Maui Sands 2F is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo. Spacious, offering a bright, open floor plan which includes all new carpeting throughout. Customize your cool climate with a brand new split central AC system, with remote controls for each bedroom as well as the living room, plus ceiling fans, and the wonderful tropical breezes. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinets, and updated appliances. Enjoy meals inside with a dining table for 6, plus extra bar seating! Sip morning coffee on the lanai that opens to beautiful garden and pool views.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and smart TV. In the guest bedroom, you will find a Queen-sized bed and a smart TV. For additional guests, the living room offers a queen-size sleeper sofa. The bathroom has been remodeled and offers a large walk-in shower.

Maui Sands Resort is located just north of Kaanapali, perfectly situated between Kaanapali and Kapalua, and is just a short drive to Lahaina. This resort offers 2.7 acres of manicured lush tropical grounds, with guava, banana, mango and lime trees throughout. Resort offers a pool, BBQ area, on site laundry, and ocean observation deck. Please note there is no elevator to access Maui Sands 2F.

Amazing condo, great location! It was really a perfect stay!

We loved your place and so happy we found it! Thank you for being so great!! From the start Amy from My Perfect Stays reached out and answered all our questions. She was quick to get back to us too! The place was very clean and it had everything we needed! She even included a binder with every question we may have. She even gave a step by step tutorial with pictures on how to use the tv! We didn't watch much because we were out so much but it was so nice to have! We thought the location was great and we loved the balcony. It looks onto the pool if that is a plus for anyone that has a family that loves to swim in the pools! It is very lush and overgrown with greens so you felt like you were in the jungle! The location is literally a minute walk from the ocean, a park, ABC market and across the street a little area of restaurants. We loved that! The ocean front isn't one you would or could go an sit at as there is an ocean wall and the waves crash into there. But like I said only a minute away you just walk down further and there is a park with a sandy beach, grass, volleyball nets and a playground. They even have a place to clean your feet etc. If you look on (Hidden by Airbnb) maps ariel view you can see what I am talking about. As for the cleaniness it was great and I am really picky. You have to know that Hawaii gets a lot of crazy weather and with the humity and rain you are going to have wear and tear on all the (Website hidden by Airbnb) is just the Hawaii look. This place however was in great shape and I didn't feel it have a run down look as many places do. It is located in the Lahaina which is the older part of Maui build in the 60's so just remember that. But when you go inside it feels clean. The carpet isn't new of course and could use maybe an update but considering the location I think it is just fine and I am really picky! It is nicely decorated in the Hawaiian style and not tacky which some can look! We weren't thrilled with the couch pullout as an option as a bed for two people. First it didn't feel big enough and second the brown couch just looked old and too worn in for my teenage daughter to want to sleep in it. I wasn't about to have her sleep with her teenage brother's room so she slept with us in the very large King. So keep that in mind. But like I said we are picky with cleanliness and it just didn't seem clean. We wish it included a cot or blow up since the couch looked very dated and would of been a very welcomed addition since the place was supposed to sleep 6. It was Hawaiin theme but the very worn brown color just wasn't doing it for us. We threw some sheets on it and the matching chair for the week just to sit on it. The other bedrooms had very nice clean white linen and included in the closet large beach towels which was great! We also found in front closet, lots of new beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, and other items you definitely need for your trips to the beach! We rented all these items for the week before we arrived to the place and wished we would of looked first!! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need like as if you were at home. We didn't cook much at all except some cold cereal and made some lunches but it was nice having a clean kitchen. I loved how Amy took the time to label things too all around the place! Like all the light switches for which light went to what, and in the closets for linens and towels. Each room included a tv! We didn't watch much as we were dog tired and usually fell asleep quick each night! We LOVED the balcony as it got great sun in the late afternoon when we were coming home, so the place is nice and bright. There is a really big dining room table which was nice. Your location is FABULOUS especially if you are looking to explore Maui and hit all the best spots. We were very happy with that part. We were really happy with our stay and would highly recommend staying here and if you have any questions Amy from My Perfect Stays is just fabuous!!

