Noelani 302 Description

Stunning oceanfront views with Molokai and Lanai as your backdrop. Noelani 302 is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo that is perfect for families and groups. It offers a fully equipped kitchen including dining space inside and outside on the private lanai. This unit has A/C downstairs and upstairs with A/C units in each bedroom to keep the entire condo comfy. The living room has a sleeper sofa with a queen-sized foam bed. The master bedroom offers a comfortable California King bed, private lanai just feet from the ocean, and a private bath with walk in shower. Both guest bedrooms offer Queen size beds. There are two additional bathrooms, one of which is also equipped with a shower. This property also features TVs in the living area and guest bedrooms; cable and free WiFi are also included, as is a washer and dryer. For your convenience a Pack ‘n Play is furnished for the wee ones.

A $75 extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total.

The Noelani Resort is located in a highly desirable area, sandwiched between a private estate and the finest sandy beach (known as "S" turns). The Noelani can be described as a charming, low-key, hidden-treasure, Boutique Resort. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming with turtles just steps from this condo. During the winter months, this condo offers front-row seating for the opportunity to catch a peak at the Humpback Whales as they tend to their young. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with pools, jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!

There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees.

My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.

Comfortable condo with stunning views!

This condo was amazing with the most stunning views I've ever had from a rental condo. Million dollar views of the ocean & all its activities with 2 very private lanais & swaying palm trees. The lanai off the owner's suite was a wonderful retreat for us parents. Coffee & cocktails on the lanai were some of my favorite moments of the entire vacation! From the lanai or the pool grounds you could see all the whale & turtle activity. The whales were everywhere & so entertaining! And it was nothing for 15-20 sea turtles to be on the beach/amongst the rocks daily. The condo was comfortable for the 4 of us (3 adults, 1 teen). Everyone had their own bedroom & the lanais helped us spread out. The kitchen has everything you need, the w/d was nice to have & the supplied beach towels were nice quality! The carpet on the stairs & 2nd floor is a bit worn & the furniture throughout is kind of dated - but for a week or 2 of vacation it's totally fine. The beds were mostly comfortable though the owner's suite bed has a man-sized permanent dip on one side. You spend most of your time outside the condo/on the lanai anyway, so the furnishings didn't detract from our experience - but if luxuriously appointed interiors are important to you, this is definitely more lived in/well loved - but clean & comfortable. The pool area was incredible. It's truly ocean front with amazing views all day but sunset is breathtaking. You do need a pool key to get in AND out of the pool area though which gets tricky with 4 people and only 2 pool keys. I would suggest having more pool keys for 3BR units that accommodate larger groups of people. The condo location is more residential than touristy which was nice. The weather & whale watching on the west side is fantastic! Just know that if you're doing anything in the middle/north/east parts of the island, the min. drive time is 45min on average, so just plan accordingly. We had 2 occasions to contact My Perfect Stays & both times they answered the phone & addressed the minor issues right away. Our condo door code didn't work on arrival & they resolved it remotely within 2 minutes. And the garbage disposal needed attention which they took care of same-day while we were out enjoying our vacation. Very responsive & easy to deal with! 5-star location, amenities and views. Quiet & private with nearby dining, shopping & nice beaches (Ka'anapali!). Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay indeed!

We had a very comfortable stay at this condo. It's a very quiet private condo complex. The location is perfect. It is close to all the beaches nearby like Kanapali , kapalua. It's in the center of town. The ABC stores which are the most commonly used stores for all items is very close to. The Food truck court also is closeby. The rooms are well maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bedroom has a fantastic oceanfront view ! It's amazing . Loved this condo !

My Perfect Stays is very easy to work with and the rentals they provide are top notch. This was our second time using them within 4 months and each experience has been great! This unit was in a great location, very clean and convenient to access the beach, pools and other property amenities. You are walking distance to several restaurants and beaches along with being a 10 minute or less drive to the majority of the west sides attractions and amenities (beaches, shopping, golf hiking). We were fortunate that we did not need to contact My perfect Stays during our time in Maui as we had no issues with any aspect of our stay from check in to check out. We would definitely not only use My Perfect Stays again for our rental needs but would 100% also stay in Noelani 302 again.

