The spacious main living area includes luxurious furniture with ocean blue decorations and a large flat-screen TV. A split A/C unit is also equipped in the living room as well as ceiling fans to help stay cool.
The tranquil bedroom includes a King-size bed and a washer and dryer for your convenience The bedroom is also equipped with a split A/C unit. The remodeled bathroom is updated with a luxurious walk in shower. This ground-floor unit features an expansive lanai with a dining table for 4 and 2 lounge chairs. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The modern kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, custom tilework and granite countertops. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping a breeze.

My vacation at Noelani was absolutely wonderful and staying in 108 made it just perfect. The unit was superb and so beautifully decorated. The property at Noelani was so beautiful as well. It was amazing to be so close to the water and to watch the turtles swimming in the ocean. We loved everything about Noelani and will definately be staying here again.

Beautiful little condo on ground level. Well stocked with towels as well as snorkel gear, beach chairs and a cooler. The kitchen has all the basics you will need for your stay. The only appliance missing is a rice cooker! You can't beat the view while sitting on the lanai. The property is very well kept and the property management is very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property.

We love staying at Noelani when we come to Maui! It is the hidden gem of Maui! It doesn't get better than sitting on your lanai, and watching the turtles, surfers, and snorkelers in the ocean right in front. Also, I love that the other guests staying become like "family" since Noelani isn't a big hotel. Our unit was recently renovated, and absolutely beautiful! We love playing in the pools, or sitting sitting in the hot tub while having the ocean right next to you also. The sunsets are simply the best at Noelani.

This charming little condo had everything we needed and truly felt like a home away from home. The modern furniture was a stylish touch, but the real highlight was its unbeatable proximity to the beach. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast on the lanai, soaking in the sunrise, and winding down in the evenings with the cool breeze. Despite being part of a shared property, it still felt private and peaceful. Check-in was seamless, and the team was responsive and helpful throughout. I couldn’t recommend this unit more and can’t wait to return.

This condo surpassed our expectations! Very responsive host, very clean condo, lovely kitchen and in-suite laundry. The oceanfront location was amazing. Coffee on the lanai in the morning and wine in the evenings. Turtles and whales right in our view! The pool/hot tub area are just steps away from this unit and are just perfect. I highly recommend staying here.

Only one word: magical. Waking up to the ocean waves was just perfection. The apartment had everything necessary to spend 5 great days. Loved how well the kitchen was stocked. Excellent location with shops close by and a beach next to it. Only improvement would be to replace the mattress as it was too soft for us and made back ache.

We like to rent unit 108 every year because of its location and the nice appointments inside. Overlooking the ocean where you can watch turtles play in the waves! We were happily surprised to see how beautiful they had upgraded it since last year, so much more tenant friendly! They put beautiful countertops in the kitchen and the bathroom, and the kitchen cabinets have been upgraded along With the appliances. Everything is new and works beautifully. They also removed the closet that was in the entry and replaced it with a cabinet…such a wonderful place to put all of our extra items, snacks and drink mixers 😉.

We really enjoyed our stay in 108! The unit is in great condition inside - the bedding, shower, kitchen, A/C and sofabed were all in fantastic shape and were very comfortable. Outside, you have a nice lawn to play on, a cove full of sea turtles to your left and to your right you have two pools, a hottub, and three gas grills to utilize. Last of all, of course, you have the beautiful Pacific in front of you with sunset views of Moloka'i and Lana'i. Within walking distance are a few shops and restaurants, too, which makes it all the better. The road the complex is on is pretty quiet, as was the complex itself. Would gladly stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay with my family, really quiet place and area. There was a turtle cove we could walk to, the pool and beach were also very walkable. Overall, the place was clean and super comfortable.

If you enjoy smaller vacation resorts without the crowds and the pool basically all to yourself with direct ocean views this is the place for you. Phenomenal location within walk or short drive to everything. Welcoming staff. Will be going back next time.

First Impression Was WOW!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon while on Maui. First impression was WOW! The view from the patio was amazing. We were able to see see sea turtles daily and whales here and there. The condo was clean, they provided everything we needed for our stay. Beach chairs, snorkel gear, and towels were also available for use. There was shopping, grocery stores and restaurants near by which was great. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

The place was great. The people above us had heavy feet and could hear them moving around only 2 days of our stay. The pool and common area was fantastic. The staff was so kind and courteous. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at Noelani five times over the past 20 years and we are always very happy with the accommodations. For whale watchers, this property can't be beat! When we aren't out and about exploring the island, we spend our time on the lanai watching the whales go by and watching the green sea turtles feed along the rocks and rest in the cove. We had not been since 108 was upgraded with A/C and a king-size bed, these were great additions to the unit. I appreciated the extra touches of beach towels, snorkel equipment, and beach chairs to use during our stay that were in the condo, along with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. We always recommend Noelani to our friends and hope to return again soon!

