Maui Ka’anapali Villa unit 108 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the ground floor in the Aloha Tower and offers central A/C, lush garden views, and convenient ground-floor access. This unit can accommodate up to 6 guests.The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and its own flat-screen TV. The en suite bathroom comes equipped with a unique walk-in shower with textured glass walls and a single-sink vanity. The guest bedroom is furnished with a flat-screen TV and a queen-size bed. The other bathroom, located next to the guest bedroom, is adorned with gold finishings and a textured glass divider wall in the tub/shower combo. The kitchen comes fully equipped so that you can prepare some of your favorite meals and dine in.
As you step into the open-concept living room there is a brand new couch that converts into a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. Come and enjoy the 600-thread count sheets and natural light that both bedrooms have to offer. Sit out on the new patio furniture and enjoy the Maui atmosphere, with the double sliding doors will open your senses to the sounds of tropical bird callings, and gentle Maui breezes.
Upon checking in at the front desk, Maui Kaanapali Villas has a $35 per day facility fee. This Resort Fee includes parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles are subject to an extra $10 per day.
Maui Ka’anapali Villas features two pools, a child's wading pool area, hot tubs, and a beach activities center where they offer beach rentals such as stand-up paddle boards, boogie boards, snorkel sets, and more. Great little gem in Kaanapali - the beach is very snorkel friendly (be aware of season and tides though). Walk over toward the Westin and start your snorkel there (also a popular dive site). We saw a huge turtle, eel and many colorful fish.

Perfect Stay for Our Family of Five!

This was the first time to Maui with our kids (15, 13, 11) and this place was perfect! The 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom set up with the private lanai worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed for the cooking that we did in the unit. The pool and beach were lovely and it was just a short walk to snorkeling at airport beach and by the with side of black rock. Parking was easy in and out. We ate just about daily at the castaway cafe on resort property (kids meals, hummus plate were favorites)! Would definitely stay again!!

The room was fairly clean with some modern amenities and a solid kitchen. However, we were disappointed that the room was between two parking lots. We didn’t feel comfortable opening our blinds in either room. The overall location is close walk to the beach, so that’s great. But I think we would have skipped the room if we knew we knew the room wasn’t very private. Better pictures would have helped.

We LOVED our stay here. We have four young kids and the space was perfect for our family. Cool, spacious, clean. It was just right for our trip. Tastefully decorated but without a ton of extra clutter that makes it difficult to relax. The pool wasn’t terribly crowded, and the beach was easy to access. We really lucked out booking this for our first trip to Maui, and I really recommend it.

The condo was great perfect size for my husband, daughter and my in-laws. Loved being on first floor with the patio. The room location is a lot quieter than I thought it would be. The resort itself is nice and has a decent restaurant. Only down side is our ice maker didn’t work during our stay.

Wonderful location. Great spot with a good amount of beach. Snorkeling each direction down the beach was good quality. We saw sea turtles, small eel and more varieties of fish than I could count. Great having a concierge on site everyday in the lobby on-site. Free Trolley was awesome those evenings when we ate out in the area, but walking to/from was pleasant and fun as we walked up to many luaus being performed and could watch from afar. Rooms/decor inside the unit were updated and appealing. Plenty of room with our three (almost adult!) kids. Nice folks here. Everyone gathers in the evening to watch the sun set.

The 2 bedroom/2 Bath is perfect for a family. We stayed with my parents and our child. Liked 1st floor location. I thought it would be noisy cause it’s by elevator and a bunch of crosswalks, but it was fine. We slept well. The room also had a nice patio which we used a lot. It could use another lounger though. There are beach chairs and body board for use which was super convenient. The only thing I can say against the room is there was no working ice maker. Resort has free coffee and tea in morning. Wish they had it in evenings too but oh well. The resort restaurant is pretty decent and reasonably priced. The pool is a decent size and there were a lot of chairs and umbrellas. The beach was great although the surf can be rough. We saw a lot of dolphins from shore. Did a bit of snorkeling. The boardwalk that connects to other resorts is right there. It made for a great walk.

