We are two couples who just returned from an incredible stay at Noelani 410, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the endless ocean views from the lanai. This is the absolute highlight of this condo and we had front row seats to watch turtles swimming just below us and for the humpback whales' annual show - an experience we'll never forget. I'm not sure we ever used any of the indoor furniture because we were outside any time we were awake!
The condo had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well-equipped to do vacation cooking and we loved having the option to eat on the lanai. The bathrooms were good, very clean. The beds are comfortable, with very good linens which is a nice touch.
The Noelani Resort itself is a hidden gem - a charming, low-key property with beautifully maintained tropical grounds. The oceanfront pools, jacuzzi, and BBQ areas were lovely, and the location was perfect for us.
My Perfect Stays provided exceptional professional service throughout our booking and stay. Everything has been thought through and you could show up there with nothing but your clothes and know that anything you need for a great vacation is in the condo.
We wholeheartedly recommend Noelani 410 to anyone seeking a spectacular oceanfront Maui experience. We're already thinking about a return trip!

This is one of the most incredible stays I've had on Maui. The location, the views, the waves, the sea turtles, the pools, the rainbows - just wonderful. The condo is fully equipped with cooking utensils and beach amenities (folding chairs, cooler, etc) and we fully enjoyed our stay. This unit does have air conditioning, which was a major plus as well. We will look to book this place again on our next trip to Maui! Thank you!

We had an amazing 10-night stay at Noelani 410! The condo was absolutely awesome—watching turtles swim in the ocean right from the lanai was a magical experience. Every morning started with breakfast on the lanai, accompanied by the refreshing Hawaiian breezes.
The central AC worked great when we needed it, and the kitchen was well-appointed with everything we could possibly need. Having all the beach gear available in the unit was a huge plus—plenty of beach towels, and the in-unit washer and dryer made things super convenient.
The beds were very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully every night. The only minor challenge was the two flights of stairs, which felt a bit much after long, active days—but totally worth it for the views and comfort.
Overall, our stay was top-notch. Highly recommend Noelani 410 for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped oceanfront getaway!

This is a top floor, corner unit condo that has a wraparound lanai with stunningly amazing views. It's located right on the ocean so you hear the waves, and can see the whales! We would absolutely recommend and will try and return to this condo the next time we visit Maui.

I visited with my wife after glowing recommendations of Noelani 410 from friends who had stayed here. Their words didn't do the beautifully stunning views justice! Breathtaking panorama of the ocean and sunsets right from our lanai! The condo is nice and comfortable with kitchen/cooking supplies as well as beach equipment (lounge chairs, coolers, boogie boards, etc). We had an amazing time and are already dreaming of when we can return again!

The photos/views on the website do not do it justice! One of the most incredible locations and condos we've ever stayed at! Views of whales, dolphins and sea turtles all from our very own lanai made for an unforgettable vacation. There are a couple of spectacular beaches within 10 minutes drive were fantastic, not to mention a little public beach right next door to the condo we could walk to. Condo was very comfortable for four of us and we would absolutely book this place again!

I spent one week here with my family and the condo was an absolute gem of a find. The view from the lanai was beyond words. We saw whales every morning from the lanai while we ate our breakfast! My kids loved going to the public beach right next to the condo. In addition to the whales, we saw monk seals and so many sea turtles! The pools (there are two) and hot tub were also a big hit and visited frequently. The location, just north of Lahaina was wonderful - very quiet, not crowded, but plenty of access to beaches, shops, and restaurants! The condo was well equipped including beach toys for the kids and nice beach chairs for the adults! There was also excellent snorkeling at two beaches within a 5-10 minutes drive. Not only did we see tons of colorful fish, but also ended up swimming with a few sea turtles! My seven year old daughter summed it up best when she came out of the water and simply said, "paradise!" We all loved our stay and look forward to the day when we can return!

As advertised. Incredible view. Whales, rainbows, breezes, surfers, turtles, islands, nearby small beach! Well maintained Pools, grills, and chaise lounge chairs for sunning. Huge Lanai in shade, - for morning coffee, noon sandwiches, evening dinners and toasting. very nice kitchen and living area. 4th floor view but only 2 floors to walk up from parking lot. We definitely would rebook.

