The open concept living room is equipped with Hawaiian theme furniture and tropical decorations, a flat screen TV, a dedicated workspace, and a split A/C unit.

Step inside the tranquil bedroom to find a luxurious King size bed and a split A/C unit. The spacious ensuite bathroom features a large walk in shower. Down the hall is the guest bathroom where you will find a shower/tub combo. Relax and enjoy view the view on the private covered lanai, the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and enjoy sunset dinners. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and has everything you need to make all your meals in house.

Nani Kai Hale is an amazing oceanfront resort located on the famous Sugar Beach, the perfect spot for walking, swimming, snorkeling and whale watching. It was the great stay in Maui, very clean, organized, well equipment. The building may feel a bit old, but it is well-maintained and clean. Easy to access to West and airport area location. There was a power outage in the all neighborhood area during the midnight but it wasn't the building issue I think.

This condo was a perfect location for our 2 week stay on Maui. We particularly enjoyed being right on the beach and took at least a 2 mile beach walk every single day. It is also located in a pretty central location to get to everything we wanted to do and see on the island. Communication with My Perfect Stays was great and they provided everything we needed.

This was a perfect spot to getaway and enjoy Maui. It had everything we needed as far as kitchen supplies and a sunset view from the lanai! The location was quiet but not too far from local restaurants and beaches.

The unit was very clean and ready for us. The linen is crisp and it couldn't be a better location, central Maui with feet in the water. The best parts are early morning swims and sunset BBQ. The ocean frontage is well appointed. Very nice stay!

Exactly as seen in thr description. Clean, spacious place (loved the premium linens!) with good views, beach access and great accessibility to a bunch of things to do in Maui. The address of the place is a little tricky to find at the beginning but not a big deal at all.

This place was clean and honestly the best part was that it is beachfront. The views are nice and the pool was great, however the address listed by Airbnb wasn’t completely accurate, so it was a little challenging to get to at night. The place was clean and had good kitchen appliances, but the pillows were very uncomfortable, there was a note saying that we’d be charged if there was any make up residue on the white washcloths, and I wish we’d known that laundry is accessible, but has to be paid for. Overall, what you’re paying for is the location, which was great. However, I would absolutely choose to stay elsewhere in Kihei next time I come to Maui, as I feel this place is overpriced for what you get.

For access to the beach, this place is amazing. The ocean is visible from the balcony, you can walk right out to it from the building, and its nice, not crowded, with calm waves. The actual condo is clean and as advertised in the listing. This rental feels like a beachside motel / hotel, but with more rules and warnings (stained hand towels will cost you $250, etc), but the location really can’t be beat.

We greatly enjoyed the entirety of our stay! The location was amazing and we loved watching the sunset every night from our apartment. Very easy place to stay if you plan to travel the entire island. We would recommend this place to friends and family in the future!

Very enjoyable stay!

Will definitely book this condo again if we return to Maui. Only complaint is we didn't stay long enough! :-) The Condo came with full kitchen compliments - pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. All we had left to do was stock the fridge. Our patio opened up to a nice view of the Pacific and sunrise. What an enjoyable stay!

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The views were absolutely beautiful. The balcony was great start to every day. The beach view and beach access can't be beat! Everyone at the condo was do helpful and friendly. This location was maybe the best part. You can get to all the good Maui stuff from this spot on the island; it's very strategic. I would definitely come back to this Airbnb if I were to visit the island again!

Clean space. Good condition AC. Host provided two beach chairs and umbrella for beach time which was magnificent. Overall good experience. However kind of out dated furniture and space but it was perfect to say the least.

Great Location on Maui - Easy Beach Access

We loved everything about this condo!! The location was central to exploring all of Maui. It was only about 15 minutes from the airport too. We enjoyed having direct access to Sugar Beach from the property and spent many mornings and evenings just watching the ocean and listening to the waves. The property has nice lounge chairs, a barbecue area, and a small refreshing pool. The condo also supplied beach chairs and an umbrella so you could sit directly on the beach. The condo was well supplied with everything we needed to cook a meal and the towels were good quality too. We enjoyed having two bathrooms as well - a his and hers! This part of Kihei is not over crowded, so walking on the beach was always very peaceful. The communication and information from My Perfect Stays was excellent, and if we come back to Maui, we would search properties that they manage if this property is not available. We would definitely stay at this condo again. It was a very memorable holiday for us on Maui!!