The perfect "live like a local" experience

If you want to skip the resort crowds and experience the peaceful side of Maui, this is the place. The home is located in a quiet pocket that makes you feel like a resident rather than a tourist. It is incredibly walkable. We loved being steps away from the beach, the fish market, and great local coffee. The kitchen is the best-equipped I've ever seen in a rental, making it so easy to settle in. Highly recommended!

Paradise Found on the West Side Maui: A 2 Week Dream Stay!

☀️My family and I just completed another two week stay in this fantastic 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo on the West side of Maui, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. This spot delivered the quintessential Hawaiian getaway! 🌊 Location and Views (5/5 Stars) The location is simply unbeatable. Waking up every morning to the sound of the ocean and that spectacular view was the highlight of our trip. We spent hours enjoying our coffee on the lanai, looking for and watching whales (it's the season!) and the sunset over the water—pure magic. Direct ocean access made snorkeling and morning beach walks incredibly easy. Local Tip: Don't miss the amazing Fish Market right across the street! The Blue Marlin Poke they serve there is truly amazing and was a daily staple for us. 🏠 The Condo and Amenities (5/5 Stars) The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly sized for our needs. The 2-bed/1-bath layout was comfortable and provided enough privacy for everyone. The property amenities are excellent: Pool Area: The pool was a refreshing break from the sand, beautifully kept, and a great spot for an afternoon float. BBQ Area: We utilized the BBQ facilities several nights. They were clean, well-lit, and made grilling fresh fish effortless. It was a lovely, social atmosphere! Laundry: Having the laundry facilities on-site was a huge time-saver, allowing us to pack lighter and come home with clean clothes. 🍍 Overall Experience This property strikes the perfect balance between being close enough to enjoy Lahaina and Ka'anapali, yet far enough away for peace and quiet. The combination of beautiful views, direct ocean access, convenient amenities, and easy access to amazing food made our stay stress-free and truly relaxing. We highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a comfortable, self-sufficient, and view-filled home base on Maui. We are already looking forward to booking our return trip!

We had a very comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything we could want. The beach chairs and cooler in the closet got used several times. The AC kept the condo comfortable, and the ability to open windows in the mornings to let the cool breeze in was delightful. We ate every breakfast and dinner on the lanai, and loved the greenery shielding us and making it feel like our own private space.

Our recent weekend getaway to Maui was nothing short of spectacular, largely thanks to the incredible condo we had the pleasure of staying in. If you're dreaming of amazing beaches, the convenience of nearby shops, and a truly comfortable home away from home, this is the place for you. This condo truly shines in terms of location. Situated mere steps from the ocean, the excellent ocean access allowed for effortless mornings spent swimming in the crystal-clear waters and evenings enjoying breathtaking sunsets. What truly elevated the experience was the walking distance to a plethora of shopping options. From local boutiques to souvenir shops and grocery stores, everything we needed was just a short stroll away. This eliminated the need for a car for most of our stay, allowing for a more relaxed and immersive experience. The condo itself was a sanctuary of cleanliness and comfort (which includes central air (so much better than the window units). The unit was clearly well-maintained, boasting a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in ensuring a spotless environment was evident, which immediately put me at ease. The comfortable furnishings and thoughtful amenities made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring the island. If you're dreaming of a Maui getaway, and I mean really dreaming, look no further than the stunning oceanfront condo I recently had the pleasure of staying in. Forget crowded resorts and noisy hotels – this condo offered the perfect blend of tranquility, and breathtaking views at the sea wall, making it an absolute dream come true. We spent many mornings enjoying coffee while watching the humpback whales put on a show. From the moment we stepped inside, we was greeted by a beautifully decorated space. The condo was impeccably clean and well-maintained, clearly reflecting the owners' pride and attention to detail. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals with ease, saving us money on dining out (though with so many amazing restaurants nearby, we did indulge a few times!). We spend the week prior to our stay on the Big Island in a condo. The differences in the two are drastically different. The Maui condo offered a fully stocked kitchen. From serving pieces to appliances, to cook/bakeware. Maui was extremely clean, while on the big island we had dirty feet from walking indoors. The onsite laundry is so convenient. We loved being able to do multiple loads at the same time. This reduced the time that we had to spend doing it, and gave us more time to enjoy our visit. We can confidently say we will return to this unit. This past visit will not be our last. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Awesome Place to Stay in Maui

