Noelani 308 is a spacious and beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo situated on the 3rd floor for optimal views and can accommodate a maximum of six guests. Stay cool with A/C and ceiling fans throughout, which will feel fantastic after a long day in the sun. The split A/C system provides temperature control in the bedrooms and living area. Enjoy cooking in this luxurious and well equipped kitchen featuring full size appliances, granite countertops and everything you’ll need to make all your meals in house. Dine al fresco on your private lanai or take your meal inside where the tropical yet modern finishes will keep you feeling at ease.
Step inside the serene and tranquil master bedroom featuring a comfortable King size bed, ample storage and a large flat screen TV for your entertainment. Step out on to the Master bedroom private lanai. It’s the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and read a good book. The ensuite master bathroom features a large, walk-in shower. We wanted a property that we could spend the 1st 4 days on Maui without crushing us on the cost and 308 Noelani was perfect. It literally had everything you could need for a family of 5 and the location was ideal. Everything about the property was amazing and id definitely come back again if i could ever afford to travel back to Maui. Don't even hesitate to book if you're coming to Maui.

The condo was well appointed and clean. The views from the lanai were awesome. There were turtles swimming in the water out back and at the beach a short walk away. What more could you want? Well, the grounds were well kept and we enjoyed use of the pools and the grills. The management company was easy to work with.
I would note for the record that the in-condo washer/dryer is a stacked apartment-sized version in one of the bedroom closets. It was fine for doing very small loads, like swimsuits. If you need to do a lot of laundry, however, the laundry room on property has full-size machines and the best view from a laundry room I've ever seen. None of this was a problem, just a bit unexpected when we made our pre-trip plans for a wash day here.

We loved this property. We started every morning with coffee on the balcony off the master bedroom, watching early morning surfers and humpback whales. There was great snorkeling directly in front of the condo. I've never seen so many sea turtles. My wife was watching me snorkel from the balcony and counted 16 around me.

This condo has a wonderful ocean front location. The view from the two lanais is incredible. We saw many turtles and whales while sitting on the lanais. This is a spacious unit that easily and comfortably accommodated 5 adults. The kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation. The beach chairs and umbrellas were great enhancements to our beach activities. My Perfect Stays were great to deal with and their response times were excellent from the booking stage through to our departure. Maui is a wonderful place to visit and experience sun, sand and ocean. There is so much to see and do while in Maui. We always enjoy the restaurants on the island.

My family had an amazing visit. The view of the ocean from Our to Renate‘s for spectacular. The grounds, including to swimming pools, and a Jacuzzi, were beautiful, and convenient to walk to the beach. This was our second time staying there, and we will definitely return.

Beautiful view! Loved sitting on the patio and watching the turtles. Well stocked kitchen. The location is close to both Lahaina and Kapalua which is great. Must eat at Miso Phat sushi it is within walking distance and the best, and freshest sushi any of our family had ever had.

Neolani was perfect for our family of six (daughters, their husbands and toddler)! Views were awesome, condo stocked well with everything we needed, nice and clean! We saw whales and rainbows from the balconies and sea turtles nearby. Beach was right next to the condo. Candy and all of the staff were wonderful to work with!! We loved our stay and will definitely be back with our next visit to Maui!❤️

A nice and quiet property with great amenities and a breathtaking view. We saw whales from our lanai everyday! It’s wonderful that the host provides beach towels, umbrella, cooler, and chairs, making our beach days perfect. We’d definitely stay there again.

There's nothing like the Noelani. This was our third time staying at the Noelani and across the years we have travelled with several family members who have also stayed at units at the Noelani with us. Each unit has a great ocean view and there is nothing better than looking out and watching the surfers that surf off of Pohaku Beach Park (S Turns). We have also always been able to see whales from our lanai as well (we go during whale season). There is also no better place to see turtles resting on-shore - the least we saw was 8 one day, but we saw up to 19 on another day! There are great beaches, places to eat, and shopping within a short drive. This smaller complex has a more intimate feel than some of the larger high-rises near by and we have never felt crowded at the pools / hot tubs / grill or had to rush for a pool chair. The pool / grill area is also a great space to meet up with other family staying at the Noelani for a meal. We grilled hamburgers one day for lunch while hanging out at the pool and another day we met up for dessert that we brought out in the evening.
Beautiful view. After many trips to Maui we will stay here next time.

Our favorite place to stay! Party of 6, five adults and a teen. Three full bedrooms plus a sofa couch in the living room provided our large party with ample space to relax, escape, and make unforgettable memories. This condo was our favorite part of the trip! The home was stocked with all the essentials, the pool/beach was just right, and it is perfectly located in Lahaina. Just a short drive to Front street, and several of the tours offered pickup at the street. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai in awe of rainbows and turtles almost every morning. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely a gem of a place to stay! We saw more turtles on this trip at Noelani’s than any other stay. A perfect quiet place with shops, beaches and restaurants 10-15 mins away! With private pools, bbqs and a beach within walking distance, it couldn’t have been more perfect!

Our stay at the condo was absolutely delightful. None of us wanted to leave. The condo was clean, comfortable, very well equipped, tastefully decorated, and everything we hoped it would be. The view of the ocean from the two decks was magnificent. Turtle watching was so fun and sunsets stunningly beautiful. The location is terrific with the two swimming pools and the beach just moments away and access to shopping and restaurants very close. We hope to be back soon and stay longer next time. Mahalo.

We really enjoyed the time there. The room is clean and in great condition. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Another pleasant surprise is the small private beach with access from the resort. We saw multiple sea turtles there. The swimming pools are awesome. Kids really loved it.

Noelani 308 was perfect for our party of 6. Clean space with plenty of room and amazing views. One of the beaches was perfect for snorkeling and swimming with turtles. My family also spent a lot of time in the swimming pools- they were great. The staff at Noelani was kind and responsive throughout our entire trip. We can’t wait to go back!

Noelani 308 was everything we were promised! My wife and I have made many trips to Maui over the years but this was our first time renting a condo of this size as we took a family trip with our kids and grandkids. Views from our Lanai were spectacular! We saw Turtles swimming every day and really enjoyed the turtles that beached themselves every afternoon! Two nice pools and the beach was a two minute walk and had great snorkeling as well. Our condo was beautiful and very well equipped. Noelani staff was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Noelani and would definitely stay there again.

This was a trip of a lifetime for our family of 5 that included our three 11-18 year old daughters plus our eldest daughters best friend. The location is truly amazing, the views, the sound of the ocean every day, sea turtles while swimming and when they are sunbathing, the sunsets and the absolutely beautiful condo. If we could give more stars we would. It was in a lovely quiet area but we were within 15 minutes of all the tourists shopping area, our snorkel and sunset cruise adventure so it was definitely the perfect place to stay. Mahalo!

Superb Rental

This rental has everything you could ask for. The condo is well furnished. It was very clean and up to date. A minor issue with a new shower head spraying out of the walk-in shower was replaced the very same day. The location is truly the best part. Being on turtle cove meant seeing sea turtles every day. Either sunning themselves on the beach or swimming and feeding along the shore, we couldn't get over how many we saw. And the beach, just a two minute walk north of the property, was a great spot to take our 19 mo grand-daughter. The waves were really tame so we could have fun without worry. Add to that is the fact you are so close to so many other sites. A short drive north and we were at Kapalua Bay Beach. Just south and you're in Lahiana. Would definitely recommend Noelani Resort to our friends and family.
