The spacious main living area includes modern furniture beachy decorations and a large flat-screen TV. Cool down with a split A/C unit in the living room. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort.
The inviting master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The ensuite master bathroom is updated with a walk in shower. The guest room is equipped with a queen bed. Both bedrooms include a split A/C unit. The upgraded guest bathroom features a large walk-in shower. Enjoy the oceanfront, expansive lanai with a dining table for 4, 2 additional chairs, and a lounge chair. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. This unit is everything it appears to be online - and more. Super clean, very well appointed, exceptional response from manager, and by far the best ocean view on Maui. The lanai is so close to the ocean - we watched the sunset, the moon rise, stars, turtles swimming in the water and found the lapping waves mesmerizing. Just a few short steps to a beach that was home to over 25 turtles sunning themselves. It was magical.

the condo is cute and cozy and you will not regret staying here. View is beautiful. Right next to cute beach. We liked location, even if it was a drive to many attractions (that is what we expected from our previous trip to Maui). We could see sea turtles and whales from our lanai. Unit had everything we wanted and needed. We truly thought of the condo as our home away from home. Cute and comfortable.

We love the grounds and had such fun watching turtles feed on the rocks at high tide each day. The beach park next to the development is great, and the pools with surf crashing on the rocks in the background are so relaxing. Our unit was clean and comfortable. We plan to return!

We loved our stay in Noelani 201. I would argue this is the best unit in the complex. 2nd floor has you elevated a bit from the ground level on the ocean side, but no stairs from the road side. It's a corner unit, so you get an incredible wrap around Lanai and windows/sliding doors out to 2 sides of the unit. The bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent - great AC, nice beds and linens, and strong showers. Kitchen has everything you need. Laundry is inside the room which is a bonus.
The unit is stocked with amazing beach gear too - folding chairs, 2 coolers, 2 boogie boards, and some grass mats.
The location is amazing for West Maui. Easy drive from the airport, and very close to a variety of excellent beaches, shops, restaurants and grocery stores. It's easy to get down to the South Coast too if you want to.
The 2 pools are both great, with lots of space for lounging and swimming. We didn't use the BBQs but they looked in perfect condition and in a great setting.
We would return to Noelani 201 in an instant. Watching the sunset while turtles swim in front of the Lanai is unbeatable.

We generally stay in this area when we visit Maui, but this was our first time at Noelani. The condo was "as advertised". The views were great, and the condo was well equipped. The best part for us was the a/c in all areas. You can easily walk to the ABC store or a bit further to the grocery store. It was nice having two pools. There were two pools, which were not busy, maybe 5-6 people at any time. There's a small cove where the turtles lay on the sand. One day, we counted 18. The beach directly behind the condo is very rocky. But there is a sandy beach next door if you want to go in the ocean. We saw several people surfing directly behind the condo. We would stay here again!

We loved staying in Noelani #201!
Clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, comfortable accommodations with the most amazing views. We spent a great deal of our time on the lanai when we weren't exploring all the wonderful things Maui has to offer. Unit 201 is a corner unit level with the parking lot, so no stairs to haul luggage up and down. Laurie was cordial and helpful and readily available when/if needed. We will definitely be coming back!

Our condo was well cared for and spotless! Lori was wonderful and she shared lots of information about the area with us. We had an issue with the washing machine in the unit and it was immediately addressed. Noelani is our favorite place to relax and unwind. This unit is amazing. Totally remodeled and gorgeous. The location and view are the best ever! We loved sitting on the lanai watching the sunsets, turtles, whales, surfers, sailboats, and so much more. We could not have asked for a better place to stay on Maui! We were in unit 201-a corner unit with a huge wrap around lanai that allowed for great cross breezes. There are 2 lounge chairs (only 1 visible in pics) that we practically lived on. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and everything was clean. We had no insect problems. Fun to watch the surfers from our lanai each day. Saw sea turtles in the water directly in front of us, and several breaching whales! (January) Pool area was chill. We’d stay here again without question!!

Great unit, but lack of house cleaning, just starter items, having to buy toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, etc is a real negative. Also missed welcoming cocktails to meet others and no activity breakfast with Bruce was a bummer. Very expensive to not have these simple services.