We loved our stay at Maui Sands 2F. Great Ka'anapali location, walk right off the back of the property to the beach or ocean, walking distance to ABC and grocery stores and many good food spots including the food truck circle, and the famous cinnamon roll shop! Apartment is clean, well kept. Kitchen has nice amentities (bowls plates cookware even zip lock bags foil, ect) leaving you feeling like you're home! Also has washer and dryer on property and a great pool and deck. Beds were comfy, we tried them all, and a clean shower (which is a must for me when traveling!). They have cool rock painting, nice decor, and plenty of room to sit or have friends and family over! You'll love this property. Look no further and book while it's still available!

Paradise Found Again: A Perfect Holiday Getaway

Our stay at Maui Sands, Unit 2F, was again absolutely idyllic. The condo is a stunning blend of modern comfort and tropical charm. The spacious, well-appointed rooms, coupled with a a private lanai, created the perfect setting for relaxation. We also love the sunsets and sunrise from the ocean wall, with an amazing view of the surrounding islands of Molokai and Lanai. The amenities were top-notch, for both the location and the unit. The pool was crystal clear and and the beach was just steps away. We spent our days basking in the sun, scuba diving and snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters, and exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. The unit has everything you need and more, including beach chairs a cooler and a rice pot in the kitchen. The condo's location was ideal, offering easy access to all that Maui has to offer—including The Fish Market right across the street. We were able to explore the island, explore the ocean and indulge in the island's delicious cuisine. We even took in our first Luau for Thanksgiving Dinner. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

Another Perfect Stay at a Beautiful Maui Condo

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible condo at Maui Sands, Maui, and we honestly can’t say enough about how perfect it was. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm aloha spirit and the condo exceeded all of our expectations. Location: The location of the condo is absolutely unbeatable. Nestled right along the coastline, it offers ocean access from the property and dual reefs to explore. We were just a distance from some of the island’s most beautiful beaches, perfect for snorkeling, swimming, or just lounging in the sun. The condo is also conveniently located near local shops, restaurants, and a few fun attractions like the Whalers Village. Everything you need is within reach, yet the area is peaceful and private enough to offer a sense of tranquility. The Condo: This condo is a true gem! It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities you could possibly want. The open floor plan made it feel spacious and airy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking—high-end appliances, plenty of cookware, and even rice pot (which is a staple in our home). We loved enjoying breakfast on the lanai while. The condo even has air condition not only in the main area, but in both bedrooms as well—and it works! Amenities: The condo complex itself had fantastic amenities, including a beautiful pool, ice machine, and BBQ area. We spent a lot of time by the pool, where the tropical gardens and peaceful atmosphere made it feel like we were in our own private paradise. Customer Service: The host was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. From the booking process to check-in, everything was smooth and stress-free. They provided detailed instructions for the condo and some fantastic recommendations for things to do around the island. When we had a small question during our stay, they responded quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. Final Thoughts: Our stay at this condo was everything we hoped for and more. It was the perfect home base for exploring Maui, and after a day of adventure, it was wonderful to come back to such a beautiful, relaxing space. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this condo has it all. I can't wait to return and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable Maui experience!

Another Amazing Stay at Maui Sands Unit 2F

We went back to Maui for my husband's birthday weekend (we live in CA, so we can make weekend trips). We have stayed in this unit 2F before and will definitely stay again (already have two more trips booked for more than a week in each stay). The unit is clean and VERY well stocked. Lots of upgrades throughout the unit. Since our last stay the owners have added central air (removed the window units). They work very well and are VERY quiet-a great upgrade to the stay as most units have window air conditioning units. We love all of the things that are so close to the property—especially the Fish Market across the street, we love Poke!. We also love all of the amenities that the property offers, it's just like home. We cannot wait for our next trip.