Enjoyed the stay with family of four, very comfortable. Loved the beach chairs in the closet. The west side of Maui worked out well for us as it has all the amenities within 15 miles from condo. We spent most of the time exploring the entire island. We fault so blessed to come back at the end of the day to the beautiful view. This unit does not disappoint. Would highly recommend area along with my perfect stays for outstanding delivery of memories enjoyed for a life time. This island is truly special. Mahalo!

Our family had an amazing stay. The condo was just as pictured. It was very well stocked with all of the essentials. The kitchen had everything you could need. There were also beach chairs and other supplies that really came in handy during our stay. The views from the lanai are spectacular! They make it worth every penny! We watched beautiful sunsets and saw lots of sea turtles. We had an issue with our coffee maker so we contacted the office and Tonetta, one of the M.P.T. associates had another coffee maker delivered the same day. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the island.

My husband and I went for one week and it was amazing. We watched the whales from the lanai, saw the sea turtles up close on the little beach below us, grilled food by the ocean, read by the pools, and just relaxed and enjoyed our lives. The condo had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beach supplies. We would highly recommend this condo to our friends and family!! We would give this place 10 stars if we could!

Our stay was excellent. The place is on the 4th floor and has a wrap-around corner lanai with 180 degree views of the ocean and BEAUTIFUL sunsets! The place is clean and has everything you need. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no elevator. The description may state that somewhere so we might have missed it. But that, it wouldn't keep us from staying here - we would definitely stay again!

We were blown away with the beautiful view out of the windows/doors and standing on the lanai. The corner view is awesome of the ocean and beach down the coast is beautiful! The pool area is nice and has great view of the ocean. We were able to have a nice dinner and swim one evening. We even were able to walk to the beach area steps away from the condo complex. Having a washer and dryer and a usable kitchen really makes the stay more manageable for a family with kids.

The view was fabulous, and property as described. Pools were clean. Location was convenient. Saw turtles everyday! The air conditioner turned off every time we accessed the lanai which then required it be turned on in each room again which was an inconvenience, especially if a group was sleeping (their room would get hot very quickly). The couch needs replacing. 10am checkout is early. Overall, would recommend!

View and balcony were even better than the pics. We stayed in the condo some evenings just to watch the sunset. Better view than anywhere else we went. We saw lots of turtles swimming out front on the last day. Pools rarely had more than 5 other people in them and usually there were none. AC worked well. No complaints at all. It was pretty darned perfect.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect! The views from the balcony, the proximity to the pools, the daily turtle visits and snorkeling at the nearby beaches were awesome! The use of the beach chairs, cooler and beach towels were a huge plus! The whole area was much quieter than the large near by resorts, which we really liked. Be prepared to bring/purchase your own toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels if you are there for a number of days. Our family stayed 9 days and 2 of each of those items did my last long.

Beautiful condo right on the ocean. We could hear the waves crashing all night. And it was lovely watching the sunset. Unbelievable views. It was perfect for my husband and me and 2 adult sons. Beach towels and chairs were provided (as well as other beach gear which we didn’t use). Would stay again.

Had a great time, we would gladly return to Noelani Resort. The view from the balcony in our room #410 was perfect. Had an issue figuring out the Unit AC on arrival, however a guy came out immediately and solved the issue for us. I was impressed with that level of customer service. They also had community fresh herbs growing down near the bbq’s which was awesome for meal preparation times. Only thing I would change is: add a cast iron pan to kitchen supplies.

This incredible condo was the best place I've stayed in all the years I've been visiting Maui! It's a top floor, corner unit that has a wrap around lanai with unbelievable and spectacular views! Every day from the lanai we say whales and turtles (and surfers) from the lanai! The condo was very comfortable and relaxing - it also has air conditioning - unlike earlier reviews saying it does not. It was such a great place, we'll try and stay there the next time we come to Maui! Highly recommended!

This condo has a most fantastic view for whale watching, and sea turtle watching! Love the pools and little beach next door. Only downside is we stayed on the top floor and had to pack our luggage and groceries up all the stairs. Older visitors may want to stay on a lower level unit.

