This unit is at the same level as the parking lot, meaning no stairs are required to access it. However, there are no elevators at this resort.

We had a wonderful time at Noelani. Our unit was excellent. The view was fantastic, 10 stars! We could watch whales and surfers from the beautiful lanai. Turtles were on the beach everyday. We spent so much time out in the lanai, we loved the sliding glass doors that completely opened up the space. The pool and hot tub area was great, always clean and very well maintained. The location couldn't have been better for us. Close to beaches north or south, grocery stores and shopping. Walking distance to a nice playground/park, bakery and coffee shop. We were traveling with little ones and the location of our unit was perfect, no stairs and short walk from parking lot. The staff was incredibly friendly and very responsive to questions. Unit was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again! 10 plus stars!!!!!!!!

This is a very large, fantastic unit. The views are beautiful, the on site management is super responsive, the condo was very clean on arrival and the kitchen is fully stocked (including a Brita water filter jug which is so good for the environment and allows for excellent quality water without having to buy plastic bottles). The lanai is so spacious and wraps all the way around the corner, and there are tons of beach chairs, snorkel/beach items, umbrella, etc. You are on the second floor, overlooking the ocean so amazing sunsets. Unfortunately, there are no bedside tables for either bed, which was odd. And I would have preferred cotton sheets in the tropics, not the microfiber that all the condos use. Also, be aware you may hear noise of the units above or below, which is normal for a condo. The location on the island is excellent but as temperature rise, they will likely need AC in the whole apartment. Right now there is a small wall attached AC unit in one bedroom. I suspect July and August are quite hot without AC but most of the units on this side of the island don't have full unit AC. There are lots of fans and nice ocean breezes. It's really quite an amazing condo, so perfect, right on the corner, better even than the photos!

Noelani #210 - A real gem! My wife and I have been making West Maui our final leg of three destinations every time we visit the island of Maui. This time, we needed a two-bedroom unit and picked Noelani #210 in the Anthurium building. What a gem! Located on the second floor but at the same level as the parking lot, making it very convenient for loading and unloading. It is a corner unit giving you views of the ocean out front and the two pools and hot tub area out the corner windows. The unit has all the comforts of home. For decades now, Noelani Oceanfront Resort has been our go-to accommodation while visiting this part of Maui. It is very conveniently located just north of Ka'anapali, in Honokowai. Your room is, at most, 30' from the ocean. A great little sandy beach at the north end of the complex makes easy access to great snorkeling right in front of the complex. Right off your lanai, you will, without a doubt, see dozens of Green Sea Turtles in the afternoon and early evening hours. The view from your lanai includes the expansive Pacific, Moloka'i, Lana'i, and incredible sunsets. It truly does not get any better! I booked this condominium through VRBO (the middleman). I would suggest you try booking directly through My Perfect Stays ( https://www.myperfectstays.com ). This will help you avoid extra fees. My Perfect Stays will be the people you will be dealing with, either way. They were very informative, have special deals for their clients, and are very easy to get in touch with. Great location if you like good food. Captain Jack's has moved from its Lahaina location to its new location just a 7-minute walk North. Java Jazz, a 5-minute drive south, is a must-try. The Fish Market, also a 5-minute dive to the south, is an awesome choice too. They offer take-out style fish, pork tacos, and much more at a very reasonable price. Take your meal back to your room and enjoy it with a breathtaking view.

Five star condo. My families 8 night stay was wonderful. This condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Wonderful restaurants and shopping close by. The ocean view was incredible. We loved watching the surfers and sea turtles daily. The air conditioner in the master bedroom was very nice to have. Our only complaints were the taste of the tap water, noise from the upstairs unit, and some stains on the sheets in the master bedroom. We would recommend that the beach umbrella get updated as it was semi broken and couldn't handle any wind. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this condo. We are looking forward to staying here again on our next vacation.

This condo is as close to the water and crashing surf that you can get. Absolutely a billion dollar view from the huge balcony. The condo itself is wonderful, warm, and welcoming. It had everything we needed. It's a second floor unit, but you walk in directly from the parking lot, without having to haul luggage upstairs or in an elevator. The management was friendly and helpful. We were so impressed, we booked it for the same time next year!