Beautiful Little Condo located in Honokawai

This place is a hidden gem! Very close to the water and walking distance to many stores, restaurants and beaches. The unit is clean, roomy and well stocked. The booking process with My Perfect Stays & the check-in processes etc. were very smooth and fool proof. They even left a little basket with snacks, water and a little beach sign for us to take home. The neighbors are all very friendly and the place has a great vibe! Will definitely be booking again. (We were sad to have to go home.)

Quiet and Attractive

The condo is part of a complex called Maui Sands, which is quiet and attractive: only two stories in each building, and set in grounds that go to the ocean’s edge. There’s some shops and cafes within walking distance. And if you like snorkeling, you can drive quickly to great beaches. The condo itself is well set up for vacationing families, with beach chairs, sand toys, and some snorkel gear in the closet to be borrowed. The beds are very comfortable (I like fairly firm beds). The shower is good, and there are plenty of towels. The AC is pretty loud, but that’s the same everywhere I’ve stayed in Maui: this was slightly less annoying than most, and if we pre-cooled the bedrooms, we were totally comfortable with just the ceiling fans at night. The balcony is a nice place to sit, overlooking the condo pool (which didn’t get too busy at all: often we were the only people in there). This is the best (of 5) Airbnbs I’ve had in Maui, and we would definitely come back another time!

Very comfortable like a home!

A very clean place to stay, It has everything whatever we re looking for. Beach chairs, beach towels, extra towels for shower, extra pillows/blankets. Soaps to wash clothes, dishes and dish washer: extra paper rolls. Seasoning flavors to cook, lot of space in dinning room and living room. Everything's close by Beach, abc stores; shopping. Especially it was nice to go farmer market on Sundays by Moku Roots restaurant. You ll see a pool front of your patio. Nice coin machine area to wash clothes. Etc... you ll love it there

The Condo Was Very Clean And Welcoming

We would definitely go back to this location. The condo was very clean and welcoming. Kitchen was fully equipped and the bedrooms were beautifully decorated. There is a great family beach down the block and the host had beach chairs and snorkel gear available which made it super easy for us. Thank you for making our first trip to Hawaii a memorable one!!!

Great place and amazing times. Just a heads up for the tourist. Ensure to ask if there are renovations in the area before booking the dates of your vacation. We booked ours not knowing that they are Renovating the parkade where we parked. It's minor inconvenience but we made it work. The staff from Perfect Stays staff are very informative and helpful with parking information.

Amazing Condo & Views

We will definitely stay again. We love the unit—very up to date, in all aspects with upgrades. We love the decor, furnishing (lots of extras in the kitchen), as well as extra items to use (like beach chairs, coolers, etc.). We are water people! Having beach access off the property is amazing. We ate several times outside by the sea wall. Loved being able to snorkel in the reefs and whale watch from the sea wall. We even spotted some turtles. The views are amazing of the mountains and ocean. While snorkeling we saw many varieties of fish. It is also very conveniently located to shopping within walking distance.

We had the best stay! The communication before your arrive is so good. Easy instructions, the space was clean and offered everything in the description. We needed toilet paper and they were there in minutes. So helpful. The complex was quiet and so right outside our door to the beach. One Of The Best

I’ve already visited the 4 main islands in Hawaii and this place was one of the best ones I’ve been so far! The living room, bedroom and kitchen were amazing! I think the apt could have another bathroom, but my family and I made it work with one bathroom only. Anyway, this is just a small thing compared to the good things. I’ll definitely come back as soon as I can ☺️

Had a great stay in Maui at the Maui Sands 2F. The place had everything we needed and more. A beautifully furnished very clean place, reserved parking spot, a well stocked kitchen, internet, cable TV, well maintained grounds including pool and the unit even had beach chairs and coolers for us to use. The location is great, easy access to the beach and all the local food/restaurants in Kaanapali. Management company is also great and the one time we had to contact them after hours a live person picked up and helped us out. Overall a great experience.

We enjoyed the layout of the unit, the closeness to the pool and provided beach accessories like chairs and toys. We found that the AC units in the bedrooms were loud but we discovered that opening the windows in the living room and bedroom and running the fans were sufficient to keep us cool during the night so we didn’t end up using them very much. Otherwise it was a great stay. Thanks!