We enjoyed watching beautiful sunsets, turtles and whales from the lanai. The beach chairs and towels were very much appreciated. The beds were comfortable, but it would be nice to have padding for the couch mattress. We had everything we needed to cook a meal. The pools and hot tub were nice. We hope to return next year!

The Lanai is perfect for sitting and watching the whales and turtles so entertaining. The location is great. A couple of things with the condo and some have been said in previous reviews: the air conditioning can't be lower than 74 and it wouldn't reset after doors were opened, we had a problem with the 2nd shower not working properly (we contacted the management), the doors aren't solid at the bedroom doors and bathrooms. A great place to stay!!

This unit has a wonderful lanai which was the primary reason we chose it. The views were amazing and peaceful and joyful. Whales were seen easily and frequently. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable, as was all the furniture. The kitchen had everything you need for vacation, and everything you probably want as well. The air conditioners work well although you cannot set them below 74º as they are locked somehow. We were there in the winter and that was sufficient when it was needed to cool particularly the larger bedroom down prior to sleeping. I doubt we would have needed a/c at all otherwise. All windows and doors must be closed before the a/c will operate. When we were there, there were 3 pair of binoculars left in the unit for use while there. I don't know that it's a given they'll always be there, but that's how it was for us. There was also a lot of beach equipment....snorkel gear, 2 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, an ice chest (igloo plastic portable medium sized, I think). We didn't use any of that but it was nice that it was there in case we wanted to use it. This unit is on the 4th floor but it only requires 2 flights of stairs to get to it. The first floor of the building requires going down (then back up of course) a flight of stairs. The second floor is ground level on the parking lot side. The third floor is up one flight, and again the 4th floor is up 2 flights of stairs. There are 3 buildings in the complex. This unit is in the southern building with nothing between it and the ocean. The other two buildings were shorter, two stories each I think, and they both had swimming pools between them and the ocean. At the northern edge of the complex is a small but lovely beach where honu laid out in the sun. My Perfect Stay employees were all super helpful, friendly, and responded swiftly when there was a problem with the water pressure in the hall bath. I've tried to include practical information that I'd wondered about prior to my arrival. Hope it helps someone. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, especially if you want to be away from the big resorts! Saw sea turtles almost every day, and whales right out in front of us. The unit had everything we needed to cook some great meals, plus beach gear for our daily adventures.

The property was beautiful. We didn't have any issues so we didn't have to contact anyone. Waking up to the ocean everyday was very nice and relaxing. We didn't enjoy the beach next to the property until the last day. The beach had more turtles than any other beaches we visited. The condo was very clean and having your own washer/dryer was great. This condo was spectacular in every way. The view from the lanai was an absolute highlight. Sea turtles gathered on the private beach below. We had our breakfast every morning on the lanai and watched the surfers right off the coast as the sun lit up the island of Molokai in the distance. We were also lucky enough to spot whales beyond the surfers. The condo was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed from beach gear to cooking appliances. It's also in a great location situated a few miles from pristine beaches to the north (Kapalua & Napili) and south (Kahekili Beach Park). My family will definitely return to this condo in the future. What a great place!

This was the perfect condo for an incredible stay in Maui. Breathtaking views from the Lanai and access to beautiful pools and hot tub as well as the beach were fantastic. We watched sea turtles play and sun themselves from the condo and loved dining outside with the sunset. The condo in impeccable - extremely clean and had all the extra touches that made our stay relaxing. We would spend every vacation here if we could ! Beautiful views, wonderful location right in front of the water close to a small snorkeling beach. The expansive balcony was a highlight; we loved watching the turtles in the water from our balcony every day, and enjoyed many of our meals there, often preferring to get takeout to eat out there over eating inside a restaurant. When we come back to Maui, we are hoping to stay here again.