Do not hesitate to book this property! Everything was incredible! The property is part of a small complex. Even in the middle of summer the pool wasn't crowded. We had a view of both the ocean and the pool. Sea turtles everywhere!!! It was a was a very short walk to a sandy beach where our girls played for hours and swam with turtles. There is a washer/dryer set in the unit. We had everything we needed for a fantastic week!! The no ac was no problem at all. The breeze was amazing!! We had zero complaints and will definitely try to come back. This was our third time to Maui and this unit was the best one we've stayed in by far. You won't be disappointed.

The location so close to the ocean is first class..full advantage of sunrises and sunsets ..were truly enjoyed by all of us..would highly recommend a stay at this very clean and open concept condominium..the balcony was almost on top of the ocean which allowed us to witness the wanderings on to dry beach of the sea turtles and many longboarders..and was where we spent most of our time!!Great pool access(2 convenient pools and efficient barbecue facilities by our condo complex..a great experience!!

Loved the view and the condo for our family. We watched the sea turtles daily and were so close it Whalers village had the best of both worlds. Condo was clean and fully stocked. Loved our Patio and can’t say enough about our peaceful view of the ocean. Only thing I missed was no AC, however the breeze from the ocean kept most of the condo comfy expect the front bedroom… it was stuffy and hot. There was a plug in fan for the room and it did help but still very warm and somewhat hard to sleep. Overall we had a great trip and very happy with our stay!

The proximity to the pool was great and the distance to Lahaina as well as other entertainment venues was an easy drive. The view was incredible and the sunsets were spectacular from the back porch. The best feature of this property is the sliding glass pocket wall allowing a full open-air view of the ocean. Lovely sights, smell, and sounds! The corner unit has a large wrap-around lanai allowing unimpeded views along the coast. Short walking distance to small beaches and coves. Peaceful and beautiful place to stay!

We love the location of this unit, as it is directly on the water and right next to 2 beaches. Watching the nightly sunset can't be beat. The unit itself is lovely, but at the new higher price point, a few additions would be greatly appreciated: the kitchen supplies are incredibly basic. Foil, cooking spray and counter cleaner (especially during Covid times) would be greatly appreciated. Also, end tables in the bedrooms would be amazing. I grabbed the one from the living room and used it in the master because there is nowhere to put a book or phone when going to bed. Overall, we would love to return to this unit!

The Five Star rating is for the absolutely lovely location of the condo and the the Perfect Stay Team. It is a small, older complex and #210 is corner unit on the 2nd floor that had a fantastic view and was just steps from the pool and the turtle protected area. We liked this 2nd floor unit because we did not have to deal with the pool gate (and people who forgot their key), and the AMAZING view of whales and sunsets from the lanai and if you looked close, turtles munching on the rocks in the surf just a few dozen feet in front of us. Walking to the end of the complex there were turtles sunning themselves on a small bit of sandy beach and during most days there was a dedicated couple who volunteered to protect the turtles and they shared lots of great information. A previous review called out many short comings of the unit which I would agree with for the most part. There is traffic noise which ebbs and flows during the day, the condo itself doesn't have what she mentioned (like towel racks and air conditioning) BUT, we found it clean, Perfect Stays responsive, the people onsite very friendly, the maintenance guy hard working and every morning cleaning the BBQ's and pool area and grounds in general. A very family friendly place where you can get to know the folks around you if you want. The condo itself had everything in the kitchen that we needed, there were 3 boogie boards and a cooler to use as well. The sliding doors(4)were massive and you could open them all up and then pull out the screens to keep the bugs and birds out and hear the ocean all night long. We didn't ever figure out the TV in the main room but that was OK because there was no good news happening while we were there. NOELANI 210 was comfortable, felt very safe (security people came at night) and the views from the lanai will forever be in my memories!

It was a wonderful experience to hear and see the ocean up close every day. We watched the beautiful Maui sunsets each evening. Along with whales and turtle sightings. The place was close to many areas we enjoy. The resort wasn’t too large. That was a plus for us.