Our 2nd time staying at this property, we love the villas. The property was just as described on VRBO. The only recommendation I would suggest would be an outdoor dining table that would accommodate 6 people. Would definitely stay here again- easy access for unloading and loading.

We had a great time at the resort. It was a very low key chill vibe and we were able to unwind and relax . The beach was amazing and we love everything about the resort. It was much more relaxing than the other big hotel resort chains . We loved having the freedom to leave and drive to local restaurants . Highly recommend this place for families who want a more quiet resort where they have freedom to come and go and explore the island . Snorkeling is a must . Simple facilities like ping pong table , pools , gym and a big plus your own laundry / drying room to do your laundry. We give it 10 stars!

We loved having a 2 bedroom 2 bath floor unit. With Covid still a concern, walking in and out of our unit without using an elevator or lobby was wonderful! AC was cooler in one but the other got a little warmer at night but was ok. A couple nights we used pullout bed which wasn’t comfortable so just put mattress on floor. Well stocked kitchen and beach stuff. Highly recommend and hope to return.

Loved the amenities at the complex. We had some issues with the TV and connectivity to the internet- they were quickly addressed. Instructions in the book need to be more explicit. We loved the morning yoga and water aerobics classes. The Castaway Restaurants is also so convenient and good food.Unfortunately it was closed for repairs for the second part of our trip. The unit is ideally situated in the complex- close to coffee in the am, laundry, and the fitness center- not to mention the pool and beach!!! Would definitely recommend this rental!!!! Faith

Beautiful unit, great location,, easy walk down to the beach, easy parking, patio is close to the entrance driveway, but very private with beautiful landscaping. Probably one of the best beaches in Kanaapali.4 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs in unit, and boogie boards. Plenty of room to hang clothes in the master bedroom and drawer space to unpack. We had 3 adults, so worked for us, but would say the only drawback would be if you have people sleeping on the pull out couch, the only access to a bathroom is through the bedrooms . Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Propoerty is as pictured. This is a great property walking distance to a beautiful stretch of beach. As stated in other reviews it is off the parking lot but the foliage around the patios is pretty and it wasn't a problem. The on property facitilies and pools are great.

We have stayed at Kaanapali Villas before, but have to admit we really enjoyed this first floor unit! Super easy in and out access from the front of the resort, which was great for us because we are an active bunch that are constantly in and out! We were two couples, both bedrooms had bathrooms which was convenient. Love the full kitchen because when you are coming from the mainland - let's face it - you are up early and nothing is open. Perfect to cook breakfast or late night snacks! We will stay here again.

We have stayed at kaanapali villas before but -have to admit -we really enjoyed this first floor unit the most! Super easy in and out access from the front of the resort which worked well for us because we are an active bunch and like to be in and out in a hurry without really hanging out in the room. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom which was super convenient for us (two couples) and of course the full kitchen is a great bonus, because let's face it when you come for the mainland you are up early in the morning before anything is open and you probably want (need) to cook your own breakfast/lunch. Overall enjoyed this space and plan to stay here again!

We have stayed at MKV many times so we knew what to expect. The 2-bedroom condo was nicely appointed and met our needs. The 2nd bathroom is a little small and could really be improved with functional shelves and additional towel racks or hooks but overall condo was good as expected.

We lived the location, amenities and comfort of staying at our condo. Great location and fully stocked with everything we needed to get us started on our vacation. Beautiful beach, easy access to parking and just minutes away from Lahaina or a nice leisurely walk on the boardwalk to Whalers villiage. We will come back!

Amazing property that is 2 minutes walk from the beach. Apartment was clean, super cosy and comfortable. Nice big TV in the living room where we could watch all our euro matches together! Host was amazing in providing us tommy bahama beach chairs, floats, boogie boards, beach mats, beach umbrellas. Host was also extremely responsive & accomodating to requests. Location was perfect too! 10/10 will recommend.

Loved this property! Very nice and well-furnished. Kitchen had everything we needed. It’s located on the first floor very close to the lobby, so it was very convenient to head out to the beach and grab a towel on the way! Patio stretched across the living room down to the bedroom, so there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. The patio overlooks the hotel entrance which could be considered a negative, but the greenery surrounding it still provided privacy. We would definitely stay here again!

