Noelani 303 is a spacious and beautifully decorated three-bedroom, two and a half bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor and accommodates a maximum of eight guests. Enjoy this oceanfront view while staying cool inside from the split air conditioning system that provides cool air in every room!
Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, custom hardwood cabinets and lighting as well as new stainless-steel appliances. Dine al fresco on the expansive lanai or take your meal inside where the cool blue and modern finishes will keep you feeling at ease. The serene and tranquil master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed with it’s own ensuite bathroom and luxurious walk in shower. Enjoy your coffee or get lost in your favorite book on your private lanai just off the master bedroom. There are 2 very nicely appointed guest bedrooms, one featuring a King size bed and the other a Queen. Every bedroom includes a split AC unit, flat screen SmartTV, and all the style you could hope for in this beachy-chic condo. For additional guests, there is a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living room area. The guest bathroom features a large gorgeous walk in shower. Our family had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, well-appointed and the perfect home base for our Maui adventures. The views of the ocean from the balconies, including the whales, sea turtles and surfers, were spectacular! We'd highly recommend this home!

Our family stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving and everyone loved it! Two teenagers/young adults and their parents. There was plenty of room for everyone and great amenities. The best part was watching the turtles outside on our deck every day.

Condo was wonderful! The view takes up the whole west side of the upstairs and down and we could watch the sunset and sea turtles below from our windows. Clean, comfortable beds, everything a touch away and location is so convenient. Beach is a 2 min walk away. Air conditioning works well. No bugs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our condo was fantastic. It was spacious and well-furnished and instructions on using the amenities were crystal clear. Did I say that it had great views of the ocean, had easy access to small beach to watch turtles resting there in the evenings, had plenty of beaches, eateries and stores nearby and my favorite a fabulous place to watch sun setting over pacific.

The apartment looks just like it’s described, beautiful view, right on the ocean. It was a good size for our party; two adults with two grown children. Good space to be together and nice sized bedrooms for quiet time. The kitchen was well appointed, we cooked most of our meals, the barbecue area is convenient and beautiful. The linens were very nice quality, plenty of bath towels and beach towels. I really appreciated that each bathroom was stocked with Kleenex, that was such a nice touch. The unit was very clean, super attractive and had the most beautiful view, I would definitely book again.

We loved our stay. The unit was clean, updated, and exactly as pictured. The quality of the amenities was a nice surprise--a Vitamix blender, an Instant Pot, quality pots and pans, binoculars, beach equipment, beach towels, and good board games. The furniture and beds were clean and comfortable, which is something I don't think I've ever been able to say in a review. The building itself was relatively small, which meant the pool and hot tub were never crowded, even over Christmas week. Short walking distance to a great dive bar (Dollie's) and sushi (Miso Phat, where you BYOB). No complaints. This is an excellent property and we'd stay here again.

Everything about this condo exceeds the pictures. You will have everything you could possibly need to cook and be comfortable. All is top quality and first class. Better than expected. Turtles galore in the rocks just outside the property.Two minute walk to almost private beach. Parking is adequate. Views are world class.

We loved our stay!! Great location to many beautiful beaches and restaurants. 6 of us relaxed comfortably in the condo. Access to pools, a hot tub, grills and views of the ocean were great bonuses. Staff are friendly, proactive, and keep everything very tidy!

This was an amazing place to stay with beautiful views. The hosts were very nice and helpful. They promptly responded to any questions we had. It is located in the perfect spot where there is not much traffic nearby but still close enough to the various things to do. We would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The view from the balconies was the best view I’ve ever had in Maui. The two near beaches are perfect for babies/toddlers. It is quiet and private but near by lots of activities. It is beautifully decorated.

Beautiful views from the living room and master bedroom. We saw lots of whales and turtles. The downstairs balcony had a nice large dining table. The balcony upstairs outside the master had two chaise lounge chairs which were cozy. The two king bedrooms on the top floor were good size each with a very nice bathrooms and plenty of storage. The third bedroom downstairs on the main floor is located close to the kitchen and half bath. My daughter staying in this bedroom used the shower upstairs.

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay. Perfect location, couldn't be any closer to the water unless you got in the ocean. NO shortage of whale sightings either. Wow. We had a great time. Noelani 303 was Wonderful. Can’t think of a thing that should change. Turtles swimming in the ocean right outside our unit. Surfers two mornings. Had a two year old grandchild With us which meant nap times in condo everyday. A great place to watch the ocean and relax after mornings And late afternoons snorkeling and sand castles. Would return.

Loved staying here for our family trip to Maui. The unit was big enough for a family of 4 and had everything we needed with ACs in every room, a fully stacked kitchen, tons of beach gear (chairs, toys for kids, umbrellas etc) and wonderful views. The location also turned out to be great (not too far from Kanapali, Lahaina Front St and Kapalua Bay). Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Maui!

Perfect place to stay with young kids. The small beach to the right of the condo stays pretty quiet and there is plenty of sea life to swim with (swam with several turtles our first day there). The private beach where the turtles rest was our little walking spot each day, and the pool was also great to visit after a day at the beach. The location is perfect- far enough away from the busy-ness of old town Lahaina, but close enough to everything you need. Great unit- we loved the decor, loved how updated everything was and most of all, the view was incredible. We will definitely be booking here again!