This condo is exactly as the listing and photos depict it. The location is easily accessed from the airport and offers easy access to Kahana resorts/restaurants and Lehaina town. We especially enjoyed sitting on our balcony, watching surfers, sea turtles, and sunsets.

The unit has a spectacular view & we loved the location. Our mornings and evenings on the patio were amazing!! We saw turtles on the little beach out front in the evenings. It was windy enough that we didn’t even miss the AC. The condo is stocked well enough. There are a few things that are in need of repair/replacement in the unit, but nothing that would cause us to not book again. The property management service was great & very helpful. We loved our stay & would definitely come back!

The condo had an amazing unobstructed view right on the water. The patios were great for morning coffee and evening cocktails watching all the surfers and sail boarders. We left all the windows and sliders in the unit open all the time and the breeze was great, so we didn't miss the A/C. Very quiet complex, close to everything. Pools and hot tub were nice. There's a little beach next to the condos where the sea turtles come up to rest. It was very cool to see. There are a few things that need to be fixed in the unit, but overall it was a great. It is perfect for 2 couples.

Our family had a wonderful time! It has everything you need (pots, pans etc for cooking and although we rented boards there were bodyboards there). No need for air conditioning. There is a really nice breeze from the doors being open and the window since it’s a corner unit. Kids (17-24 yo) all surfed everyday right out front…breakfast on patio. Bedding is top notch. Mahalo to the owners…we will be back :)

We just got back from our trip and this place was incredible. Spent most of the time hanging out on the lanai. My teens loved that they could easily walk to the beach. We also saw turtles every day which was so fun to see.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo has the most beautiful view you can imagine! Sea turtles feasted on rocks right outside the condo, then rested on the small private beach a 5 minute walk from the condo! We even saw a Monk seal swimming by!! The view of sail boats and surfers could keep you on the patio for hours!! The unit had awesome beach equipment, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella, small ice chest, and lots of toys for surf and sand. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could wish for when cooking in. The condo was tastefully decorated with updated granite and cabinets in the kitchen and beautiful slate floors. My Perfect Stay was wonderful at communication prior to and throughout our stay! If we are blessed to return to Maui, this is the only place we would stay!

Our stay at Noelani 210 was great. When we arrived after a long day of travel the condo was clean and ready to go. The views are amazing as we were right on the water. I really couldn’t have imagined a better location. The team at My Perfect Stays was great. They checked in with us to be sure everything was going well during our stay and were very responsive whenever I reached out to them. That being said, I only needed to reach out to them prior to our trip as nothing went wrong while we were there and they made sure of that. I would definitely come back to Maui, this condo and will surely use My Perfect Stays again. Thanks for a great experience!

We loved our experience at Noelani Condominium, unit 210! The location can't be beat...you are about 10 min away from the hustle and bustle of Kaanapali, giving you a better experience in my opinion. There are two swimming pools that were never busy. There are two beaches within a five minute walk that were perfect for our three boys. The sunset views from the condo are incredible and the condo itself worked well for our family. We can't wait to come back!

We were deciding between a condo like this and a resort type setting. For our family this was a big win. When we wanted to be with people/at a resort we could go anytime. When we wanted rest and privacy this was perfect. Great ocean front room, everything you need for vacation was supplied! Pools and hot tub were a great combination with additional ocean frontage. Sea turtles on property during our stay along with whale watching and surfers daily.

The condo and grounds were really beautiful, clean, and friendly guests. The communication by the management company was the best I’ve ever encountered. Beds were comfy. The only feedback of note is to bring a sleeping mask for the room with the queen bed. The lights from the other building are pretty bright, and the curtains don’t go quite to the bottom of the window. Other than that one TEENY thing, absolutely perfect place. Thank you!

We had the best stay in Maui at this Noelani unit and by far, the 180-degree view of the ocean was the star. From our lanai we got to see whales daily, turtles swimming in the rocks below, surfers, and incredible sunsets. The best part is that the lanai doors open completely so that you have an unobstructed view from inside.
The team at MyPerfectStays was wonderful and easy to communicate with. They were very friendly and promptly responded to questions and requests. We absolutely recommend staying in this unit and hope to return for another stay.

