Napili Puamala 128 is a remodeled studio condo featuring an open-concept layout and a ground-floor lanai. Located on the ground floor, this condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a queen-size bed and queen-size sofa sleeper.
You will be greeted with modern furniture, Hawaiian-inspired decor, and a large flat-screen Smart TV. The condo is equipped with ceiling fans as well as a portable A/C unit for added comfort.
The bathroom features a luxurious walk-in shower with modern finishes. Dine al fresco or unwind on the private lanai, which includes a dining table for 4 and lounge chairs surrounded by a tropical garden. You may also dine indoors at the table for 2.
The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for a coffee station and meal preparation.
Puamala is a quiet low rise building with its own private pool, barbecues and meditation gardens. There are no resort fees or parking fees for this property. From your condo at Napili Puamala, you can easily access Napili Bay through the public beach access path between Napili Surf and Napili Point, where you can explore the tide pools, enjoy a snorkel or just kick back and enjoy the beach. The pool available for use is the Napili Puamala pool right next to the building. The famous "Gazebo Restaurant" is a two-minute walk and "The Seahouse Restaurant" is located at the north end of Napili Bay offering ocean-front breakfast, lunch and dinner along with West Maui's favorite and most scenic Happy Hour!

I feel like a full length mirror would be great because all there is is the mirror in the bathroom. But it is a perfect place to stay. There is no ocean view at all from this unit FYI.

The unit is very clean and a nice location to Napili Beach. It was quiet and clean. Private with the lush landscaping. Only downside is the kitchen was a little under stocked. Host did a good job communicating and answering questions. Overall we recommend it.

we can't wait to plan our next trip back! The location was prime, and the condo was set with essentials. We loved it so much we were able to add on 2 extra days to our stay. Our favorite part was being in walking distance to the grocery stores, beach hiking trails, and our favorite restaurants. My perfect stays were attentive, and we are looking forward to our next time!

Our stay was incredible, with beach access so close and a quiet neighborhood it was hard to believe. Napili is a great all-around beach for many water activities. The room was quiet with an air conditioner and small lanai to sit out and have breakfast. We will put this on the top of our list when we come back to Maui in the future!

My wife and I stayed here for a week and had a fantastic experience in this beautiful place a stone's throw away from Napili Bay (a quiet relaxing beach near waters where sea turtles routinely swim)! It was clean, appeared as described, and very comfortable. The concierge staff at the owner's management company was among the best I've worked with, and booked us several amazing tours/experiences on short notice.

Quaint little place perfect for a traveling couple! Would definitely be a squeeze with 4 people. Location: Perfect! You’re very close to the beach despite having to go around the rest of the hotel and there are many nearby restaurants/happy hours and even a plaza for groceries. We also went to the Napili Farmer’s Market just down the street on Wednesday and Saturday to buy local. Amenities: The place was stocked with every single thing you could need on your Maui adventure. The beach chairs and cooler were totally clutch! Fridge was perfect with filtered water so you don’t have to purchase big jugs. And tons of ice to put into the cooler. For cooking we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Except for a cookie sheet to cook bacon but that’s ok we made it work. The pool you do have access to is steps away from your lanai and is usually always empty. One thing I will say is that I wish they gave you more beach towels. Ours got pretty dirty pretty fast and would never fully dry due to the humidity. But luckily we brought extra in our luggage. We kept our place extremely clean because there are definitely ants that will get in. Wiped everything down once opening or eating something. And closed/put away food really well when done. Only place we really saw the ants were in the bathroom. They are super tiny. Parking: There were always spots available. However, we did get our car upgraded to a mini van which was kind of a pain to park here because the spots are very tiny. All in all, was one of the best places to stay! Thank you!

Best value on Maui! This property was perfect for our family of 4. VERY clean, new appliances, everything you need to cook a standard meal. The parking lots for the local beaches were full by 9AM every day but we had the luxury of walking a short distance to Napili Bay. Kapalua Bay (to the north) and Honokeana Bay (to the south) are about a 10 minute walk away. We ate several meals at Kitchen 5315 (good food). Leave your fins and rent them from the surf shop right next to Kitchen 5315 (they also rent masks, snorkels, body boards and surf boards). We enjoyed opening the back door and the windows and letting the breeze come through. Back patio is great for meals or lounging. Grills are well-maintained and the management keeps clean grilling tools in a box by the grill- you just leave your dirty spatula and tongues in the "dirty" box. Pool is warm and refreshing at the end of the day. Can't wait to get back here!!!!

