Welcome to Paki Maui 310, your tropical paradise retreat on the beautiful island of Maui! This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit is designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, providing a cozy and intimate setting for your Hawaiian getaway.

As you step into this quaint and cozy unit, you'll immediately be captivated by the enchanting Hawaiian decor that adorns the entire space. The living room boasts an open-concept design, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Relax on the queen pullout sofa bed, offering additional sleeping space for your convenience.

Unwind and take in the breathtaking ocean views from your private lanai, the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine as you soak in the beauty of Maui's coastline. While the unit doesn't have air conditioning, the gentle Hawaiian trade winds and ceiling fans keep the space cool and comfortable.

Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between the Famous Ka’anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is just a short drive to dining and entertainment at Whaler’s Village in Ka’anapali and championship golf courses in Kapalua. 

Aside from the beautiful lush green landscaping, Paki Maui also offers all the amenities you need to enjoy your Maui vacation. Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort.

My Perfect Stays will provide a cooler as well as a complementary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. We will place one beach towel and beach chair per guest in the condo for your use during your stay, plus a cooler to take to the beach with you!  

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Complimentary concierge is available to all our guests!  

Standard Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