I would definitely stay here again. It was very clean, nicely decorated, had great views and in a great location. We got to watch the sea turtles swim and see them on the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfast. It was a pleasant experience.

Our stay exceeded our expectations-from the moment we arrived until we left. The amenities were awesome, a small beach close by that was perfect for snorkeling-we even saw a monk seal swim right by us! Lasting memories of the beautiful sunsets outside our balcony and LOVED seeing the sea turtles in the morning as they made their way to the ocean for the day , swimming around all day and watching them swim on shore for the night. Will definitely come back! Can’t wait!

Loved the view!

We really enjoyed being so close to the water. We loved watching the whale activity right from the living room and the lanai. Also- the sea turtles that came up on the beach property were just amazing. So apart from feeling like we had an amazing aquarium in front of us- we could easily walk to a swim-able beach 2 minutes away. We enjoyed morning walks into Kaanapali area. We enjoyed being 10-15 minutes drive away from all that Kaanapali and Lahaina have to offer but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Waking up to the ocean view and going to sleep with the sound of waves made this a very special location for us. 😀

Exactly as Pictured

We were a family of six adults and fit well in the condo. The place was exactly as the pictures showed. Someone in an earlier review had said it wasn’t luxurious so I was a little anxious about what we might get and when we got there we were all very pleasantly pleased as it was clean, furniture was nice and the kitchen nicely stocked with the basics. One of our group used the hide-a-bed which was very comfortable as well. Having two Lanais was nice and you are literally steps away from the ocean. There was some beach accessories including an ice chest which was nice. We could walk in either direction to local coffee shops and small convenience stores. Driving to larger beaches, the resort areas, to Lahaina Harbor etc were so easy to do. A couple minor difficulties getting the air and TV to turn on. If you have trouble you can reach out to the hosts. They are very responsive. Overall this was a great place for six people and for Hawaii a good price. We would definitely stay again!

It's all about the view!

We spent most of our short stay out on the lanai! The ocean view was spectacular. Even saw a few whales and a very rare lightning show one night! The condo has that old Hawaiian style feel to it. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are right along the walkway/stairs of the building so you really have to close all your shades and windows for privacy and quietness. The master bedroom has another wonderful lanai! Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful views

We loved the sounds of the ocean and the views were amazing. We saw so many rainbows! And the unit’s decor was interesting and fun. The only complaint we have is that the master bedroom’s air conditioning wasn’t working. The property manager tried to get it fixed but it just didn’t work out as parts had to be ordered. We would definitely go back as it was a lovely week!

This stay was AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL. The rooms were right next to the ocean and the was a little private beach to the left that I was able to see a turtle!! Honestly, if you are able to stay here I would recommend it because it’s just so gorgeous, clean, and met all of our needs. Also the communication was very quick!

The location was ideal- it was intimate, private and much better than staying at a big crowded resort, and it is close to everything you need to see in Maui. Stunning views of the pacific in a luxury condo!

We were visiting from Seattle and stayed at Noelani 302 for 5 nights. The location of the condo was spectacular! Also the condo was very spacious with. Fully functioning kitchen and air conditioning in every room. The views of the ocean were simply breathtaking from every corner! Access to pool and hot tub were a plus point! The service was also super prompt. They were easily accessible and resolved issues immediately. Bonus was having a washer/dryer inside the unit! Lots of beach equipment including toys for the kids, chairs in the unit made it so convenient for our family. We will surely come back here.

The pools and jacuzzi were perfect, so relaxing and with magazine-like views. Communication before and during the stay was great. We could not be more pleased with our Lahaina vacation! Unit 302 is the perfect location to watch sea turtles managing the surf of enjoying a spit of beach right next to the Condo. The whale watching (during season) is spectacular, be sure to bring decent binoculars to catch all the spouts and breaches! To the other end, is a little beach, which is great for just bobbing in the rolling waves. With the wonderful sounds of the ocean ever constant, you won’t want to miss a minute of listening the crashing waves, and watching surfers, or sea life. We took advantage of the pools, grills, and hot tub during our stay. We also visited five other beaches for boogie boarding. Having an upper and lower lanai for spreading out and enjoying the view was a big plus for our group. The kitchen has is well equipped. Bring specialty spices if you need them. The beds are comfy, bathrooms nicely appointed, and all indoor furniture in great shape. There is a flight of stairs to get to the condo, not a problem for our group. We will not hesitate to book this condo again. The location is unbeatable for this part of Maui. Go ahead and make your reservation, so worth it.

