It has one window A/C in the living area to keep you cool and Hawaiian inspired decor and furnishings throughout the condo provide a simple and laid back feel to help you relax and enjoy your Maui vacation. The well appointed kitchen includes a coffee maker and French press along with a dining table for 6 to enjoy a meal in. You are sure to find ultimate comfort in both bedrooms that feature the same type Queen size mattresses that are used by Ritz Carlton! Both bathrooms have a shower/tub combo. Additional guests can enjoy the Queen size pullout sleeper sofa. A private lanai seats two for a great place to enjoy an evening beverage. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. High speed internet and a large flat screen TV will keep you entertained while spending some time inside, but venturing out will also prove to be an incredible time!

Walk to Kihei Boat Landing or drive 20 minutes to Maalaea Harbor to catch a boat where you can go snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching (seasonal from Dec-Apr) or treat yourself to a relaxing sunset cruise. Due to this, there may be constructions noise and increased traffic in the area. Work will take place Monday through Friday during daylight hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
