It offers a fully equipped kitchen including dining space inside and outside on the private lanai. This unit has A/C downstairs and upstairs with A/C units in each bedroom to keep the entire condo comfy. The living room has a sleeper sofa with a queen-sized foam bed. The master bedroom offers a comfortable California King bed, private lanai just feet from the ocean, and a private bath with walk in shower. Both guest bedrooms offer Queen size beds. There are two additional bathrooms, one of which is also equipped with a shower. This property also features TVs in the living area and guest bedrooms; cable and free WiFi are also included, as is a washer and dryer. For your convenience a Pack ‘n Play is furnished for the wee ones.
A $75 extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total.The Noelani Resort is located in a highly desirable area, sandwiched between a private estate and the finest sandy beach (known as "S" turns). The Noelani can be described as a charming, low-key, hidden-treasure, Boutique Resort. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming with turtles just steps from this condo. During the winter months, this condo offers front-row seating for the opportunity to catch a peak at the Humpback Whales as they tend to their young. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with pools, jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!
There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees.
My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.
Amenities provided by My Perfect Stays:
_2 beach chairs per bedroom, 1 beach towel per registered guest, and a cooler
_The kitchen will have olive oil, salt & pepper, pans, coffee maker, dishware, and flatware.
_Linens: 1 set of sheets per bed, 1 set of bathroom towels per guest (face, hand, and bath towel)
_A starter kit of necessities such as dish soap, a few dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, paper towels, and bathroom tissue paper.
_A starter set of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand and body soap
_Wifi provided by Spectrum (between 100-200 Mbps)
_Complimentary concierge service by an on-island specialist.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