View was amazing, unit was clean and appliances are updated, AC kept the unit cool when doors and windows were closed up. Fantastic condo with incredible views! The property was everything described and more; we could not have been happier! The condo is equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, and sets of sand toys for littles. The only thing that feels confusing is that AC is listed as an amenity, however, there are multiple signs around the condo that says there is no AC. To add on, there is a central AC unit and it felt it was working in all the rooms in addition to numerous fans throughout the space. We were extremely comfortable the whole time with the temperatures. When we weren’t at the beach or the pool, we spent the whole time on the huge lanai taking in the honus and the sunset. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

The photos don’t do the view from the lanai justice! We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, and we found the location to be very convenient. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the lanai and S-Turns (tiny beach) is conveniently located next door. Two minor call outs: no elevator, so guests need to be able to walk up to condo. Also, bathroom doors are shutter or plantation-style, not solid doors. Small nit, but there was no way not to disturb your partner (with bathroom light) if you used the bathroom during the night.

Stayed at Noelani 410 , and we had a great time. Great 180 degree ocean views, wonderful sunsets in the evenings. Condo was impeccably furnished and very clean. It had all the things we needed for a very relaxing vacation. Beach was a short walk and if you get tired of the beach you can swim/lounge in the pool area. Wish we were still there, and I would come back and re-book it for our next beach vacation.

This condo was a perfect stay for us (one week). The view from the lanai is stunning. Easy access to a small local beach. Lots of families, but didn't feel crowded. The condo itself is on the top floor, so it would not be ideal for people that struggle with stairs. Cleanliness was good. There are fun games, binoculars, boogie boards, plenty of towels and washer dryer. Kitchen is good. Cookware is decent, but if you are going to need something specific, you may want to consider bringing it with you. The condo itself is well maintained and relatively modern compared to other properties in this area which were all built generally in the 1970s and 80s. Once you are inside and see the incredible view, you will be very impressed! It would have been helpful if we had Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper because we like to cook, so next time we will be more prepared. There are plenty of local grocery stores nearby and I highly recommend the local fish market. Definitely consider to stock up at Costco if you enjoy cooking or using the decent outdoor barbeque grills. Overall on the grand picture it is a five star property that would be perfect for solo, couple or small family.

Noelani 410 is a top-floor unit with great west views over the ocean and north views of the pool and up the coastline. The unit is nicely appointed and very well-maintained. The pools and hot tub overlooking the ocean are great. The "S Turns" beach next door is just steps away. Would definitely return! The only thing to note for older/mobility-impaired travelers is that there is no elevator.

This Condo is a must for the best stay in Maui. Noelani 410 was clean, comfortable and the view from the lanai was breath taking. The large lanai has a dining table and two lounge chairs to enjoy meals, wales, sea turtles and rainbows. Even though we had a few issues with the condo the management team was more than helpful and jonnie on the spot to get the issues fixed. We would recommend this condo to any family while staying in Hawaii.

WOW! This place exceeded all my expectations. The view from the lanai is utterly breathtaking - we watched humpback whales and turtles everyday from the lanai without any binoculars. Surfers seem to love the little beach just off to the right of the complex and everyday about twenty of them would be surfing right in front of our unit. The decor is very outdated, but it seems everything in Hawaii is stuck in the 80’s so do not let this stop you. You’re gonna want to spend all your time on the lanai when you’re in the actual unit anyways. This corner unit feels so private and secluded and the lanai is honestly massive. We will definitely be staying here again. We stayed in March and we’re concerned about the unit not having any AC but believe me you don’t need it. Open the lanai and the windows and it cools the entire unit. Don’t wait - BOOK NOW!

Top floor unit making it quiet from feet above, and offering a stunning view. (No elevator, just stairs to to work the legs.) Let me repeat, the view was BEAUTIFUL! We loved watching the whales, turtles and surfers from the lanai daily. I pretty much just lived on it. Loved the location and that it was a quieter complex in covid times. Turtles would soak up the sun daily on the beach in front (off to the left). The kitchen was decent. No non stick pans for eggs, and knives need sharpening but that’s being darn picky. We cooked and prepped many meals there. I’d say the sofa bed could use some extra padding love, but it wasn’t too bad. We stayed 18 nights and will definitely want to stay there again when we return to Maui. I have to say, My Perfect Stays is a wonderful management company to communicate with. Always a quick response, and always friendly and kind. We have stayed at few places on Maui, and this is definitely a favorite!

