The condo is located on the second floor and offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and tropical charm. The condo features a split air conditioning system and a large lanai. The resort does not have elevators. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and the dining area provides a comfortable space to savor your culinary creations. The comfortable full-size pull-out sofa bed is suited for one adult or two children. The centerpiece of the room is a brand-new, plush king-size bed. The bathroom features ample vanity space and a walk-in shower that offers a refreshing start or finish to your day. Thoughtful touches throughout the condo ensure that you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay, from fresh linens to essential amenities.

My Perfect Stays provides 2 beach chairs per bedroom, one beach towel per registered guest, and a cooler for your stay. At times previous guests will leave beach gear behind, which you are welcome to use. Other beach items can be rented or purchased at Costco, local supermarkets, and nearby snorkel/dive shops. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

PARKING: Cars must be parked in places designated. Only one vehicle per apartment may be parked on the premises at one time. Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