Great hideaway spot. Walking distance to Miso Phat Sushi, a must try! Beautiful ocean views. Great pools and a hot tub overlooking the ocean. Short walk to a nice little beach right next door. Lots of sea turtles to see nearby. Whale watching out in the distance was fun… bring your binoculars. Only complain is the ancient, loud, less than efficient blender. I guess all the units have bad blenders… people actually conversed about them poolside. Other than that small detail in the scope of things. I’d go back! Quiet away from the crowds.

Perfect location especially if you don’t want to stay in the busy resort areas. Beaches and shopping are all very close by. We marveled in watching the sunsets every night. Each picturesque sunset was a different hue of spectacular colors. During the day, we watched the surfers and turtles basking in the sun. The condo’s location is a short walking distance to the BBQ grill (we grilled a few nights), pools and jacuzzi. We would definitely stay again. Maui No Ka Oi!

Let me start by saying, this is an excellent location and very pretty. The management was easy to work with and we had no issues. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves. A negative was how loud the units above are. You can hear them talking and walking, as well as banging things. Also, the unit is older but in good condition. The bathroom was very small though, the toilet was very tight and it was hard to reach the toilet paper.

Charming, comfortable, clean and calming, this ground floor 1 bedroom gem is more than meets the eye and a perfect "secret get away" for a solo traveler or a couple in search for an authentic connection with Maui or perhaps themself in the process. Comfortable beds, linens, couches and chairs... streaming Wi-Fi.. a fantastic working washer & dryer, a nice sized kitchen with a great fridge and stove along with more than enough in the cupboards and cabinets to hit the local Lahaina Ralphs or nature market and cook with.. big screen flat screens (you're in Maui so why would you even turn them on)... and even snorkel, boogie boarding and beach gear in the closet (along with a coded safe) make you feel like its your own vacation home you're returning to. Yet its whats outside of the sliding glass door that leads to a bright green grass lined view of a stunning ocean and skyline nestled between two palm trees that may just be the tipping point of it all. Go ahead and open and close your eyes to this view during your morning meditation, yoga or HIIT workout and truly start your day out right while your local coffee or matcha is brewing. Take a step outside onto the grass and venture 50 feet to the left and chill out on a private beach cove / green sea turtle sanctuary with a new friend who just happens to be the largest hard-shelled sea turtle in the world (respectfully just 10 feet away). The pool and jacuzzi are impeccably clean and taken care of... quite honestly though I didn't use either and opted for an ocean only commitment. I recommend taking a less than 10 minute walk from this place on foot to Hawaiian Village Coffee for one of the best lattes and also veggie bagels you'll find on the entire island. Seriously. Parking at the condo is easy, convenient and free here with three lots so you'll always find a space no matter what time it is and you'll want a car because just within short driving distances are some great snorkel beaches like Mall Wharf, Wahikuli Beach Park, as well as Honolulu, Napili and Kapalua Bays and that's just whats close by. Communicating with the hosts here is utterly convenient, responses are quick and always delightful either through AirBnB or the number they give you to call or text with. Enjoy your stay when not exploring and discovering Maui every moment that you can!

Really enjoyed our stay, location is very ideal with shopping, beach access and many restaurants. Host's we very responsive to a couple of questions I had, and check in and check out process was seamless. The location itself is picturesque, with two pools and hot tub overlooking the ocean. Unit itself was very clean, tidy. Added bonus is they provided snorkel equipment, beach umbrellas and chairs that came in handy. Would defiantly recommend and stay again. Very pleasant experience all around.

This is a great value option for amazing views on the water in Maui that makes you feel secluded with your own private shoreline. We had so much fun sitting on our patio and watching the surfers as well as whales since we went during whale season! It’s only a few minutes drive from the major beaches and about 10-15 minutes to the restaurants and shopping of nearby towns. The on-site pool and hot tub was a great bonus. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Our only negative was the uncomfortable bed and pillow, seems like the mattress is overdue. Everything else was wonderful and we highly recommend this as it is very affordable for a great Maui experience!