Location is Awesome

Pros: Fully stocked kitchen and linens, comfortable beds, pretty view of pool off lanai, beach towels, beach chairs and coolers all great to have. Location is awesome to walk to multiple food trucks, fish market, ABC market, grocery store. farmers market and Boss Frogs to rent beach stuff. Multiple amazing beaches 5-15 minute drive. (Please snorkel the right side of Honolua Bay. The short jungle hike is delightful and the fish were breathtaking!!!). Grounds and pool area super clean and pretty. Beach has a break wall but you can still swim from there. GORGEOUS sunsets. Quiet, relaxed location and AC units worked well. Cons: Sleeper couch mattress is very uncomfortable, need to walk or drive to sandy beaches, cooler is kind of broken, some tiny ants in the bathroom. Overall a phenomenal vacation!

Wonderful stay that was close to the water. It was very convenient to have beach chairs, beach towels and cooking equipment in the condo. The location was also great and waking distance to a beach/stores/ coffee shops. We couldn’t find the elevator though so just be mindful if that is an issue, as there’s lots of stairs to get to the unit. All in all, we definitely recommend staying here and enjoyed our time.

The Maui Sands is a great place, the apartment was super clean and close to everything we needed. The guest book did not mention it but the complex offers recycling, the dumpsters are located on the south side parking lot, and if you head towards the ocean past the dumpsters thr recycling bins are located just behind a low fence.

Maui Sands was a great place to stay! We were so close to numerous beaches and bays and a strip of restaurants and gift shops. The location was great. Only 45 min to the airport. The only far trips were Road to Hana and Haleakala but it was doable and those are always a treck. It was very clean when we got there. We only saw one bug which is great for a tropical place! They left coupons for us to use and a binder of instructions and suggestions which was helpful. They helped us fix the sofa pull-out right when we had trouble. The only problem we had was the sliding bathroom door, the track seemed jammed. They came to check on it with the sofa pull-out but only the sofa was fixed when we came back and we didn’t hear anything about the bathroom door. So we didn’t have much privacy with that the whole trip. The AC cools down the whole living room well. For bedrooms if you prop up the fans to a good level, it will feel ok to sleep. The pool was nice and clean and there’s a great view of the ocean in the yard. They also had a very equipped kitchen if you want to cook. I would totally stay here again! The washer and dryers I had some trouble with the app but I got refunded when I reported the issue. Some suggestions to eat at: fish market right across the street, farmers market (acai bowls), down the hatch, and for fancier monkeypod and Kimos.

Great Location!

The stay at My Perfect Stays was fantastic. 5/5 would recommend to anyone wanting to stay on this part of the island. The property was beatiful and had access to a rocky "beach" type area with some chairs by a seawall great for reading and quick dips and wonderful views. The was a running trail nearby which was nice; gas grills and big ice maker on property and laundry (paid) available. Easy access to local beaches (about a 10-15 min drive) and a beautiful area. We also stayed in Kihei and preferred this part of the island a lot more. The living space was so great. Tons of room in the living room for 5 of us to comfortably relax and do whatever we wanted and the openness of it made it great for hanging and prepping food/drinks together. For food nearby we *loved* the Fish Market across the street - a must - and Leoda's down south of Lahaina. Great snorkeling nearby and easy beaches to get to. Would stay again at this condo and in this area...a great deal and space. Only thing to be mindful of is the bathroom - there's only one, there's no fan so it got pretty steamy in there, and there's no proper door (it's a sliding one with slanted slits in half of it) so there's very little privacy in there. A small thing for how great the space, the property, location and price are and didn't lessen the stay for us in any way.

A small slice of paradise!

This property was amazing! It is really unassuming from the front, but when you walk in and see the unit you will be surprised at how nice it is. The balcony is great and the courtyard and pool are are so nice. They even have communal gas grills that we used one day to make and eat burgers by the pool. We definitely plan to come back here.

