The serene and tranquil master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed with it’s own ensuite bathroom and luxurious walk in shower. There are 2 very nicely appointed guest bedrooms, one featuring a King size bed and the other a Queen. Every bedroom includes a split AC unit, flat screen SmartTV and all the style you could hope for in this beachy-chic condo. For additional guests, there is a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living room area. The guest bathroom features a large gorgeous walk in shower. And in case the owners didn’t already think of everything you could possibly want and need, there is a powder room and a washer and dryer in the condo for added convenience.

This unit comfortably sleeps 8. A $75 extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
