Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between the Famous Ka’anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is just a short drive to Lahaina town and Front Street, dining and entertainment at Whaler’s Village in Ka’anapali and championship golf courses in Kapalua.
Aside from the beautiful lush green landscaping, Paki Maui also offers all the amenities you need to enjoy your Maui vacation. Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort.
Paki Maui 302 does not have A/C. This stunning one bedroom, one bathroom ocean front condo offers some of the best views on all of Maui. Located at the quaint resort of Paki Maui, you’ll feel at home the moment you step inside. This unit offers a fully equipped kitchen so all you need are groceries! Step into the serene and tranquil master bedroom featuring a comfortable Queen size bed. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a good book or just relax after a long day in the sun. The bathroom is bright and airy and features a tub/shower combo.
The owner has recently made several upgrades to this condo including new living room furniture and complete replacement of the oceanfront sixteen-foot-wide, double door sliding glass door. To ensure the maximum comfort of their guests the owner has replaced the sofa bed with a non-sleeper luxury couch and accommodates a maximum of 2 guests. The new sliding glass doors enhance the view and invite you to enjoy the spectacular lanai. Additional upgrades are planned over the coming weeks! We will be sharing new photos soon!
My Perfect Stays will provide a cooler as well as a complementary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. We will place one beach towel and beach chair per guest in the condo for your use during your stay, plus a cooler to take to the beach with you!
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Complimentary concierge is available to all our guests!
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