This place was awesome!!! The minute you walk into the place, you see this incredible view off the balcony. Everyday, we saw whales. Every afternoon, a bunch of turtles would swim on up to the shore right outside the Noelani. After a day boogie boarding, we would relax in the jacuzzi. The unit was clean and comfortable. There were two boogie boards and one set of snorkels/fins. We had two adults and three kids. My youngest slept not he sofa bed in front. The location is great - about 8 minutes from Napili/Kapalua. About 6 minutes from Kaanapali and Lahaina. So many hikes and beaches to explore. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this condo and its location right on the ocean. Every morning we woke up to the sounds of the waves and had breakfast on the lanai. We routinely saw sea turtles, WHALES (!), surfers, and the occasional rainbow while we ate! It was magical. The view/location was the best part of the condo especially being the top floor and the corner unit. I would stay here again!

AMAZING! The highlight was our daily breakfasts on the balcony every morning, watching turtles in the water down below and catching glimpses of whales in the distance, while sipping a cup of Hawaiian coffee, try to beat that? Picturesque and magical views with the island Molokai across the waters and the occasional appearance of luminous colorful rainbows was just breathtaking and almost surreal.
The condo was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities you'll need for a family. There was beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, a picknick bag, boogie boards, games, a TV in every room and a bunch of extra towels and pillows. We cooked a few dinners in the kitchen that was well equipped, we also enjoyed dinner down by the bbq one night where we cooked some fresh fish. The resort is small, quiet and quaint, the pool, bbq hot-tub was clean and well kept. My only comment is, the king bed was too firm and therefor uncomfortable. I would definitely stay at this amazing condo at the next visit, would I be so lucky again. Helene

This top floor, corner unit was such a perfect place for our family! The feeling of the open deck was so much less confining that some of the interior units we have stayed in. The location, just next to S Turns beach and surfing, was perfect for us. The Noelani pool and hot tub are so nice, you can't beat the ocean view! This unit had a lot of great extras, including beach chairs and games. The kitchen amenities were a bit sparse but we made do. We will be back!

There was a group of 5 of us who stayed at the condo near Lahaina. We stayed for 6 day and the condo met all of our expectations. The location was ideal to near by beaches (Kanapali) and Front St. There was parking onsite for our car which was a plus! The condo itself was cozy, clean, and well furnished. It was cooking friendly and the appliances were great! Best thing was obviously the view from the balcony overlooking the ocean. There was no air conditioning however that was no big deal as the fans and breeze from the ocean were plenty to keep us cool! Would highly recommend again for any other groups or family!

Our family of 5 just returned from a 1-week stay at this beautiful property. The photos don't do it justice. The condo is spacious, clean, and well-stocked with everything you might need. We really appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, and cooler that was provided. The kitchen had everything you would need as well. The best part is the lanai. The view was amazing. It was magical to wake up, walk into the living room and see ocean all around you. The hosts, My Perfect Stay, were so responsive and hospitable. We had a lovely stay. The views are just AMAZING! The place was clean, comfortable and well stocked. This condo was on the 3rd floor. FYI for those who can’t climb stairs or have difficulty climbing stairs-there are no elevators in the building. We had a great time and saw sea turtles hanging out just on beach in front of the building:-)

ocean front view condo with many shops and restaurant nears by, Condo is Clean and quiet which was we preferred, the only thing is the condo is not sound proof If you are a light sleeper you can hear everything, but it didn’t bother us because all we could hear is an ocean sounds that put us to sleep every night, great location, near by nice beaches within 10 mins drives both ways. We Couldn’t ask for more! Enjoyed everything there!

The views from this place was absolutely incredible, and this is the best unit in the building. It's a corner unit on the highest floor so you can see 180 degrees of ocean. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean, and the unit was perfected decorated with a Hawaiian theme. The property management company My Perfect Stays was responsive and checked in several times during our stay to make sure we were enjoying our time there. Since we were traveling with young children, we had to rent some equipment and they coordinated with the rental company to ensure everything was delivered and set up prior to our arrival. The only complaint we have about the unit is the beds. The mattresses and pillows were lumpy and seemed worn out so we weren't able to get a comfortable night's rest during our entire stay -- otherwise, our trip would have been perfect!