This place was perfect for our entire family! We loved the view and that it had 3 toilets. The location is also just a short drive from shopping centers, coffee and restaurants! We would definitely be staying there again during our next visit to Maui!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Noelani 303!! Our trip to Maui was a last minute adventure and we were so lucky to find Noelani 303! The place was exactly as described and more!! Remodeled and equipped with all the conveniences of a smart house. We had plenty of room for our family and the kids enjoyed evening swims while we enjoyed watching the sunset over the ocean each night. We appreciated the quiet community with many other friendly guests. We loved waking up and falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean! The space was great for our family of four, and the rest of the residents in the complex were pleasant and welcoming during our stay. We'd love to come back and stay another time! The house was full of games, beach equipment and cooking necessities. We didn't have any issues with hot water, as was mentioned in a previous review.

Great house, spacious and super clean. The location and views can’t be beat!! We stayed here with 3 couples and were all very comfortable. The pool deck and grills were awesome to have available to us and we loved seeing the turtles every afternoon!

Fantastic place! Each room was clean and spacious. 1 downstairs and 2 upstairs(one ocean view that was beautiful). I loved the outside table and the kitchen has all the supplies you'll need to make a great meal(need to get seasonings). The decor was bright and airy and plenty of space for our entire party! would absolutely stay again

Noelani 303 is a beautifully-appointed condo in a quiet condo complex in West Maui. Gorgeous views and ample amenities. After a day at the beach, we enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. The sea turtles that relax on the shore just next to the complex were a huge hit too! Unfortunately, we didn't catch any whale sightings on this trip. My only complaint was that regular cable is only on the downstairs TV. All of the bedroom TVs were for streaming only. I guess the upside was that it kept me off the tube for several days!! We would definitely return. Mahalo!

The Noelani Condos were perfect for our family trip to Maui. It is close to everything yet not right in the more commercial Kaanapali beach area. You can easily walk to get food, coffee and smoothies or take a short drive to Kaanapali to hit Whalers Village or golf or enjoy the beach there. The pool is gorgeous and the small beach is perfect for snorkeling or taking a small child into, which is what we did with our grandson. Gorgeous views and the condo is well stocked with anything you would need. I had the most restful sleep there- nice linens. We would go back again for sure .

Were Sooo happy with these accommodations! I was hoping the unit looked as good as the photos and we are not disappointed. Property was in great condition. The sea turtles along the shore are amazing and can see them from the lanai. There is a smaller beach that is never real crowded and within walking distance. 10 minute drive north or south gets you either tourist shopping or more adventure. Management company kept us informed and connected from the time we reserved up until our time to arrive; they were fantastic. Absolutely loved our stay!

This is the perfect place! It is gorgeous, new, spotlessly clean, and well-appointed. The view is stunning. We spent so much time on the porches, watching the whales and the sea turtles. We loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves. If we return to Maui, we will try to stay here again.

We came in the height of whale season and the views were phenomenal!! Whales all day everyday. And the constant sound of the pounding surf was incredible. I have never slept so good. Thank you for an absolutely perfect week!

This condo is perfectly located! We could sit on the lanai each day and see direct ocean views! Perfect for whale watching and relaxing. The property is great, with easy parking and direct beach access. The condo was clean and contained all the amenities we needed during our stay. We can’t wait to return again!

Highly recommend! Super clean when we arrived. Unit is fully equipped with everything you might need (loaded kitchen, beach chairs/towels, boogie board, umbrella) Centrally located to explore both the north and south ends of the island. Quiet and relaxed complex.

Mahalo for opening your location for me and my family! Wonderful experience here at Noelani #303. This place was recently renovated and reflects modern/contemporary living. The location provided all the necessary amenities to feel relaxed and at ease during our stay. The location also has two floors that have balconies overlooking the ocean! I would highly recommend for others to consider this location and would stay again next time I am in Maui! :) Hot water on the other hand was limited (provided enough hot water, consecutively, for 2.5/5 guests).

This was truly a perfect stay. We loved Noelani’s siting virtually on ocean’s edge, where we could watch dolphins, turtles, and sail boats, while walking to beachfront steps away. The condo is beautifully appointed and extremely well equipped; we wanted for nothing and found the location ideal for accessing other parts of the island, restaurants, and stores. Our party of six quite comfortably shared the space, and joined each evening to share the spectacular subsets from our balcony.

This was an excellent condo which provided everything that was promised and a little more. One opportunity for the future... need to let folks know that if the upstairs lanai sun shade is lowered, while the AC unit is on, it will contain the heat on the lanai and the condo AC won't work!

It really is ALL about the View! Tastefully decorated, had everything that we would need and again…the View! Pool and close beaches were great and easy to access. Only communication issue was trying to get late check out and didn’t get response. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would love to come back for longer!

Recently renovated 2-story, 3BR, 2.5 bath condo... very, very nice, with a hard to describe (incredible) view off of the balcony. Pictures do not do it justice. Would highly recommend to anyone who would like to stay in this northern part of Maui.

The airbnb was a great experience. It was our first time staying in one and this one did not disappoint us. There was plenty of room for our entire family of 6 and all the rooms were spacious. The best part of the air bnb was the view. The living room opened up to a balcony with a stunning view which was perfect for sunsets. The surrounding area was quiet which gave a lot of privacy. The only downside was that the condo complex did not have an elevator so it was a challenge to get all the suitcases up and down. My Perfect Stays were very professional and the place was very clean and all the amenities were what you would expect in a 5 star hotel.

Amazing view and well set up. Was a little dirty when we got there and washing machine smelled moldy. Host brought drum cleaner and it was much better.
