Sip morning coffee on the lanai that opens to beautiful garden and pool views. The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and smart TV. In the guest bedroom, you will find a Queen size bed and a smart TV also. For additional guests, the living room offers a Queen size sleeper sofa. The bathroom has been remodeled and offers a large walk in shower.
This home comes equipped with plenty of entertainment; three televisions and free WiFi. My Perfect Stays provides a complimentary starter set of natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion. Beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler are also provided.
Maui Sands Resort is located just north of Kaanapali, perfectly situated between Kaanapali and Kapalua, and is just a short drive to Lahaina. This resort offers 2.7 acres of manicured lush tropical grounds, with guava, banana, mango and lime trees throughout. Resort offers a pool, BBQ area, on site laundry, and ocean observation deck. Please note there is no elevator to access Maui Sands 2F.
This condo is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Complimentary concierge is available to our guests.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