We would highly recommend this condo for families. They are right on the beach and had a closet full of beach gear like chairs and umbrellas making it super easy to have a perfect beach vacation.

David and Tori with My perfect stays are an absolute pleasure to work with. They made this trip that much better as everything was so easy and all we had to do was show up. They made us feel so special, checking in with us to make sure our stay was going perfectly. When we pulled into MKV, we knew instantly we made a great choice to stay at this complex. Everything about this property was amazing. The beach was breath taking, every morning when we woke up I couldn't wait to go out and just stare at it's beauty. It's a big beach perfect for walking, snorkeling, paddle boarding and family fun. We even saw manta rays swimming in the crystal clear water from the shore. We also loved the 2 pool areas, hot tubs and nicely kept grounds. Unit 108 is a very clean, large 2 bedroom unit. The central AC, extra CLEAN carpets, high thread count sheets made it feel very luxurious. Also, this unit is very short walk to the beach and pool areas and parking. It had a beautiful remodel and a full kitchen with everything we needed. The ac was already on when we arrived and there was the cutest welcome basket to kick off our vacation perfectly with things to do and coupons for nearby activities and restaurants. It's very clear my perfect stays goes the extra mile to provide top quality service to their guests and it shines through with the little things they remember, the kindness they show and the cleanliness in their units. These are the things that set this vacation above all others and really allowed us to relax. We would be happy to recommend any friend to My Perfect Stays and Kaanapali Villas Unit 108!

We have been to Maui several times but we have never stayed anywhere like MKV 108! We loved the ground floor access as it was so easy to come and go from the the pool, beach, restaurant and all our planned activities. The resort is gorgeous and access to beautiful sandy Ka'anapali Beach is PERFECTION! We also had a great experience with the property management company, My Perfect Stays. We cannot WAIT to come next year and we know where we'll be staying! Thanks again!

Maui Ka’anapali Villa 108 is a wonderful place. Loved the double Lanai and the size of the unit was perfect. We stayed in Villa 108 during our stay in Maui and we LOVED the unit and the resort! The unit location was perfect! (close to the complementary morning coffee!) The beach in front of the resort was soft sand, not rocky, and the resort pool was wonderful. The unit was stocked with all we needed to get through the week. The washer and dryer was a bonus. There were beach chairs provided too. We cannot say anything negative about our stay! It's only been a week since we returned home and are already missing the whales and rainbows!

A great find at the last minute that allowed us to extend our vacation. Wasn’t sure about no view, but really liked the location within the complex. Quiet and organized unit. You could see they really cared for the unit and your experience. Everything looked new and it was not neglected. I would stay again.

The condo is perfect for our family of three. My mom is elderly and disabled and with a quick phone call to the management company, they provided a shower chair for her safety. The decor is inviting and comfortable. One of my favorite features of the condo is the washer and dryer in the unit. This made our stay convenient and easy to wash our daily laundry.

Condo is Amazing

We will definitely go through my perfect stays next time we are going to Maui. We were in Maui already and had to move Condos because the condo we where staying in had a major Maintenance issue. They were able to accommodate us at the last minute and they were also able to accommodate us by letting us check in early and also letting us drop off our food from our condo that we had to move out of so it didn’t spoil. The condo is amazing , we are a family of five, two adults and three kids age 12, 11, 8 and it was perfect for us. The grounds are beautiful and the beach was perfect . It’s close to everything!

This is our 7th year staying on this property and first time in this unit. This unit has a smart living space then previous 2 bedrooms that we have stayed in but the double lanai compensated for the difference. Location of this property is very convenient for access to all parts of the property. The management company had everything ready available - right down to the laundry pods. If you didn’t see the post this unit also has a washer dryer in the 2nd bedroom which made packing easy and light. Appliances appear to be brand new. I would recommend this place again.

We have stayed in this suite for two vacations so far, and will book it again next year. It is large and comfortable, with easy access from the lobby while remaining exclusive and private. Spectacular Condo and Location!!

