This stunning oceanfront condo features newly installed split a/c and also has ceiling fans throughout to keep your condo cool. Noelani 202 is all kinds of luxury with panoramic views, gorgeous interiors and access to fantastic amenities. Endless ocean views from the ground floor private lanai will give new meaning to your Maui experience. Sandwiched between a private estate and the finest sandy beach (known as "S" turns) Noelani can be described as a charming, low-key, hidden-treasure, Boutique Resort. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming with turtles just steps from this condo. During the winter months, this condo offers front row seating for whale watching!
Noelani 202 is a spacious, high end, beautifully decorated one bedroom, one bathroom condo that offers all the luxuries and comforts of home. Dine al fresco on your private lanai or take your meal inside where the tropical finishes will keep you feeling at ease. Be prepared to be WOW’D by the gorgeous, high-end kitchen featuring custom cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a great prep island. You’ll have everything you need to make all your meals in house.
Step inside the serene and tranquil bedroom featuring a comfortable King size bed, ample storage and a large flat screen TV for your entertainment. No detail was overlooked on the recent bathroom renovation. The bathroom finishes scream luxury and features a large walk-in shower with custom tile work. The living room sofa converts to a bed for additional guests. Pack light! There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Noelani is located in a highly desirable area, between Kapalua and Kaanapali with close proximity to many of Maui’s top beaches, restaurants, and shops. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with two pools, a jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!
Since Noelani is a small resort, there is only 1 parking stall per condo allowed. There are no resort or parking fees. Please note this unit has no elevator access. We will provide a complimentary starter set of natural Maui-made shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler are also provided.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
