty of room for two couples or a family with 2 children. All the amenities and the kitchen was fully equipped. The beach front was lovely and lots of lounge chairs for sunbathing. We had a great time.

This place was great. We enjoyed a lot of the amenities like the in-unit washer/dryer, pool which was super close to the ocean, my 2 year old loved the beach supplies, and the kitchen was great for cooking. Many of the complaints in the previous reviews regarding the noise are simply MAUI problems...not unique to this unit. Noisy roosters are everywhere and not many places have AC unless you spend a ton of money. You’re going to find sugar ants no matter where you stay. Although it’s not a full ocean view, you can still see the water and we could watch whales jumping from the lanai. We would definitely return.

This apartment was perfect for two couples or a family to comfortably stay. There was plenty of space and the kitchen had everything we needed. Watching the whales at sunset on the beach and was a really special way to finish every day!

Nice Ocean View!

This was a good place to stay on Maui. The condo has some recent renovations -- the kitchen and living areas were very nice as was the vanity in the master bedrooms. The bathrooms are quite dated. The smaller bath (not the master bath) is only a shower (the description says it is a shower/tub). The description about beach access nearby is somewhat accurate, but the beach area for the condo and the park next door is not a beach that is good for swimming or walking. That being said, great beaches are within 10-15 minutes of the condo. The views are not great from the unit, but there is a very nice ocean view from the lawn area at the back of the condo. We generally enjoyed our stay here, but wish there had been reviews before we booked and stayed as we would have gone into the stay knowing more and not feeling duped. I thought I did my homework before booking and recognize that photos and descriptions always provide the best spin to the host.

Pro's Right by the ocean provides a good breeze Location is good as far as activities go Con's Loud corner unit by a main road with a loud rooster (I know this is uncontrollable) ear plugs fixed the issue

My family and I stayed here for vacation and had a great time. The location was great and convenient if you are doing activities on the west side of the island. If you have to go on the other side of the island, travel will be quite far. The unit was very clean and had a great view with beach access close by. Will definitely be staying here next time I visit Hawaii!