Maui sands

This gem of an apartment was perfect for our group. It was steps away from the water, and close proximity to whalers village, and a short drive to Lahaina . Our only issues was with the WiFi for the TVs. But we only tried to watch whilst getting ready. We didn’t bother trying to contact just because it wasn’t a big deal. Also the AC in one of the rooms didn’t work, and they were unable to replace. There were fans though. The ceiling fan worked incredibly well, the first two nights were just very hot. But other than that, it’s a well stocked apartment, the beds are comfy. It was a great trip for us

We were skeptical of the place just because the outside was outdated, but we were pleasantly surprised on how nice the inside was! The pictures were exactly what the room is like! They had a welcome gift on the counter with coupons that we tried to use but didn’t quite get to all of it. We had 2 couples and an infant and it was a comfortable living space for all of us. The stay is a drive from Lahaina harbor so we got to go and explore a ton. Very clean and organized space! Lots of dishes and stuff to cook with. Full fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and stove. We were able to do laundry on site (just have to walk out but the pool and to the left). The pool was cold but it felt good from a hot day. Would definitely recommend this spot for future travelers who have a family! ( they have a ton of sunscreen so if you go there, don’t buy any!!!) loved this place ❤️

Lovely Stay

Such a nice condo. Everything was set up great. Condo’s decor was nice and fresh. Loved being able to have breakfast on the balcony every morning. The location was in a short walking distance to an ABC store making it very convenient to get snacks. Only reason I am giving it four stars is that it was a bit noisy (street traffic and neighbors).

Decent place and centrally located to about everything we wanted to do. You’re unable to drop your bags off before the semi-late check in of 4pm, even though the cleaning crew showed up at the condo and hour before our check out time. So rent a car, or find something to do with your bags if you have an early flight. If traveling with multiple people, time your showers, there’s only one bathroom with a sliding slatted door, so that proved to be tough for us in terms of reservation times. We also were only given 2 rolls of TP for 4 adults for 5 days, and didnt realize until one of us had to run to the ABC Store and pick up more! It’s a block away, so very convenient. This condo was enjoyable, overall. We did feel nervous, as there was a sign in the bathroom saying they would charge up to $250 for damaged linens due to staining, and we did find a couple of towels with stains on them, so we were paranoid that we would be at fault for such stains.

This condo is lovely and well appointed with modest but effective grounds. Comparatively to the resort-driven community this place is priced well and has all the basics covered for a self-driven vacation. There was some improvements being made to the landscaping while we were there that limited the amount of outdoor space available, but theses things happen and the pool and "lanai" were lovely if a bit petit. A couple of things to note is that this complex is actually in Ka'anapali (not Lahaina)which is largely resorts and strip malls so guests will be travelling to the beach and other island activities. There is a small public beach nearby(1 block away by road/sidewalk) and groceries etc are close as well. These are just facts not criticisms. The condo itself is truly comfortable. The bedrooms are small to be sure but we did not care and the one little bathroom was fine for the three of us but bear in mind the louvered door is not as private as some may like. One thing incoming guests should know is that there are a lot of cleaning rules posted about concerning sand and towels, etc..basically keep your fun outside and off the linens. Overall this place is fantastic as your own little Maui apartment to use as a launching pad for other adventures.

We enjoyed a relaxing week in this comfortable condo, with a nice view overlooking the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need to make an elaborate meal. Bonus that the nearby laundry facilities accepted an app payment system, so no need for finding quarters.

Beautiful Condo!

My sister and I were attending to a competition on the west side of Maui while we live in the east side. So we knew our way around Lahaina, however, this area was a little unfamiliar to us. Not going to lie, the outside of the condo was a little rough, BUT when you get inside, it was absolutely beautiful. It definitely was a hidden gem. And it felt like home. It was comfortable and convenient for us. We are so glad we didn’t waste money on a hotel room when what we really wanted was in this airbnb. Made our trip so much better!