Condo was wonderful! Balconies were great for whale watching and the beach down the road was perfect to walk to and see turtles. The beach chairs, boogie boards and cooler were very handy to have. Would definitely stay again.

Unbelievable Location & Property

The condo was exactly as described. I thought it might be too good to be true but it wasn't. Guest Services responded quickly to every little question we had, it really was a perfect stay. The unit had amazing surf waves right outside our unit for 8 out of the 10 days, we had 22 sea turtles on the beach at one time just below our window. It was a dream come true and I would stay here every time I came to Maui. The unit was clean and beds so comfortable, even the sofa bed had a good mattress. The pools and hot tub were clean and warm and a short walk to several good beaches. Perfect place in the winter as it is close enough to the windward side to have some good surfing waves but still far enough on the leeward side to have snorkeling off of every beach. 5 world class snorkeling beaches within 10 min drive. We saw whales breech and blow every single day right off of the lanai and our kids even heard the whales "singing" when they dove under water snorkeling. It was more than my family imagined was possible and all 8 of us slept comfortably for 10 days. You have to try this condo out!!!

Great Experience - Condo, and Maui!

There's so much to say about our recent visit! It was our first ever to Maui, and it did not disappoint! First, the unit itself was in good shape. The decor and furnishings were very nice, and the beds were very comfortable! The carpet was a little worn, but that didn't bother us since we were not there to hang out in the living room. Our priority was to get a 3 bedroom condo in a nice complex with pool & hot tub, and view of the ocean. Check, check, check and check! The view from this unit is simply fantastic! It was everything we dreamed of when planning a trip to paradise! The shore in front of the unit is very rocky, which is very scenic, but also makes the waves louder than they would be on a sandy beach. We tried sleeping to the sound of the ocean, but that did not last long. We ended up closing the doors and windows, and using the ceiling fan or AC unit for air circulation instead. The kitchen is very well stocked with practically all the dishes and cookware you could need! There are things in every single cabinet! While this is fantastic, and appreciated, it would have been nice to have had at least one cabinet available to put our food in. One thing to note for tall people - there is a giant ceiling fan in the dining room, which has a low ceiling. If anyone in your party is taller than about 5'10", warn them to watch out for the fan. One person in our party is 6'5", and the fan blades were at his neck level. We just made sure to not ever turn on that fan for his safety. The My Perfect Stays management was extremely responsive when we had a slight plumbing issue. They sent help right away, and followed up to make sure everything was satisfactorily taken care of. Very commendable! We all loved the Noelani complex! Our favorite activity was pouring a round of rum punches, then heading down to view the sunset from the hot tub. Simply spectacular! The Pohaku Beach next to the complex seems to be a favorite of surfers, as there were people out there every day, basically from sun up to sun down. Make sure to bring your binoculars to watch the whales, turtles, boats, and surfers from your lanai! Mahalo to the condo owners for making your unit available to us, and to My Perfect Stays for being so attentive. We look forward to our next visit!

Noelani 302 was a lovely condo for our family to spend time together after an 18 month Covid delay. Great unit. Fit my family of five easily, easy access to all of West Maui. Pools were nice, grills readily available. It’s right next to a beach where the turtles come up all the time, just a few minutes to a walkable beach. No complaints

We had three couples in our party. This condo was perfect for our group. My husband & I had the king bed and private balcony. Our sons and their girlfriends had nice rooms with queen beds. We felt the size was perfect for our group. The response of the rental agent was very good. We had an issue with a bedroom door and someone was out with in an hour of our call to fix it. Over all I think this was a very good condo for a family vacation.

