Maui Kamaole J212 has split A/C units in the living area and each of the bedrooms. This two story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath spacious condo is situated on the 2nd floor and this property does not offer an elevator. J212 can accommodate up to 6 guests when using the queen sized couch pullout. All 3 beds are new, memory foam mattresses for ideal comfort. The largest floorplan at Maui Kamaole, experience spacious luxury both inside and out at Maui Kamaole J212.
The large private lanai has magical views of the ocean and pristine resort grounds. Large slider doors open to the oversized lanai, creating the ultimate Hawaii living experience. A fabulous spot to entertain with an abundance of space to both dine and lounge Maui style! While on the lanai, sip a cup of Maui grown coffee while you take in the sights, smells and sounds of paradise. In the evenings, you’ll have amazing views of sunsets over the Pacific. Relax and unwind in the beautifully remodeled, open concept living area featuring custom vaulted ceilings, beautiful flooring throughout, flat screen TVs and dining for 6. You’ll love the refined Hawaiian inspired decor and furnishings in this deluxe property. Down the hall you’ll find the serene Master bedroom featuring cool green tones, a California King size bed and a private lanai. Take a quick trip upstairs and you’ll find the bright and spacious guest bedroom, complete with a California King size bed, its own lanai and a convenient workspace. Our view from the lanai was one of the highlights each day. Binoculars in hand, the whale watching was perfect. The pool and spa were first class, and the landscape was beautiful. I would highly recommend this spot in paradise. Mahalo!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as pictured. My Perfect Stays were incredibly responsive and immediately took care of a couple of small issues we had. They also had a little gift basket with champagne for my daughter for her birthday we were celebrating that week! If we are ever able to return to Maui again we would definitely stay here!

We enjoyed our stay at J212. The renovations/updates were done tastefully, it did not appear they tried to cut any corners. The beach equipment was appreciated, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and coolers. The kitchen was fully stocked, including containers to store food, pans, and utensils. When we wanted a break from the many nice beaches in the area, we enjoyed the pools. We would love to return and would recommend family and friends to stay.

We had a lovely time. The unit was as described and met our needs, perfect for 2 couples and an infant. Location was excellent with beaches, restaurants, grocery close by. A few minor issues in the unit, but clean and well-appointed. A late checkout was accommodated, however not without additional charge.
Overall, enjoyed by all of us!

This condo was AMAZING...Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean! The views of the Pacific ocean are dreamy. You can see the ocean from the kitchen, dining room, living room, and even if your laying on the right side of the bed in the master bedroom (the layout maximizes the views). Easy to travel with only carry-on luggage because of the washer and dryer. The beach chairs/umbrella/cooler/towels made our beach hopping easy. It's only a short drive to the gorgeous walking trail by the famous Wailea Resorts, perfect to get a 3 mile morning walk in. Thank you for sharing your home with us and your beautiful island of Maui.

The pool area had beautiful surroundings. It would have been nice if there were a few umbrellas for shade around the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Great unit in a great location. The photos on the rental site were very representative of the actual unit. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, cook ware, tableware etc. The unit provided everything you would want for the beach, such as chairs, coolers, boogie boards and kids toys. We got considerable use of the main lanai which had a great view. Pools, spas, BBQs and other outside amenities were excellent and in close proximity to our unit. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 toddlers with ample room for all of us. My Perfect Stay was excellent through booking, check in and departure with excellent communications. They even helped us mid stay with getting access to a parcel delivery. We would definitely book through My perfect Stay again. One recommendation for the complex would be to convert one of the rarely used tennis courts to pickle ball.

The service provided and communication is everything you hope for when traveling! The extra beach towels, chairs, coolers, and toys were useful to save money. Very nice lil holiday condo, beautiful views, well equipped with beach gear and cooking tools in the kitchen, fresh and clean, close to some great beaches and a great base for exploring Maui. Excellent communication from the team managing the property, and they were very helpful when we needed to get something shipped to the island. Highly recommend this place!

Great and beautiful place to stay. The balcony had a great view where we had breakfast. 1 car parking spot for free which was noce. Very spacious with air conditioning. Honestly regretted leaving it easy to check into The Waldorf Astoria Grand Waleia which was lower standard and disappointing! Would def rebook again :)

Staff was amazing and helpful. We enjoyed beach view from patio. Upper Swimming pool in this place was perfect for our kids. Amenities in kitchen was really helpful like instapot, coffee maker, hot water and all utensils. Beach gear like umbrella and chairs was very helpful. They also had kids beach toys and floats. Cooler was helpful for the summer. Room was spacious and 2 king beds was relaxing with fans and ac. Really recommend to book, this is our goto fav spot now.