This condo unit is spectacular. The location is right on the ocean and when you stand out on the lanai, your really feel like you are on top of the water! The views were unreal and the sunsets were beyond amazing. There are plenty of kitchen amenities and cooking in the condo was no problem. The beach chairs, snorkels, and boogie boards were a nice bonus to find. We loved staying at this relaxing place and would highly recommend it.

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view! The location is also very nice and conveniently located to nice beaches both for relaxing and snorkeling. It is also close to Lahaina, which I really enjoyed for dining and shopping. We were very active during our trip so we did not get to take advantage of the condo as much as I wanted to, but you could spend the entire trip at the condo and the surrounding area and be very content. The amenities were very nice and the communication from the host was very good. I would recommend this condo to others and I would consider returning if I ever plan to stay in this area again.

Loved this spot, one of the best views we’ve ever had in Hawaii, no doubt. Was great also, since we could keep an eye on the kids in the pool. Kitchen is clean and works. 4 stars only because of the noise from outside when trying to sleep, and given no A/C, there’s no way to NOT to leave windows open. By the way, there’s def no need for air conditioning, constant breeze makes every room really comfortable. But we were woken up almost every morning at 5:30-6:00 am from either people in the parking lot or other guests in building behind ours. Heavy sleepers, probably not an issue. It wasn’t too loud.

Million dollar views !!! Sunsets were out of this world and seeing turtles on the beach below everyday was thrilling. Good snorkeling right there and pool/grills were a plus. Condo is well equipped but if you go in the Summer (July/Aug) lack of AC could be uncomfortable for some. Great location between Lahaina and Kapalua.

This condo is a great little place to stay. The complex is small enough that you get a nice break from all the tourists around the island. The pools and the bbq area were great. The little beaches just to the North of the condo had soft sand and small lapping waves which we enjoyed much better than the beaches down in Kan’a’pali. The condo is well appointed with plenty of seating and all the amenities you need. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of fluffy bath and beach towels. They also had 4 beach chairs and a cooler and some snorkeling gear. The corner unit was great because the breeze comes in from the side of the unit and the front room and the spare bedroom had a great breeze all the time. The master bedroom however has a window which does not get any kind of breeze because it is situated to the West. During the summer it was unbearably hot but in the cooler months I’m sure it would be fine. The morning after we checked in, we discovered that the shower head in the hall bathroom wasn’t working. I called My Perfect Stays and they sent someone over to fix it within a couple of hours. They texted me when it was completed. Great service and very friendly people. I would recommend staying there.

My husband and I travelled with another couple in May and we loved our stay in the Noelani Condo especially with the unbelievable ocean view and sea turtles nearby! On the day we checked in, no windows were open and it took hours for the condo to cool down. We're used to the Texas heat but it was HOT! It might have been better if the shades were closed if the windows and doors can't be open before check-in. However, it eventually cools down at night and we never slept hot. Even with the heat, it was an amazing stay. We had some issues with the hallway showerhead not working but we managed. A short walk to the beach, wonderful pool, quiet area close to the action... we never ran out of things to see or do! Thank you!