First off, they are not exaggerating about the view. One of the best views in Maui and you get to experience it daily. Sunset was the best. Secondly, everyone complimented the comfort of their bed. I brought my 71 yr old mother along and she was worried about her hips, she had no issues. Thirdly, water in the shower was amazing. Perfect temperature and high pressure, it was refreshing about being on beach. Finally, the beach right next to the building had great snorkeling content and there were tons of turtles during our stay. 10/10, highly recommended.

Views are spectacular! We are so many whales!! The kids loved the pools. We loved the hot tub. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and it was a perfect place for us. The spices, and ziplocks, foil, etc that were left were so appreciated! Ali - beach towels and chairs are provided so no need to pack!

We enjoyed everything about this condo. We loved to see the surfers daily out in front of the condo, the whales breaching, enjoying home cooked meals and together time. The sounds of the waves crashing are amazing and the condo gives everyone space so we can all spread out and have privacy or together time. It only has the basics so if you want spices or sauces or condiments, you need to purchase them. The market Times is just less than one mile down the road. We can’t wait to come back. It was a dreamy vacation!

Beautiful Views!

This condo overlooks the water and is adjacent to a great beach. We loved starting the day with coffee on the balcony and watching the sea turtles and the surfers. We also had quite a few whale sightings from the balcony. The condo itself is clean and well appointed, and we appreciated the beach towels and chairs as well as the nicely equipped kitchen. Communication was helpful and clear, and the grounds of the condo area are wonderful...clean pool and jacuzzi, very nice grills. There are several nice beaches within a few minutes—we really liked Fleming park. Overall we felt that our trip to Maui was perfect in large part because of our location at “home” in this condo. We will definitely be looking to stay here again when we return to Maui.

A wonder-filled experience!

The suite was fantastic. 5 adults and we had more than enough room. You cannot beat the views and the amenities were fantastic. Great communication, friendly hosts and did I mention the view?!

This condo was perfect for our group. Location is close to all of the great west Maui attractions. Having access to beach towels, folding chairs and snorkel equipment was great for beach outings. The pools and bbq were good for cooking and staying close. The oceanfront views and turtles on the beach below were as picturesque as you can get. Comfortable beds and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful ocean views!

We enjoyed our stay at Noelini 302, the check-in process was efficient and the response by management prompt, when needed.The sound of crashing waves at night and frequent sightings of turtles and whales was awesome. However, one bedroom became very warm when the washer and dryer were in use and the supplies, such as toilet paper and coffee filters were minimal, although enough for a day ,as specified in the units general information. We had a great time, Mahalo!

Perfect place to spend the Holiday's!

Beautiful condo with incredible views! We decided to visit Maui over the Christmas break to see the whales and Noelani didn’t disappoint. Quiet mornings on the balcony watching the surfers, sea turtles, and whales pass through the channel was a perfect way to start the day. The whale activity was busier some mornings than others, it seemed that may have been current dependent, or it could have been because we were early in the migration period. Finding out that sea turtles used the small sand beach area to the left of the condo as a basking area was a wonderful surprise. We would either watch them from the balcony or stroll down to the beach to see them up close. (I would recommend a sign be posted to inform some of the selfie takers that they shouldn’t touch the turtles.) The condo was clean and had everything we needed to relax over the Holiday season! The AC was perfect on the warm/humid days and the ocean breeze was fine on most days. The unit was well equipped with beach towels, coolers, and reusable ice packs in the freezer which were perfect for a day at the beach or checking out some of the trails. Maui is our favorite island and we love exploring the Northwest side of the island. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit!!

Great property and lots of turtles in the ocean and on the beach!

We stayed in mid-December. We saw turtles daily in the ocean and on the beach in front of the property. One day there were 20 on the beach! The property is older but in good condition. Great location. Plenty of easy parking. We arrived at 3:45. My Perfect Stay made us wait in the hall until the 4:00 check in time before giving us a door code that would open the door. We’ve never had this happen at other locations is the rental was cleaned and ready. Not a great way to start our stay after traveling for 12 hours. Great beach towels and chairs are provided. We highly recommend, just don’t try to check in before 4:00.

