Paki Maui 104 Description

Air Conditioning

Paki Maui 104 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo located on the first floor with wonderful unobstructed ocean views from your lanai and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, bringing natural light into the condo. The condo does not have air conditioning. Enjoy preparing meals at home with a well equipped kitchen. Please note, there is no oven. The master bedroom features majestic ocean views and access to the bedroom's lanai. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a good book or relax after a long day in the sun. The master bedroom features a comfortable California King bed with a spacious ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features two twin-size beds and the guest bathroom is in the hallway with a shower/tub combo.

Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka’anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is an oceanfront property with seasonal shoreline conditions. Direct sandy beach access may vary throughout the year depending on tides and surf. Guests will also find nearby beaches within a short walk for swimming and beach activities. Paki Maui is in the neighborhood of Honokowai with shopping, restaurants, and beach rentals across the street. Within a short drive check out Whaler's Village Shopping Center where you can enjoy many dining options and entertainment. There are golf courses and putting greens available in Kaanapali and Kapalua.

The view was spectacular. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen equipped. Loved the balconies. I didn't care for the construction going on in front of the property, I believe they were working on the sea wall. But it wasn't awful and guys were nice. Also the toilet in the master bathroom was running some, hopefully it's been fixed now. The water is not great to drink, I would recommend a Brita water pitcher for drinking water and ice making.

The condo was as advertised! Steps to the beach in a quiet complex. Visited in December 2023 and wildlife galore, humpback whales and their calf’s, turtles, monk seals, and snorkeling as good as anywhere we went on the island. Definitely will be back.

Highly recommend this place. Unbelievable views, we saw turtles everyday. Great restaurants across the street and a short walk to others and a grocery store. You won’t regret staying here!

Can't Get Any Closer To The Ocean!

Can't get any closer to the ocean! Loved sitting on the lanai every morning with our coffee and most evenings watching the sun set! When we arrived there was an issue with the primary bathroom and we could not use it for 2 days, and with 6 people that wasn't ideal. It was resolved when they said it would be. The other issue would be the sleeper sofa, it is really old and not comfortable for 2 adults to sleep on. The other beds were ok and comfortable. It is an older condo and definitely needs some updates. I wouldn't stay there with 6 people again though. Overall, you can't beat the views and hearing the ocean all night long!

Amazing Condo! Amazing Price!

My Perfect Stay was super communicative pre, during and post. The condo was great for the price. It was clean, safe and wonderful view right out the patio doors. We slept with the doors open all night, every night, just listening to the waves. That's all I really wanted! We were not in the heart of Kaanapali, but only a short drive or long walk from there. The condo furniture was a little dated and worn, but it didn't bother us one bit. We were busy sitting out on the two patios, or better yet, out in the water! For the value, we'd stay again! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maki Maui. It did get a little hot at times and the fans weren't enough so an air conditioning unit would probably be good. But we really liked our accommodations and the area!

A beautiful beachside location. It was perfect for the 4 of us. Stunning sunsets every night on the ocean view balcony with a fun ocean playground right out your back door. We loved staying here.

Paki Maui 104 and My Perfect Stays

Booked with My Perfect Stays and would absolutely do it again. Their communication was awesome. Answered every question quickly before the trip and checked in with us multiple times during our stay. The Concierge service was also helpful for answering questions and providing guidance. Unit #104 was perfect for our party of four adults. First floor, water front unit with beautiful views, sunsets and easy access to the lawn area, sand at low tide and water for snorkeling. Kitchen was well equipped, the starter items of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo etc. were perfect. The unit also had beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, beach umbrellas, clothes drying rack, two T.V.s and more. It was really well equipped at no extra charge. Free parking was really nice and we always had a spot regardless of time. We were within walking distance of restaurants and shops and a 10-15 min. drive from Lahaina and the north beaches. Highly recommend this complex, Unit 104 and My Perfect Stays for booking. Our trip could not have been better. Thank you Ginger, Kai and everyone at My Perfect Stays!

Excellent Place to Stay!

