This STUNNING, OCEANFRONT unit does not have Air Condition but you'll stay cool with the magical Maui breeze and ceiling fans throughout. Noelani 101 is all kinds of luxury with panoramic views, gorgeous interiors and access to fantastic amenities. Endless ocean views from the ground floor private lanai will give new meaning to your Maui experience. Sandwiched between a private estate and the finest sandy beach (known as "S" turns) Noelani can be described as a charming, low-key, hidden-treasure, Boutique Resort. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming with turtles just steps from this condo. During the winter months, this condo offers front row seating for whale watching!
Noelani 101 is a beautifully updated, spacious and tastefully decorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that offers all the luxuries and comforts of home. Dine al fresco on the expansive lanai or take your meal inside where the tropical finishes will keep you feeling at ease. Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
The serene and tranquil master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed with its own ensuite bathroom and luxurious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features 2 twin size beds and access to a bright and airy bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Pack light! This unit has a washer/dryer for your convenience.
Noelani is located in a highly desirable area, between Kapalua and Kaanapali with close proximity to many of Maui’s top beaches, restaurants, and shops. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with two pools, jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!
Since Noelani is a small resort, there is only 1 parking stall per condo allowed. There are no resort or parking fees. Please note this unit has no elevator access. We will provide a complimentary starter set of natural Maui-made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion. Beach towels, beach chairs and cooler are also provided.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
