A very well appointed condo with all the desired amenities. The beds and linen, particularly were very comfortable. We found everything clean and neat when we arrived. Close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and food trucks were very helpful. The view from the balcony and the ease of access to the ocean, swimming pool and hot tub made our stay especially beautiful and fun. Both check-in and check out were clearly explained and easily carried out. Thanks for a lovely experience at Paki Maui 123 and we would highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting Maui.

Overall, our stay was great! We loved the proximity to the ocean and beautiful sunsets daily. At lower tide, the ocean behind us made for a great spot to look for shells and swim. There’s a coffee shop & fun restaurants within minute's walk. The staff we met was all very friendly and always willing to give recommendations on whatever we needed. The condo was well stocked with supplies, including beach chairs and towels. We’d come back to Paki Maui to stay.

Nice location between Nipili and Kaanapali. If you're looking for more casual than resort, this is the place. Easy access to Lahaina through Kapalua. Nice protected spot for very safe snorkeling is right outside.

We had a great experience. Location was great! The view was amazing. ABC store walking distance. We had 4 teenagers and they loved it as well! Small park and beach next door to walk to any time they wanted.

Clean, Spacious Condo overlooking the Ocean

We loved our clean, spacious condo overlooking the ocean! While there wasn't really a beach outside, there were many things to do within blocks and we loved the location. The king bed was very high quality, and we felt very comfortable staying there. Being directly above the pool was great when our teens were in it, but a problem when we were trying to sleep. One night, a group was blasting music at 10:30pm. (Remember you may have jet lag in Hawaii!) The unit had a great selection of beach equipment to borrow, such as coolers and chairs. Compared to other condos we've rented, they could do a better job of stocking some extra things to make your stay feel nicer. Communication was excellent with the management company.

The condo was very nice and had every amenity. The only drawback was that the condo is located directly over the pool, which is at times busy & noisy. We like sleeping with all the lanai doors open for breeze & though the pool was supposed to be quiet by 10, there were a couple nights that it wasn't. Overall, it is a great view and nice space as well as very accommodating.

We would not hesitate to recommend this unit! It is beautiful, with nice furniture, comfortable beds, pillows & linens. No bugs! Yay! We kept the doors open all day and night and slept to the sound of the waves. I loved the ocean view! We saw whales from the balcony and ate outside every day. Usually we are on the go adventuring but we loved the quiet complex and pool area so much that several days we just hung out there! Plenty of sun and fun. My kids often played football on the grass. Being close to the pool and on the 1st level was great. The complex was nicer than I expected based on other reviews. My only complaints were that the outside showers weren’t working (the sign was dated from November I believe - Said they were waiting on parts) and the steps to the ocean were blocked off. We still were able to climb down the wall or walk around to go through the park, but the orange fencing was unattractive. Very small issues. We loved it and would definitely go back!

Had a great time at #123! Walked to the (one and only) ABC! They’re everywhere and have just about everything you could possibly think of, but no cake mixes. Have to walk across the street to the Time grocery store. And then it’s a must to stop in the Java Jazz Cafe!!! The food is fantastic and the atmosphere, quite unique and relaxing. The Paki Maui is an excellent location for walking to everything. We went to the Luau at the Hyatt. Unfortunately it was a bit underwhelming. Great performances and music but the food and drinks, not great. Watery drinks and cold food with no flavor. We did the road to Hana which was fantastic. Some of the best waterfalls are unmarked and you need to ask the friendly locals for directions and landmarks. Really liked Paia for a pit stop. Really good fried chicken at the gas station! The road to Hana is a lot different from 1986! The road is actually paved! It’s my birthday tomorrow and I’m feeling every bit of 69 years! Mahalo!

We enjoyed our stay loved the views from the balconies. We were able to see some whales. Though there was lots of rain the first couple of days we made the most of it but enjoyed hanging out in the room The hot tub was full at night and seemed like the people in it had to be told by residents that lived there to get out, so we used the hot tub first thing at 9:00, we enjoyed how dedicated the staff is in cleaning the pool and hot tub!! We utilized the bbq downstairs in the pool area to make dinner, however the smoke alarms were very sensitive we had to take them down the wouldn’t stop beeping. The outlets in both bathrooms wouldn’t work but did let the office management know they had someone would come but we never saw anyone call or come by. The garbage disposal sounds likes it works however nothing seems to go down. To me we made the most of it regardless of a few things but really enjoyed the property so thank you very much it was a memorable birthday week

The location was perfect and the condo was comfortable and just what we needed. It's close to Lahaina and all there is to do there. We saw whales every day from the lanai. There's a public beach right next door that we visited often.

Overall awesome place to stay with easy beach access and good restaurants nearby. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was there was a bunch of caution tape and the entrance to the ocean was blocked off. This unit is also right above the pool, so it's a bit loud and not very private in the evening.

Ideal location just a few minutes from town. You get a perfect ocean view from the comfort of both balconies, ideal for sunrises. The kitchen came stocked with everything you’d need to prepare breakfast. Highly recommend booking!

We had such a wonderful time at this Amazing property. I honestly don’t understand these negative reviews. Everything was perfect! So clean, fantastic communication, great location, amazing views, wonderful beach for swimming/walking, beautiful kitchen and comfortable beds. We also loved the number of lounge chairs available at the pool and beach area. We loved eating at the food truck park (had the Thai truck 4 times), Pizza Paradiso and Ms Arrapa’s (literally right across the street). Loved the ABC store 3 minute walk away too! The trade winds were perfect, did not need ac at all in July, the fans provided were just what was needed! The condo was bigger than I thought it would be, bedrooms are a great size and everything is situated perfectly. Great kitchen items for cooking and plenty of dishes and flatware. Just a great place! We cannot wait to return! We just loved it all!!! Thank you so much!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Place could use some updates, especially twin mattresses. It had all necessary items including pool and beach appointments. Location convenient to pool. Unfortunately the stairs to the beach in front of the unit were blocked for repairs. Parking lot spaces were really tight. No air conditioning but we were fine in March with the ocean breeze. Would stay there again.

Great property! Very clean and updated, had everything we needed, kitchen could use a couple more frying pans. Over all beds were amazing, great sectional couch with hideabed, washer dryer was so perfect for not have tko pack as much. View's were amazing pool was well maintained daily! We enjoyed our very first visit as owners to our condo and the whales antics we could see from our condo every morning from the lanai! Some minor work needed to be done and our Manager Promis has already fixed some and the rest will be done as occupancy dictates! Some was done while we were there by Scott from maintenance and we needed to leave our luggage in the MPS office., when we enjoyed Larry's company very much! Luke and Anita Cheriyan.
Cycling and Snorkeling Getaway

We had such a wonderful time at this property. Main floor was really easy for rolling bicycles in and out each day. Snorkeling on this trip was best down by the Westin property, Nipilli Beach or Honolua as the snorkeling at this beach isnt the easiest to enter and not much coral or fish to speak of. Loved this location being directly across street from Fish Market for the poke and fish burritos. We will be back to this location next year! Mahalo for a wonderful vacation.

Great location on beautiful grounds. We enjoyed our 6 night stay here. The unit was spacious, views were amazing, and the check-in/check-out and communication all made for an easy and smooth experience. The balconies off of both the living room and the master bedroom were a treat. Easy access to everything West Maui has to offer from this condo!

I'd actually say 4.5 stars. The only knock is that it's a little dated and you can see a little bit of wear. The place was clean, accessible, and located right above the pool. We had a great view of the pool and the ocean.
