Overall the condo was in a great location in Kihei and on the lower end the price range for the places that were available. Easy walking distance from many food/ drink options and beaches. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.Only things that I would recommend improving is that the only AC that is in the whole apartment was in the bedroom and was very loud, the light from the security office is right across from the bedroom window so a darker curtain would make the room darker to sleep, and small details such as a moldy shower curtain. Overall would still recommend and give 5 stars.

My family and I loved staying at this condo. The unit was well appointed and spotless with all the amenities we needed and more. This was truly a home away from home. The king bed was comfortable and pullout sofa for my daughter was comfortable. The AC worked great kept us all cool. We loved the conveniences and close proximity to the beaches, cafes, shops and short drive to Wailea and all other areas to sightsee around this gorgeous island. The location is perfect and centrally located and easy to get to and from places. The Property Mgmt Co. communication was excellent and great customer service. We were very pleased with our stay and will be rebooking this unit again for our next Maui vacay!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was great to be in building one at this complex which is close distance to walking across the street to the beach and all the conveniences to stores, cafes, bars, shops etc. The unit was very clean, comfortable with AC throughout along with comfortable king bed and queen pullout sofa bed. We love the close proximity to Wailea which is less than 2 miles away along with Kihei harbor, golf and high-end shops and restaurants and all the gorgeous beaches in south Maui. This central location is great getting to the airport, north shore, upcountry and central Maui. Property Mgmt Co. was awesome and looking forward to rebooking this unit again in the future

My spouse and I enjoyed staying in this unit. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean and spotless. AC in both rooms kept everything nice and cool and the unit was fully stocked with everything we needed to do laundry, cook meals, make drinks & coffee. The Property Management Co was very informative and check in process is easy. We loved the conveniences and close proximity to the beaches, cafes, shops within walking distance and short drive to Wailea. This Kihei property is very close to get to north shore & upcountry. Highly recommend this unit and would love to return in the future

We had the best time at this condo. Perfect location. Clean, cute and had the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in including the pullout sofa for our 2 kids. The condo had everything we needed from wine bottle opener, blender, all the appliances to cook, make coffee etc. The condo also had beach toys and awesome Tommy Bahama chairs. We really enjoy the Kihei location and conveniences from walking to local shops for food, and shopping. Awesome beaches right across the street. We love the local Kihei vibe and close proximity to Wailea and Makena along with Maalaea harbor pretty close by for any excursions we enjoy doing. Highly recommend this condo for your next Maui vacay!

My family and I enjoyed this beautiful condo. It was comfortable, relaxing and convenient to walk to cafes, shops, and to the beach right across the street. It was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, make drinks, coffee etc. We loved the beach chairs and sand toys, along with boogie boards for the kids to play with. The location is perfect if you want to take a short 3 mile drive to Wailea for golf, spa's more beaches restaurants and shops. Also convenient for going to north shore, anywhere central and upcountry along with road to Hana. The king bed was extremely comfortable and loved that there was AC throughout the entire unit. Onsite staff is friendly and complex is quiet and safe. Property Mgt co. is wonderful. Highly recommend this condo and would return again

My family and I loved this condo as it had everything we needed for the beach such as beach bucket, boogie boards, towels and chairs Kitchen fully stocked with everything to cook your own meals, blend ice cold drinks and smoothies King bed was super comfortable along with queen pull out sofabed and the AC throughout kept us cool and comfortable The pools had plenty of space for us to take a quick dip after being in the ocean all day as the beach is only a short walk across the street We loved the conveniences of walking to all our favorite café’s and shops We enjoy staying in Kihei and all the conveniences it has to offer such as 20 min to Maalaea harbor to do any boating / snorkeling excursions, 3 mile drive to Wailea for golf, shopping, restaurants, spas and beaches, 20 min to north shore, upcountry and airport The complex is very safe and clean and highly recommend and we will definitely be rebooking this unit in the future!

We stayed at Maui Vista for the first time. A great, we'll appointed unit in a wonderful location in the complex. LAll the beach toys, chairs etc for the beach in the unit. Short walk to Charley Young Beach and the pool. Lots of parking. Great restaurants and shops to walk to. We hope stay in this unit again!

1219 at the Maui Vista was a great find. Location was perfect, always a place to park, footsteps from the ocean. Very comfortable bed- so good my wife has ordered the same mattress for home 😆 having the kitchen was also great! It was a difficult decision between some of the resorts or the condo we do not regret the decision we made!

Couldn't ask for a better communication from the host/management company for such a nicely appointed condo. Our family of 4 enjoyed this great condo across the street from Charlie Young Beach. Super close and walkable to all the places to eat in Kihei. Wailea is about a 5 min drive away for shopping, golf, dining, and the major resorts. The condo had super cool dual AC units and the decor felt like we were still at the beach. We woke up very well rested from the comfortable king bed and pullout queen sofa- kids insisted mom & dad take turn sleeping in "their" bed. Everything we needed was there and we will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend this condo!!

Stayed a week here. Great condo, excellent location. 1 minute walk to a gorgeous beach. Nice pool on the property. Don’t hear any road noise inside the condo and the A/C blows ice cold. Grounds are well kept, staff is friendly. 10/10, you will have a wonderful vacation here.

I have been coming to Maui and staying at the Maui Vista for over 20 years. This trip was with my husband and sister in laws. We stayed 7 days and had a wonderful time. The condo was nicely updated with a similar layout as other condos I have stayed in. It had beach chairs, cooler, and umbrellas which was nice. There were adequate linens. The kitchen had only one skillet for cooking. I would have preferred at least two skillets. The floor was not very clean and the cushion on the bench seat needs to be washed. We had to remove the mattress cover on the pull out couch bed and wash it. I also recommend the mattress on the couch bed be cleaned, there were stains. My sister left her earrings on the dresser and the management company notified me and had them delivered to my Uncle’s house in Kihei, which was very convenient and considerate. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay in Kihei that is close to the beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The place was very cleanly and had all the basics. The hosts were great with communication when we had an issue with the pool key. The bedroom can be a bit noisy due to other guests but the A/C unit in the room helps drown out the sound. Overall a great place to stay. We recommend it.

Absolutely loved this condo! I can not say enough about how clean the condo was the guest book in the condo answered any and all questions you may have. Stayed here for 7 nights with my 5 yr old daughter and friend on a girls trip. I felt right at home. The bed and sofa sleeper were comfortable, kitchen worked out well for our needs. The beach is at most a 5 min walk. You spend more time waiting to cross the street than anything else. Loved that the condo had beach chairs too! Convenient 10 min walk to Kehei Cafe and shops. Would certainly return in the future.
