From your private lanais enjoy turtle spotting, brilliant sunsets and front row seats to whale watching during the winter months. Ideally located just steps from Pohaku (S-Turns) beach, a beautiful sandy beach that offers swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, and surfing. A stone’s throw to the ocean allows the sound of the waves to lull you to sleep at the end of the day.
Noelani 302 is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo that is perfect for families and groups. It offers a fully equipped kitchen including dining space inside and outside on the private lanai. This unit has A/C downstairs and upstairs with A/C units in each bedroom. It keeps the entire condo comfy.
A $75 extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total.
The master bedroom offers a comfortable California King bed, private lanai just feet from the ocean, and a private bath with walk in shower. Both guest bedrooms offer Queen size beds. There are two additional bathrooms, one of which is also equipped with a shower. The living room has a sleeper sofa with a queen-sized foam bed. For your convenience a Pack ‘n Play is furnished for the wee ones.
This property also features TVs in the living area and guest bedrooms; cable and free WiFi are also included, as is a washer and dryer.
Noelani is located in a highly desirable area, between Kapalua and Kaanapali with close proximity to many of Maui’s top beaches, restaurants, and shops. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with two pools, a jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!
Since Noelani is a small resort, there is only 1 parking stall per condo allowed. There are no resort or parking fees. Please note this unit has no elevator access. We will provide a complimentary starter set of natural Maui-made shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler are also provided.
This property is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays. Complimentary concierge is available to all our guests.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