My family of 5 loved staying in this penthouse. Saying we were in awe when we opened up the door is an understatement! From the gorgeous different colors of the ocean blue, to the sea turtles resting up on the rocks, to the amazing changing sky from the sunset, we felt so blessed! The penthouse itself is beautiful. The lanai was perfect and huge for our family. We ate breakfast, and sometimes dinner at the table looking at the beautiful view that was in front of us. The kitchen area had plenty of counter space, there were plenty of towels for us to use that I only had to do wash every other day, and everything was nice and clean. A few things that need attention were: The BBQ's by the pool area which we used, the temperature control on the one I used was broken and I ended up over cooking my meat. The pullout bed in the family room that my daughter used nightly was broken. You had to really push on the bottom part of it to make it lay flat. The 3 boogie boards that were in the closet were all broken in the middle, only 2 beach chairs are provided to use, and their beach umbrella is very flimsy and did not hold up well the first day we went to the beach. So we ended up driving right down the road to Boss Frog's and ordered a beach package which consisted of a sturdy Tommy Bahama beach umbrella, 3 boogie boards that were not made of styrofoam, 3 additional beach chairs, and 5 snorkel sets. The kitchen came well equipped, although a Pancake griddle or a flat pan would have been easier to make our pancakes on. Plenty of garbage bags, ziplock bags, aluminum foil, plastic wrap were available, although mid week we ran out of aluminum foil and replaced it. Also dishwashing tablets, washing machine tablets and dryer sheets were also available for our use. 1 roll of paper towels lasted us the entire week, but I bought 2 extra just in case and never used them. We didn't have to purchase toilet paper either. One problem we faced was how warm in got when we closed everything up to leave for the day. This penthouse does not have air conditioning, and leaving the windows opened at night caused for a lot of road noise in the master bedroom. The ceiling fan also makes a ticking sound that drove me a little crazy, and the pull string falls off so be careful with it. Don't leave the lights on outside on the lanai or inside the house with the screen closed. Tiny flying bugs come through. Besides these small issues, we had a great stay!

This unit gets amazing ocean front breezes and we would encourage guests to leave the lanai doors and a few windows opened or cracked while you are away from the condo, this will help keep it cool upon your return. We have also fixed the issue with the ceiling fan pull chain, thank you for letting us know about this. This is our second time staying at this property and again we were so impressed with the condo and had an amazing time! The second night we were there, a whale was just off shore and for about 10 minutes continually jumped in and out of the water breaching. I was amazed it was so close! Every evening before sunset it seemed that a few whales would pass in front of the condo's view, and sometimes in the mornings or afternoons as well. We saw sea turtles most days on one of the property's small beaches below the unit - we counted 17 one afternoon. The condo itself is just like the photos - so beautiful and relaxing. We had the lanai doors open most of the time and on clear mornings the view is just incredible of Moloka'i. The temperature always seems perfect with the warm sun outside and the cool breezes through the condo. We chose to make breakfast and lunch in the condo each day, and it was furnished with everything we needed to cook and enjoy our meals. Eating on the lanai overlooking the water and surfers was heavenly. For dinners, there are many great restaurants nearby that we went to (Sansei Sushi, Aloha Mixed Plate, SeaHouse Restaurant, etc). We are big sports fans, and we spent some time watching march madness on the TV - it was easy to use. The condo comes with tommy bahama chairs and body boards which we took to the beaches a few times. We went snorkeling nearby at Kapalua Beach and Honolua Bay, and the condo has extra snorkels/masks if you need them. On our previous trip there were many families at the pool and the property seemed pretty full - but this trip we felt like we had the pool area to ourselves most days. Every evening we watched the sunset from the lanai and had a glass of wine, it really doesn't get more perfect. The rooms have every thing you need, and we loved the bath towels and beach towels, they were pretty luxurious. Appreciated the washer/dryer for the beach towels getting used every day! Everything was clean, and we thought the communication from the managers before our arrival was helpful. We highly recommend this condo!

Wow! This condo is truly amazing with spectacular views! The resort is quiet and quaint, and is a real gem on the northwest side of Maui! While enjoying breakfast on the lanai, we saw whales and sea turtles every morning. It was heavenly to relax to the sound of the ocean while watching the most spectacular sunsets from our own lanai! There were plenty of kitchen items for cooking and we were pleasantly surprised with the beach gear that was available - beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel/fins, cooler. The condo was very comfortable and well maintained. This top floor, corner unit is the best spot in the entire resort - we would come here again! PS. After staying in a handful of hotels over the years, I personally appreciated the free parking that the resort has to offer.

Such a great location and view! We loved watching the surfers, whales and turtles everyday! The location is great and accommodations were nice. The only con is no air conditioning so we had to sleep with the windows open which was fine except for the wind and street is nearby so it was a bit noisy to sleep. Otherwise, great place! This is a fantastic place to relax and watch whales (and honu)! The kitchen had everything we needed in terms of pots/pans/dishes/utensils/etc. The towels were SO soft and plentiful. And the lanai and the view were exactly what we were hoping for. We couldn't have asked for more!