Quaint and cozy condo with prime location at south end of Napili Bay. This put us within walking distance of Honokeana Cove for morning snorkelling sessions, then hit Napili or Kapalua for the rest of the day. Parking was always available in the lot right in front of our unit and the small condo complex was VERY QUIET. Awesome home base to explore the NW part of Maui as you can be out on the highway quickly but far from the noise of traffic. Whole family loved it.

Had everything anyone would need to stay for the kitchen and bathroom. I was a bit worried about cooking there but everything was taken care of. The patio area is beautiful even though you might not be able to use the pool it's not really a big negative and the beach being right there makes up for it. I hope the construction of the direct access finishes soon because it would make the location even better. This of course is no fault of the Airbnb though.

Great place to stay! It was nice and clean, and only a short walk to one of the best areas to snorkel. So convenient! For two people it is perfect, but it might be a bit small for parties larger than that. They have lots of towels and offers chairs to use at the beach. Really love our time here!

This unit was probably the most nicely renovated unit we’ve stayed in on Maui. We loved the modern beach style, and especially the tiled shower. Everything was in excellent condition. Having AC was a treat, though the unit does get decent airflow with the fans so we didn’t always use it. View from the patio is of tropical landscaping. Behind the landscaping is a parking lot so there can be some ambient noise during the day but nothing that was a huge deal. Excellent recycling and compost bins within the complex and a pool to use a few units down. No hot tub and no laundry facilities so keep that in mind. Beach a 1 minute walk away so in terms of location, it is ideal, without the waterfront price tag. This building is one of 4 in the complex and is the furthest back from the beach. The building seemed adult-oriented with a few longer term rentals or owners, and a couple of younger families. The owners of this unit have put a lot of time and care into making this a quality unit to stay in. Would recommend!

Maui was absolutely beautiful! The condo we stayed at at the Napili Beach Resort even though it was in the resort complex we were not allowed to get the gate code to enter the garden area to reach the beach and we had no access to the laundry facilities. Our unit was very clean and beautiful the grounds were so tropical with beautiful plants and flowers. Unfortunately we would not plan to go back to that unit because of the lack of the access to the beach. That policy is something that is between my perfect stay and the Napili beach resort. The location was great, just steps away from the beach. It was a tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The bed and sofa sleeper were both comfortable. They even provided beach chairs, towels, and body boards.

We loved our stay at Napili Surf unit 128. It was tastefully decorated and immaculately cleaned. The location was ideal. It’s a short walk to the beach. It has a nice outdoor patio in a beautiful tropical setting. They provided beach towels, chairs, and body boards. The unit is small, but two of us fit fine. I slept on the sofa sleeper and found it comfortable. My friend said the bed was comfortable too. We had a minor issue with the sink and they took care of it in a timely manner with no inconvenience to ourselves. They were also very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location - be aware of amenities Cute studio, has everything for making meals and cleaning up after the beach. Napili Bay is a treasure and being able to walk there is special. We didn't need air conditioning during our stay but glad the unit had it! As the listing says, this unit is not part of the main Napili Surf resort. That means you can not use the Napili Surf approach to the beach and must instead use the public right of way. Our first day the public entrance was partially blocked and led only to a rocky side of the beach that was hard to navigate -- or we needed to go to the middle of the beach. Fortunately it opened up the rest of the trip to add a sandy approach. The public entrance to Napili Bay is under construction so worth checking before your trip. Also the nearest laundry is over in Lahaina. If you stay be sure to budget time for driving over, doing laundry in a laundromat, and then driving back. Thank you for sharing the place with us!

We had an amazing stay at this place. The unit is modern, fully-equipped, and very clean. It is very close to Napili Bay, which is one of the best beaches in Maui. Great parking. Also, the unit comes with beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards, which is awesome for enjoying the beach. The host team is very responsive and great with accommodating their guests. Overall, a great choice for any couple visiting Maui.

The place was just as described and location was perfect! The check in and check out process was very smooth. The staff at the reception office was very helpful when we were in need of anything. The space was very clean and the size of the place was perfect for my husband and I. It was nice that it had a full kitchen where we can cook a small meal and stay at the place if we wanted to get away from the crowds.

loved the location, the beach is beautiful 2 block from apartment. The apartment is very charming and was clean. towels, beach towels, and beach chairs were provided

Don’t hesitate to book this property! Location is perfect and space is cozy and comfortable. My family and I thought that the shower was luxurious, the lanai was lovely, and in the evenings there is a smart TV to stream your content or they have Hulu, Netflix and Prime Video available. Pretty and well-kept grounds and a short stroll to Napili and all the honu you want to see. We loved it and will absolutely book it again!