Turtles on the Beach!

We had the BEST time. It was such a beautiful home and the balcony(s) made for the BEST happy hour spot! Turtles swam up on the beach every night too!

Snorkeling right in Front!

Wonderful place to stay in Maui with waves crashing right outside the deck and beautiful sunsets. The house has a nice open layout through the kitchen, living room, and deck. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed to cook dinners (and desserts). The beds were all comfy and bedrooms were a good size. Also lots of good snorkeling in the waters out in front of the condo (and we saw lots of sea turtles in the area!).

Sea Turtle Paradise

The unit was clean and comfortable. We were a party of six and fit comfortably. We were also pleased wit the location and grounds. We used the AC nearly all the time because of the August temperatures, all units worked well. We launched our paddleboards from the "private" beach, taking care to not disturb the sleeping sea turtles.

Amazing views!

The views are amazing and the way the building is set up you don’t see any other people/units from 302. awesome sunset views. Seeing turtles everywhere is unreal. The space could use a bit of love but it is very big especially the lanai which allowed four adults and two children to dine together easily. Easy walk to S-turns beach for beach time and evenings at the pool were fun too. Could use a beach umbrella and binoculars to round out the beach supplies. Had a few problems with the unit but management was always quick to respond and help. Overall we had a great stay at 302.

Wonderful place

It was a very nice place, clean and had everything we needed. It even had a high chair and playpen for my 9 month old which was very thoughtful. Check in was a breeze and we had no issues with our stay there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a beautiful view of the beach laterally less than a minute walk to the beach. I would definitely stay there again.

The 302 was fantastic. Great views of oceans and turtles from balcony. Spacious and warm decor all throughout. Pools were clean and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

This is hands down the most beautiful airbnb we have ever chosen. The ocean view is so stunning. Each room is decorated beautifully with lots of thoughtful touches. It made us feel like being home. This place is a gem! Stunning views. The condo easily accommodated 7 of us. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. The sofa queen bed is surprisingly comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Resort is great. Nice swimming pool and hot tub. Next to beach and very easy to spot turtles!!

Spectacular condo and Amazing views of the ocean!

I highly recommend this condo! We would come back. I stayed here with my wife, 10 month old baby, mom and dad, and mother in law. Condo: 3 bed rooms, 2.5 baths. small but cozy kitchen. Great living room. Remember that there is stairs (one flight) to get to condo. Also, there is one flight of stairs inside condo to get to two upper bedrooms (but one of the upper rooms has another balcony - big plus). The bedroom on first floor does not have a bathroom - people can use common 1/2 bath on first floor - but not ideal but understandable - had to go upstairs to shower. Amazing views. Really nicely furnished. Felt like home. We got over after hours and door code did not work, but we got a call back within mins... The management company (My Perfect Stays) are really wonderful very friendly people. 5 stars! Notes on area: Did not know that there is an airport literally 3 mins from condo - look into it if flying from another island. We left from there on a small plane back to Oahu (9 seater plane - nicely priced - $90). Don't forget to spend time in Lahaina - nice streets with shops. Did sunset boat ride/dinner, nice. We tried to do sailing at sunset, but did not book early enough - if interested book early. The only thing I would change (was kinda annoying) is they charged my card for the stay, then they sent a message saying they need to charge more for taxes (like another $160) - That should be upfront, or at least don't charge card until I know final bill... I understand AirBnb recommended that they do that. Does not seem like a good business practice to me. Having said that... everything else was super nice - this would not prevent us from coming back. Great cozy - fully furnished place - great sunsets. Mahalo.

Loved it!! We searched so many different condos for our trip to Maui and finally chose this unit. We were NOT disappointed! The view from this unit is absolutely incredible. We enjoyed the turtles up on the shore (counted 21!) Whales and even surfers right out in front of us. The unit is very well equipped with a cooler, new beach chairs and so appreciative of the washer and dryer. I will recommend this condo to others and if I have the chance to go back, I will definitely try to stay at Noeloni again. Thanks for everything!