This place lived up to our expectations from the photos, only better in person. We saw sea turtles on the beach, sea turtles swimming, whales passing by, surfers catching waves, beautiful sunsets, all from the lanai. We also saw a seal swimming around, which eventually rested on the beach next to the resort. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, the pools appeared to be cleaned daily and the hot tub was always hot. Well stocked with towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. Plenty of parking on property. A short drive to groceries, shopping, restaurants and Kaanapali Beach. Take a Lyft or Uber to Kaanapali Beach and no need to pay for and find a parking space. Mahalo to the owners and Perfect Stays for providing such a wonderful place for us to enjoy.

This place is simply amazing and the views are breathtaking! While the photos on the website are incredible, they don't do the place justice once your standing there. While eating breakfast on the lanai, we watched surfers and in the distance beyond them, we saw whales breaching! We had front row seats for everything and the condo even had two binoculars for us to use. The unit is also equipped with other great amenities - snorkels, boogie boards and beach chairs - we loved those! The reviews weren't kidding about the sea turtles. On our second day, we saw 16 sea turtles gathered on one of the private beaches below Noelani! We cooked most of our meals in the condo and found the kitchen supplies more than adequate. We even cooked fish on the grill to the sounds of the waves crashing next to us! I am planning a return trip to Maui in the future, and this unit will be the first place I look for accommodations!

Awesome 2 BDR condo! The unit was on the top level and provided fantastic ocean views. The beaches near the condo are perfect for surfers. Less adventures families can visit beaches a few miles south of the condo. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. Perfect place to enjoy our holidays in Maui!

This place was amazing. The unit was clean, stylish, and you can tell a lot of thought went in to making it a great unit. They have a lot of activity supplies (body boards, snorkels, water cooler, etc) that we found useful. The balcony view is a lot better in real life than in the pictures (perfect view of Molokai and surfers doing their thing). The hosts are super communicative and helpful when you have questions. We got everything we wanted and more from this place.

Overall is good, and the view is good. You can find the ants on the bed and floor, and some windows are old and can't closed properly. I have been to maui three times, this is my first time to use airbnb, maybe I give a high expectation.

My wife and I loved this condo. The moment we opened the sliding door in the living room and walked onto the lanai, our jaws hit the floor! What an incredible condo in an incredible location! The two pools and private beaches were fantastic and we were both surprised to see all of the sea turtles! Wonderful place!

What a beautiful property! We stayed at Noelani 410 in August. The unit was absolutely wonderful - big windows that overlooked the ocean, spacious living/dining room, fantastic lanai. Each day we woke up and had breakfast on the lanai overlooking the water. The updated kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals and we felt right at home. A few days of our trip were rainy and windy due to Hurricane Hector passing south of us, but the unit was very comfortable and the property management looked after us to make sure everything was going well despite the rain and wind. The property's pool and lounge chairs overlooked the ocean, it was so peaceful to read our books and lay out in the sun. The pool was never crowded, only a handful of guests were there each time we were there. There is a little strip of beach just under the unit, and a few times we took our beach towels and books there instead. Sea turtles would come right out of the water and up on the beach – one day there were 5 on the sand with us!! We usually saw about 20 sea turtles from our lanai out in the water - what an amazing location. One benefit of the storm passing nearby is we saw numerous rainbows out the windows as well during our stay. In terms of the unit, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of pillows/blankets, etc. The bathrooms were redone and very well maintained. We did not hear any of the neighbors, being a top floor unit. In terms of nearby establishments, I highly recommend coffee from the BadAss coffee company down the street, and fruit/vegetables from the farmers market in the same parking lot. We cooked most of our meals in the unit, but we did go to our favorite spot Sansei Sushi one evening. The location of this unit makes it very easy to go north to Kapalua, or south to Kaanapali and Lahaina. There is great snorkeling north of us in Honolua Bay, and many great restaurants within an easy drive.