Great location. Near the city of Lahaina, which is full of shops and restaurants. Recommend renting a car if you want to go to Lahaina or other places on island. There is a beach walking distance from the place, it is quaint and beautiful. Definitely a more local feel in this area, which I appreciated. The place was very well decorated, equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals. Also had beach chairs, towels, coolers, and boogie boards. The air conditioning systems in the rooms we didn’t use (we felt it made the air more humid), although the air conditioning in the living room was great. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay here. We had 5 people, and fit comfortably. (Even with just one bathroom). Would definitely stay again! Thank you so much

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Quieter area of West Maui, away from high rise resorts. Convenient ABC store a five minute walk away, with a deli and groceries. We were delighted to see sea turtles feeding at the beach. Only negative was the air conditioning - set on a one hour timer

Charming and Clean

Charming and clean condo that was perfect for my family of 5. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary utensils to cook your meals with if you so choose. Location is also great, you are within walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, convenience store, and supermarket (you'd probably want to drive to the supermarket though, but it is less than 5 minutes away). Staff was very attentive and are a quick phone call away should you need anything. There were also beach chairs, body boards, and coolers provided that were perfect for day trips to the numerous beaches or tourist sites. Ceiling fans and smart TVs in each room to keep you cool and entertained. There's also a ukulele available for you musicians out there. If you need to do laundry, you can pay to use the laundry facility on site by the pool. Keypad used to enter the condo, so no need to worry about bringing along a key, just don't forget the pass-code!

The place is located in a great location of Lahaina-close to the beaches and good food. The only downside was there is only one air conditioning wall unit in the living room. We did request additional fans which Zac brought out the same day. Normally the trade winds are blowing which keeps it cooler but the beginning of August there was no wind, it was hot and muggy.

Pulling up to the location throws you off a bit but once you go into the room all that goes away! The unit is very spacious and includes many stuff to use. It was really clean and did not get to hot. We hardly used the AC. The only downside is that you have to walk to a near by beach but that’s not a problem because it’s not too far. Overall this location turned out better than I expected and will definitely recommend this place to anyone with a big family! Thanks again!

Wonderful Condo

This is a wonderful condo in a great location! We really loved staying in this area. There's a local farmers market, organic grocery store and a beach just a three minute walk away. There are several shops and small restaurants five minutes away. This condo has all the bathroom and kitchen essentials. We cooked two meals a day in the condo and had all the things we needed. We did add a few items to the pantry (olive oil and red wine vinegar) which we used to make a basic dressing for salads. We loved that the closet was stocked with beach chairs, mats, coolers and boogie boards. We used these items and appreciated having them there. There were lots of towels in the bathroom as well as a large beach towel for each guest. The closets had plenty of hangers as well as built in shelves to store your clothing. The lanai was a great place to enjoy breakfast and listen to the tropical birds in the lush garden. We were disappointed that the carpet was dirty with food crumbs and the kitchen floor was sticky. We would of liked the air conditioner to be throughout the entire condo as the bedrooms were too hot to sleep in. With the sun beating on the bedrooms all day, the ceiling fan is just not adequate enough to cool in the hotter months. This is a wonderful condo in a great location. Previous to our arrival we were given all the info to get into the condo and the address. Any and all questions I had were answered very quickly, which I appreciated. Thanks for a great stay in your condo. We really appreciated all you did to make us feel welcome and your hospitality was appreciated by everyone in our family. Mahalo

Great Condo in a Great Location!

The apartment is conveniently located with great thoughtful touches to ensure you have a great stay like coolers and beach chairs. We were able to snorkel at the nearby beach and saw a sea lion and turtles! The only downside would be that the air conditioning does not seem to reach the bedrooms and the ceiling fan is not always enough to keep you cool at night. Otherwise everything else was great!

Overall, a great place to stay. I loved how close we were to the public beach where we were able to snorkel and see lots of sea turtles. The only downside was only being able to use the air conditioner for an hour at a time.

The Airbnb is a great place to stay with a great location close to many of the shops and good places to eat. My family had a great experience and enjoyed our trip very much. The living room was very spacious and being able to go to the pool was a bonus.

Best vacation ever at Maui Sands #2F

I recently stayed at Maui Sands #2F and it was the best vacation ever. The 2 bedroom condo is beautifully decorated and has all new kitchen appliances. My granddaughter said the double bed pull out couch was more comfortable than her bed at home. It is just a short walk to the beach, ABC Store, Bad Ass Coffee, and others. Eating breakfast on the lanai overlooking the pool and gardens was amazing. I definitely would love to stay there again.