This was our second stay in 201. The place is perfect. I can only find good things to say about the whole property. First, the staff tgat work there are wonderful, warm and make us feel at home, like family. The unit is spotless, comfortable amd has everything we need. The lanai is epic. I could pretty much live on it. Watching turtles swimming or birds looking for food, surfers patiently waiting for that perfect wave…it’s heaven. The pool is great as are the grills. We hated leaving amd can’t wait to return.

We stayed in condo 201 and loved the view. The turtle beach was fantastic and had 14 turtles on it at one time. The pools and spa are a nice addition to the property. Everything we need was found in the cupboards all we had to do was add groceries. I personally can't think of a better place to stay while visiting Maui.

My group of six enjoyed everything about the host My Perfect Stay. The oceanfront view was spectacular. The unit had everything we needed to feel right at home. The only concern I had was the facility is not handicap accessible. It made things a tad bit different trying to get four people with walkers and canes to and from the BBQ and pool area. The good news is, if you drive down to the third condominium, the parking is leveled with the pool area. The beach was less that 2 minutes away, and having everything at the unit (beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc.) made the experience fun and enjoyable. I would definitely stay at Napolani, unit #201 again.

Little Slice of Paradise

This little slice of paradise was the best part of our trip. From the spacious unit to the beautiful views we lived every minute of our stay. It’s like having your own beach, wildlife, serenity, all in one spot. The condo was spotless, well equipped and in the corner of the building with picture perfect views, floor to ceiling windows and a huge lanai. We spent hours on the lanai, or down in the little privet cove watching up to 11 turtle sunbathe. The staff here were wonderful and so laid back. Candy thank you!! We can’t wait to go back.

We stayed four nights in unit 201. What a wonderful place to relax. The lanai was huge and the view was totally amazing. I slept on the lounge chair two of the nights! The place was spotless, well equipped and as seen in the pictures. Check in was flawless as was checkout. The staff there were so knowledgeable and kind. We had a bbq and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Say turtles every day. Great central location yet far enough to avoid the main tourist resorts. It was the perfect vacation. Can’t wait to return.

We just stayed in unit 201 for 8 days and it was a perfect fit for our family for four. The location of Noelina outside of Lahaina and close to Kahana was perfect as it wasn't too crowded or isolated (and there's a cute little beach in walking distance.) The location of the unit in the building was also perfect as it is an end unit so only neighbors on one side but so peaceful and quiet that we never heard anyone. And the view off of the kitchen/living room and lanai is a little bit of heaven. Just gorgeous with views of the sea turtles just below when they are visiting. The smaller bedroom had a newly updated queen size bed which was very comfy for our daughters. The master bedroom could use an updated king sized bed as it was too soft for us and the pillows too big and lumpy, but everything else more than made up for these factors. A/C worked excellently, kitchen well appointed, pools and hot tub just lovely. We hope to come back someday!

We totally loved this unit with the spectacular views off the kitchen/family room area and the lanai of the ocean and the turtles below. It was also very quiet and peaceful throughout our stay due in part to being an end unit. The unit had a well appointed kitchen with all the necessary appliances. A/C worked great, pools and hot tub were lovely, and there was close access to a nice little nearby beach and town with a couple of yummy restaurants. There was an nice new queen size bed in one room and the master bedroom could use an updated king sized bed and pillows. Otherwise, this was a perfect location for our family.

Beautiful airy condo, lots of light and an amazing view! We saw lots of turtles! The pool area was a big bonus. Super clean, staff was very communicative and responded quickly to any emails or questions we had . We’d love to stay here again!

This location is amazing. Beautiful view of Moloka'i and the whales during whale season. Also great area to see turtles right in front. The lanai is nicely set up with different kinds of seating so you can eat outside, lounge outside or just sit, watching the whales. The apartment is nicely decorated (upgraded since the pictures) and the beach amenities are high quality and useful. AC in each area is perfect for different needs or for keeping the bedrooms cool when you want to keep the living room doors open to experience the ocean. Wonderful place, would love to stay there regularly (especially during whale season)
