Welcome to Paki Maui 220, a cozy one-bedroom, one-bath condo located at the oceanfront Paki Maui Resort on Maui’s West Side, ideally positioned between the popular Ka’anapali and Kapalua areas. Just a short drive away is, Whalers Village, and the championship golf courses of Kapalua.
Begin your day on the private garden-view lanai, where you can enjoy meals al fresco or relax with a morning coffee surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Sliding glass doors fill the condo with natural light and create an open, breezy atmosphere throughout the space.
The living room is bright and comfortable, offering a relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring the island. A queen sofa sleeper provides additional sleeping space, making the unit ideal for couples or small families. This condo does not have air conditioning but benefits from Maui’s refreshing trade winds. Just off the living area is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay—simply bring your groceries and settle in.
The bedroom serves as a peaceful retreat, furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, perfect for resting, reading, or recharging after a day in the sun. The bathroom offers a clean, modern feel and includes a marble tile step-in shower, providing a relaxing space to refresh and unwind.

Great place to stay! Modest compared to the nearby resorts of course but quiet, right on the water, close to major bus stops, a fifteen minute walk to a proper beach, the beach walk and good restaurants. Easy hotel pickup if you book excursions. This may be less feedback specifically for this place vs. general advice for staying on Maui in a non-major resort—I didn’t read about it until after the fact—but do be super wary of what you cook in the kitchen because I learned the hard way that it doesn’t take very much at all to attract pests, however clean you may be about it… Host was super responsive regarding this and it didn’t take much work to resolve. I would book again, and just not cook anything in the unit :)

Overall we had a great time at this location. The only downside was that there wasn’t any air conditioning so it got kind of hot at night but I think that is pretty typical for most condos in Hawaii. There were several fans in the unit that kept the air flowing.

As advertised. Clean and very helpful. 11min from Whalers village. 5 min from Airport Beach and Napili. Airport 45min to 1 hr. Food Truck and grocery store within walking distances. Parking easy and accessible. Front desk helpful.

We thought the place was really cute, and beachy feel! It had everything you would need, from beach chairs to all kitchen accessories and a great patio. Beach access right next-door, a few little shops and organic grocery store across the street. Larger grocery store and food trucks within walking distance. Laundry facilities are on property but not in condo, and I felt the cleaning fee was alittle excessive. But I would highly recommend this great location! Don't forget to check out the great cinnamon rolls down the street!

The property was great overall. The lanai is right next to the open hallway so you don’t have much privacy to sit on lanai. Unit was pretty warm without air conditioning but plenty of fans were available.

This was the perfect place for our vacation to Maui. The apartment was clean and comfy and we really appreciated having basic kitchen supplies and beach items. We had our breakfast on the beautiful patio every morning and watched the sunset on the beach. Thanks again!

Great location! The condo is right on the water, with access to the beach all around. There is a food truck park right down the street as well as an ABC store all in walking distance for everything you need.

Place worked out perfectly. Room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Host provided beach chairs and boogie boards for use. Great little park right next door to the hotel. Icing on the cake, first night I arrived there was a turtle swimming 10 ft off the shore of the hotel.

This place is great to crash on your Maui vacation! It’s very well located (across the street from local shops and convenience stores) and gives you easy access to most of the island. It is small, so I wouldn’t suggest it for more than two people, but it worked for us just fine. The beach area in the back is more like a grassy patch and it is not private, but the sunsets are great and the water is relaxing to watch at night. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you are adventurous and need a well-located, clean pad to crash at. It was quiet at night, everyone was friendly and overall it was good. Very expensive, but that’s just Maui :)

Overall we would recommend this place! It is a solid location if you are seeking to be on the west side of the island - we did most of our activities on the other side of the island so it was a 45 min. minimum drive one way everyday. The long drives are beautiful but just be mindful of what beaches you want to go see before you book anywhere in Maui. The place was stocked with items like beach chairs, great bath amenities, fun suggestions, etc. Everything was clean, parking was so convenient, and checking in/out was effortless. The last items we would tell you to consider are the lack of places in Maui with AC. This place does NOT have AC and it was warm. It wasn’t unbearable, but after a long hike or day at the beach, sitting in a warm condo wasn’t ideal. This also makes for a louder environment as most neighbors have their doors and windows open to keep their rooms cool. Overall, solid value!! We’d stay here again, but keep in mind if the location and warmer room trade off is worth it for you!

The apartment is well equipped and recently renovated. It genuinely feels like you're renting someone's vacation home that they use. Instead of lots of airbnbs that feel like they're made by house flippers who never stayed in them. The biggest downside is that the balcony is directly adjacent to a walkway. So there is zero privacy in the living room and hallway unless you shut the curtains. Definitely had people walking by make eye contact with us while we were on the couch. The location is great! It's less than a 10 minute drive to some of the best snorkeling and beaches on Maui (Honolua bay, Kapalua bay, and Black Rock).

Great and cozy spot for first time visitors! Very economical and provides all the accommodations of home. The venue provided exactly what was described in the advertisement. If you have never been to the islands please know there is no central air in some of these spots, this being one, but again it was quite nice and convenient to all the recommended sites and tours for you to visit. Beach is right out the back door! Great pool area as well! The breeze at night was the saving moment!