Beautiful condo - thought we wouldn't like the ground floor, but it was actually a very convenient location nearby the front desk (for pool towels) and easy walk right out to the pool. Ample space with 2 BDRM and 2 BA. Kitchen had everything we needed - unit had blender, crock pot, coffee maker & filters (we bought coffee). Never found the TV remote, but really didn't need it. Gorgeous sunsets & views of mountain were all we wanted to look at anyway! Condo had 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that we used every day. We rented snorkel gear from the condo's hut and snorkeled right off the beach - active reef with lots of fish 150 feet away. Pool water was very warm and comfortable. Nice hot tub. Beautiful stars at night. Writing this from home today, missing Maui!

Awesome Stay

We stayed here for six nights this past week. I could not recommend this particular unit more. The first floor access is great and it’s close to the lobby where you can go get coffee in the morning and grab towels. True, the lanai faces the parking lot but it is pretty secluded and we liked watching people come and go. It was a great place to have breakfast in the morning and we even cooked a few dinners at night. The place is decorated cute with ample cooking supplies and chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The pool is fantastic for kids and you guys this is the absolute best spot on the beach. The pool and beach never felt too crowded and there were people of all ages ranges which made it fun for my kids and us, and it would be great if the grandparents came along too! You really won’t regret booking this unit.

Condo was great Worked well for my husband and myself and my Dad. We enjoyed the convenience of the condo especially because my Dad is 79. Only one thing was wrong...there was a roach under the sink. Not because the condo was dirty. It was clean. Because it’s Hawaii and bugs are issues. The patio was great. Ate all of our meals out there. The decor is really cute/nice. Had a really good time. We are a small family of 3 and stayed at this beautiful and spacious condo for 7 nights. It’s very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and has all the bells and whistles you need and more. Beach towels are provided in the lobby and coffee in the early morning. The customer service in the lobby and My Perfect Stays management company was excellent. Parking was a little difficult to find, as there was some annual conference going on during our stay. Many condo owners attended, had reserved all the good parking spaces and we had to find street parking which wasn’t so bad. They also had a big party in the conference room right outside the front door to our condo, but the noise didn’t bother us at all. The location was conveniently located near the lobby and general store. The pool, cafe and beach are just a short walk away. I couldn’t ask for anything more and very grateful to able to stay here.

We've stayed at MKV numerous times before and this was our first time bringing the kids with us. Having a ground floor unit with laundry in it was wonderful for us! There was more than enough room for all of us and having a large patio was awesome for entertaining and storing all of our beach gear. We had one issue and the management company was incredible to deal with. They came the same day we called them, and the owner even came by to ensure everything was sorted out. We would definitely stay in this unit again and recommend it to other families. You could easily fit 6 of you in this unit...a family of 4 and grandparents would be very comfortable with each bedroom having a bathroom. Counting down the days until we're sipping pina coladas on the beach again!

Convenient Location!

This was a very convenient location near the lobby and a strait walk out to the lawn/beac/castaways. I always love staying at MKV - this our 9th or 10th. The property is very relaxed with more of an adult crowd so relatively quiet. The property management company we worked through were very nice and responsive as well. The accommodations were clean and nice, appliances all worked and had everything we might want. Mostly we just weren’t happy with how cramped the rooms felt. The unit was very cluttered with so many large decorations covering every surface of tables, shelves and and dressers so we had no place to put our belongings. It was especially tight in the smaller bedroom. There were big baskets covering the floors as well. The second room and bath were super tiny with a patio door to the walkway in back. Because of that it was dark as our guests were not comfortable leaving the drapes open. The laundry is in the small bedroom closet, so almost no place to hang clothes. The second bathroom had a nice shower but with the block wall wasn’t very private. We ended up taping grocery bags over the glass blocks that the screens didn’t cover. The Lanai is at the front of the property and doesn’t get much breeze so we rarely used it. Our guests enjoyed themselves, but we would look for a larger two bedroom for our next visit

We had a wonderful time here! This condo is comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen, and BBQ gas grill right near the back door. The lanai is surrounded by nice plants but not on the beach side of the resort. The pool is fun for the kids, nice hot tub, excellent lawn area with shade or sun overlooking the water, but with fairly tall shrub blocking a full beach view. The location of this property is excellent in terms of beach and snorkeling access and is within an 8 minute drive to the Foodland Grocery (which is far better than the Safeway) and to good restaurants and shopping. The beach is lovely and the snorkeling is very good and very close. The work out room is poor/not air-conditioned, but we got all of our exercise on the beach/in the water so it did not matter to us. This would be a five star spot if it had an ocean view and if we had not had to deal with construction on the unit next door during our stay. My Perfect Stays took good care of us in the end. This unit has one full and one king size bed and a blow up mattress in the closet. The couch is not a fold out bed. Overall I would recommend this condo and would return to it in the future.