It was everything we expected at the least. Large Lenai with wide open doors brought the lanai and living room into one big lanai. The little birds hopped in to see what they could get. It was fun. Sea turtles just down the way. Whale activity viewed every day from the lanai. Easy access from parking lot. Pool, jacuzzi, BBQ right next to the ocean. The management is on top of everything. Smaller building, more intimate. The master bedroom is too close to road noise is my only negative. No ac but that wasn't a problem in January when we were there. I would rent it again.

First, let me say, I LOVED it here. The lanai was absolutely amazing, corner unit, the most beautiful view of the water, and islands. We watched turtles daily, surfers and even saw some whales breaching on Thanksgiving day. Again, EPIC lanai!! The doors open completely, so it's like a continuation of the living room. The ocean is almost deafening, and we loved listening to it as we slept. I miss it so much! Pool area is nice, and we used the hot tub nightly. We walked to the little beach down the road, snorkeled and body boarded. Great location too!
The two bedrooms were great for our boys, teens who need their own space... so my husband and I slept in the living room on the pull out sofa. I will say this is normal for us... especially when we can hear ocean waves while we sleep. We did need to put on about 2-3 more padding layers on the pullout bed because it wasn't very comfy. However with the extra bedding, it was totally okay for the 2 weeks we were there. I'd recommend a new mattress or new extra mattress pads to the owners... to make it more comfy.
The issues: When we arrived we found sheets with red marks on them... probably fine...but not what you want to see. Then we found a door didn't close all the way because of a screw...super random, but with one text, they arrived within an hour to fix the door and replace the sheet. Then... the next night our teen took a shower in the master bath, and the drain clogged...and filled with water. We let them them, and they contacted a plumber. It was a weekend, so it took a couple days to fix it. BUT they were great at communication, and

Loved our stay in this unit - so much we decided to stay in Maui one extra night. Condo has everything you need to cook, laundry, and fantastic water pressure. But the views are just incredible: we watched turtles & whales & surfers all from the deck while enjoying some bubbly in our comfy clothes. We even decided to skip restaurants 2 of the nights because it was so great to just stay there. Neighbors are quiet, easy parking, and close beach <10 min away that's super calm for excellent snorkeling off shore. Kids are already asking when we can come back and stay here again. This is an outstanding property. The unit is nicely appointed, very comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The absolute star is the view and how close you are the crashing waves directly in front of the unit. The place is on the second floor of a four floor building, which is perfect. It is on the same level as the parking (no stairs to get into the unit) and one floor up from the ground level, so people can't see directly into the unit when walking to/from the grills or pool. There is a lovely hot tub and 2 pools that hang over the ocean, a perfect place to spend the day. The property is relatively small so felt intimate and was filled with really lovely people who have been coming to this place for years. Whales and turtles were easily seen from the balcony and we cannot wait to come back to this special place.

My first visit to Maui in 30 years and I must say it was well worth it. The property is a fantastic combination of desirable central location and amenity full privacy. I could have spent my time entirely on property and never had a need for anything other than the very competent concierge contacts. Getting an Uber was fast and reasonably priced to all of the happy hours I wanted to visit. Surfers out front every morning, Both pools, (heated and unheated) were well maintained as was the hot tub. Grills were clean and fully operational. Property was well groomed and appropriately manicured. I'll always remember my mornings on the Lanai watching the sun light hit the surfers out for an early wave and the sunsets and whale breaches we were privileged to witness. Not to mention the Sea Turtles. My only complaint was, I had to return home. Highly recommended.