This condo is gorgeous, beautifully renovated. A fantastic location. Walking distance to Kam beaches, Kihei boat ramp across the street (if you do snorkel excursion on some of the smaller boat companies. So many places to eat, shopping nearby. Basically, on border of South Kihei and Wailea. So many beaches close by. Beautiful, well maintained grounds. The roosters woke us up every morning, and we loved it!. Parking space very close to condo. Quiet. Our dryer seemed to not be working properly. Sometimes it would go on if you pressed the button, sometimes it wouldn't. I called management as soon as I noticed. They were easy to work with, and sent someone out right away to look at it. They called backs and day to say it was a problem with the motor, and part had to be ordered. Maddie helped us, and they did a wash and dry service for us. I was happy with their service. The condo was very clean when we arrived, A/C worked well, and all the little things were there. (Ie. Necessary cookware, enough towels, etc.). There were plenty of portable, reusable ice packs for the coolers in the freezer, along with 2 coolers (small, large), 3 boogie boards, a snorkel set, 4 beach chairs, sand toys, an umbrella and other miscellaneous stuff. There was plenty of seating for our family of 5. 2 couches in LR and patio had a nice rocking bench, in addition to table and chairs for four on patio. This condo location exceeded our expectations, and I would definitely book again. I'm already thinking about when we'll be back, as 10 days in Maui just wasn't long enough. Also, the welcome gifts were an extra special touch. Love it. They literally thought of everything for the condo, BTW. There were even several flashlights in a bowl in the LR. Perfect for Lava tubes and beach walks.

Really great condo. It had everything we needed especially in the kitchen. The view was wonderful and the place was quiet. The condo was within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and markets. It is too bad that staying in Maui has become so expensive or we'd be back a lot more.

Unit had beach chairs, one kid floaty, two noodles, boogie boards, some beach toys. There wasn't an umbrella but there was a cooler and ice packs. Parking was very close to the unit. Property itself is beautiful - well kept and clean. Grills are also close by and they were spotless. Condo is centrally located - close to beautiful beaches, Wailea shops, and activities. Great communication from property management company. Renezel and Debbie provided exceptional customer service. We didn't book anything through the concierge service but they were super helpful with answering questions about various activities in the area. Again, the unit was immaculate. We did not see any ants or insects. We did clean up a couple of dead bugs but that's it. Keeping the unit extremely clean certainly helps keep bugs/critters away. All the doors and windows have proper seals, which also helps keeps bugs/insects out. This was truly the PERFECT home away from home. We had an amazing time! Best condo we have ever stayed at on Maui! It’s beautiful, so clean, and extremely well stocked. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, the beach gear was perfect and the location/ view can’t be beat. We had an incredible time and can’t wait to come back to visit!

Perfect stay during our Maui trip! Location is great - short walk to the beach, lots of nearby restaurants and shops , and easy drives all over the island. The view was amazing and we found ourselves eating most of our meals on the balcony. The unit is newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. Clean, quiet and relaxing. It made for the perfect home base for our family.

Aloha! For a frequent Maui visitor it was the best stay I ever rented here, totally recommend! Newly remodeled, beautiful and thoughtfully designed! Quiet and peaceful, with an ocean and mountain view! Brand new air conditioning, TVs, washer & dryer. Board games, water resistant bed covers and portable baby crib on site. Kitchen is just perfect! Luggage scale is not present. Showers are very well equipped for rinsing the beach sand. Internet is at 300/10 Mbps, allowing streaming or remote work w/o an issue. Has beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, bodysurf boards and sand toys. Front door is on the 2nd floor, the area around is not super kid-stroller friendly, I was parking mine right before the stairs and had to use the street for a walk because the sidewalk has multiple stairs. Insects are very limited but present, small ants seaking for a food but no roaches! Wasn’t possible to unroll lanai screen on rainy days, making carpet and furniture there wet for a couple days. Absolute Perfect Place

This is the absolute perfect place to stay for a trip to Maui. It’s a 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches, it has a great view of the ocean from the balcony, it’s in a location that makes day trips around Maui very easy, great restaurants within minutes nearby, tons of beach supplies including umbrellas, sand toys, beach chairs, etc. Recently renovated so it’s beautiful and modern. It was just perfect for our whole family. The kitchen and whole house was well stocked with everything we needed and extremely clean. Couldn’t recommend this place more, and it was even more affordable for the whole family than a nearby hotel in Maui too!