The condo was just as described in the listing. The rooms were clean and perfect for our family of 4. 2 beds in the guest room were great for our teenage children. Hard to find a better view anywhere in the area. We could see whales anytime we looked out at the ocean. The little beach next to the resort has Sea Turtles and we could even see them from the patio when they made there way down the shore. There were plenty of dining options in the area. Be aware that there is no AC in the unit and if you come from a dry climate it can feel a little stuffy during the day. There are plenty of fans in the unit to keep the air moving. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Ocean Views Right on the Ocean

Look no further! This place is hands down the best you can find on the island. It boasts the most incredible ocean views and you are RIGHT on the ocean. Closest you can get in fact! The place has massive sliding doors that open up and allows that insanely glorious wind that comes in from the ocean. You wouldn't need AC even if it was an option. The sound of the crashing waves is like a sound machine that instantly relaxes you. There were awesome amenities that were so helpful to have like a boogie board, flippers for snorkeling and beach towels for our entire family of 6! The kitchen was awesome to have on hand for cooking and a full size fridge to store food. Note- it has a stove but not an oven but the outdoor common bbq did the trick :) The pool and hot tub was a huge hit amongst our kids. They keep it super clean and it over looks the ocean. I can't say enough good things about this space. You'd be foolish not to book!

Unit located right on the ocean...Great view towards Moloka'i and Lana'i. Parking was sufficient. Interior was clean and comfortable. Spent a lot of time on the balcony. Unit is next to a nice beach. Groceries, etc. within walking distance. Easy access to highway to get to Lahaina. We saw whales in the channel from the balcony. Had a fantastic time.

Incredible views over the pacific. Clean and spacious accommodation. The only downside was no air conditioning. With the heat and humidity, this was a significant disappointment.

This condo is in the perfect location. The beach is only a few feet away and we had an unobstructed view of the beach from both balconies. We enjoyed watching the sun set down on the ocean between Moloka'i and Lanai. The kitchen is a little small, but we didn't go Maui to spend a bunch of time in the kitchen.

Amazing!

Can’t get much closer to the warm ocean and views! Protected swimming behind the reef. Saw a massive turtle every day - amazing! We gambled a little with no AC, knowing ahead of time. It would have been nice to have a cooler respite from the heat but we managed pretty well. Lots of beach amenities provided, very clean, basically exactly as advertised. We would highly recommend it!!

This Is A Wonderful Place To Stay With Incredible Views.

This is a wonderful place to stay with incredible views. We had a lovely stay here. Couldn't be closer to the water so you can always hear the waves crashing and it has a great little pool/hot tub for an afternoon dip. No air conditioning, but there are fans in each room (plus a few extras) and we left the sliding doors open most of the time so it was fine. Clean and comfortable beds and really nice to have two bathrooms in the unit. The location was great - it was right next door to a beach park and walking distance to ABC Store, coffee shop, and some food options (across the street). Centrally located to Lahaina, Kaanapali and Napili/Kapalua so we were able to visit a lot of different areas easily. Plenty of free onsite parking. Rental company was quick to respond when we had a question and very helpful with all of the details. Highly recommend!

Great quiet location

We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend. It was nice not being in the busier/crowded part of Maui. Parking was super easy. Nice coffee shop and a little market across the street. The view was amazing! Management was always available and helpful.

Clean Location and Spacious Setup

Clean location and spacious setup. Two available lanais with views, updated kitchen area with plenty of cooking ware and utencils, many available towels and some extra items that you can use were there such as an umbrellla, beach chair, boogie boards, cooler, sand toys. View of the beach and Lanai and Molokai was a great sight to wake up to every morning on top of the crashing waves. I was there in April so the heat was tolerable around 80F at the hottest. Since there's no AC, one way to deal with it is to leave the front door open and a breeze can run through the place. The multiple ceiling fans also help.

The view from this room will not disappoint! Going in Whale season is amazing. If you keep you eyes on the horizon you can see the whales breach from the balcony. Amazing location right on the shore line. Can't get any closer to the sea then this room provides without being in it.