The view was amazing! Pictures don’t even do it justice, I promise. Condo was clean and complex was quiet, a bit off the beaten path. Check-in was easy with a key lockbox right on the door. There was plenty of parking (and free!). We stopped at the grocery store on our way in and used the pool-side grills for grilling chicken and steak. The in-room washer and dryer was super useful. There is no AC, but the breeze was amazing (it was October). We slept with all the windows open and fans on. The only bummer is that the master bedroom faces the parking lot and road, so with the windows open, we would hear road noise. But the breeze was awesome and the sound of the waves crashing lulled us to sleep. I got so used to that sound, that I’m going to have to use the white noise waves app to sleep now! The communication with the property managers was great! They called to see how everything was and promptly answered my emails. We enjoyed a day at S-turn beach next door and the kids snorkeled and collected shells. We went into Lahaina town, which has super cute shops and restaurants. We had a great stay, we will be back.

This property was very well located in the facility. Situated as a corner unit, with large deck almost hanging over the water, you can see large turtles at play all day. Amy was particularly helpful at all times, for all our needs no matter how small. Very quick to respond literally 24/7

Like floating over the ocean

This place is to die for. Sitting on the couch and looking out the panoramic front window area (the entire wall opens up!) was absolutely amazing and super relaxing. I have not experienced this peace of mind for some time. It was also a huge bonus to have calm water out front the first couple of days to snorkel in. The area out front was loaded with sea turtles. We spent a bunch of money to go on a boat to "turtle town" and saw 1 single turtle. But out front, we saw 5-10 turtles each time. Pools were never full and look out to a gorgeous view of Molokai. So awesome. Wish I were there now!

Amazing views, great patio and that breeze.....GREAT sleeping with all the fans on, doors and windows open!!! Make sure you are in to that sort of thing - open air living - with no AC. Extremely well appointed unit - we commented that there wasn’t one thing we thought of that this unit didn’t have. Hats off to the owner and mgmt for a great place and a great stay. Highly recommend.

If you want a breathtaking view with snorkeling with turtles below the condo, this is the place for you! The back windows fully open to an indoor/outdoor experience. We had a wonderful stay here and the property manager was very responsive to our needs. The pull out couch is uncomfortable. Probably ok for kids, but not adults. The kitchen was well stocked. We would love to return.

Amazing Sunset view

The beachfront condo has the best view of sunset and lanai was spacious. We enjoyed the sunset from the lanai. Lots of birds and surfers - good photop. The rooms were spacious for 5 people. Beach is accessible from nearby park next to the condo.

The unit was spacious, clean, very comfortable beds. The view was spectacular. The glass doors that open all the way made you feel like you were right on the water. Nice quiet location. Would definitely say there again.

This condo is exactly as described and shown, and then some. Loved the wrap around lanai. Was concerned about being next to the pool, but there is privacy glass and never felt a loss of privacy. Actually enjoyed the smell of BBQ every night. Turtles everywhere, beach directly adjacent. I love Honokowai area - close to Lahaina without the crowds of Kaanapali. You park on the same level as the entrance to the condo, yet have a second story view of the ocean. Best of both worlds! In my opinion, this is the best unit in the entire complex. We will be back.

This condo is indeed perfect as you have second story views but enter from the ground level from where you park....no stairs! Fantastic Panoramic View

Has a fantastic panoramic view but location is very west and far from all thing central/east of the island. The place is spacious and clean. Master bath didn’t have hot water so all of us used the guest bath. They had some beach gear you could use so that was handy. Also on main floor so no need to climb the stairs, another big plus. Parking was ample. Keep in mind there is no AC. Place was warm even with fan running.

Truly Breathtaking

The view is truly breathtaking. I would say it rivals or surpasses any view we've had staying at five star properties on Maui. The doors in the living room open entirely so the breeze from the ocean makes you feel like you're on the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped and the apartment is safe for toddlers. Plenty of space as well and small touches like puzzles and a Netflix enabled TV make for a cozy feel. The host was very responsive leading into check in as well. Great location. All in all, I would recommend this place to a friend as long as they aren't a light sleeper - the walls are paper thin so you hear steps from the room above you, light seeps in through the curtains, the master bedroom faces a busy street, the mattresses are a bit soft and lumpy, and there isn't AC. But again of you aren't too sensitive of a sleeper, all of this will be easy to ignore. The view is absolutely incredible and the other guests are exceedingly warm!