This condo is exactly as pictured and in a great location on the property grounds. Not having a neighbor on one side, as well as what feels like a secluded entrance, is a really nice addition that they should advertise more. The kitchen was well stocked and the in-unit laundry was also very useful. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas as well. My only real complaint came with the check-in process. Communication was really good when I booked a month prior and when I had questions throughout, so I assumed check-in would be a breeze. Unfortunately, they never sent my confirmation to the actual property front desk. It took over an hour to actually get the confirmation and check in, which is the last thing you want to deal with after a long flight and 40 min drive to the property. Other than that, I would stay here again.

Great place for young families

We have four young kids and this place was great for our family. It’s on the ground floor with easy access to lobby, pools, garbage/recycling, elevators, and grills. It also has a washer and dryer in the unit. With the couches in the living room there was plenty of sleeping space for our family. Even though it is on the ground floor near the elevator, we really didn’t notice any extra noise.

Awesome place close to the beach!

We loved staying at this unit. I looked around at several condos and steered clear of others because they were managed by brokers and requested that money be sent outside of HomeAway or other similar sites. The financial transaction with unit 108 at Maui Kaanapali Villas was smooth and went directly through HomeAway and they had excellent communication. The unit was beautiful, clean, and spacious. There were lots of amenities provided and even a sweet little welcome basket with local goodies. The location was awesome! The resort is quiet, yet right on the beach walk that connects many resorts along Kaanapali Beach, and it's right on the beach! Perfect! The room itself is in a great location as well. It's near the lobby which makes for easy access and it's quiet with only one shared wall with another unit. The plants on the lanai make for a private peaceful place to enjoy meals outside. Just to note: the picture shown on the listing has a dining table with four chairs. They have since changed out the table to a higher table with only two bar stool height chairs. This made it a little challenging for our family to enjoy dinner inside, so we dealt with the mosquitoes and always ate out on the lanai where they have a table and four chairs.

Great listing! Will stay here again when on Maui. Liked the location it was easy to get around from the location in Lahaina. Lots of parking on property. Was easy to check in, just head right to the front desk. Everything we seamless. Communication was easy and on time from the host.

Hi Heidi, We just got home and thought I should email you to tell you how wonderful your condo was! It was beyond our expectations, very nicely decorated and had a warm homey feel to it. We adjusted within the hour of unpacking. The last time we stayed at MKV we went through an agent and the condo was nothing like yours. I hope your cleaning lady found it to be left much as we found it minus the clean linen and lovely fruit bowl and just al little sand to let her know we enjoyed the beach. We definitely all want to return, we love Maui and honestly I love your location. We have been to Maui 5 times before and the peace and quite of your location is the best! We hope you will have us back in the near future, we'll keep in touch. Many of the other guests we talked to all say that they have experienced your location to be the best on the island. We loved Maui when we honeymooned there many years ago and were thrilled to visit this month with our family of five (ages of kids are 18, 11, 5). This is such a beautiful beach, convenient location, and terrific property. The condo was perfect for us and we'd go back in a minute. The beds were so comfortable, and our 11 year old slept very comfortably on the couch each night. The condo is spacious, close to the center of the villas and on the ground level, so you are never lugging bags. It has all you need (maybe bring a soft cooler) and made it affordable and easy to bring food and visit the grocery store to allow for meals at 'home'. The beach and pool are a three minute walk away and the restaurant next to the pool area (Castaway Cafe) was reasonable and good for a meal and also offered the chance to enjoy a drink at the pool (my husband and I agreed it was the best bloody mary we have ever had!). The owner, Heidi, was so great to communicate with and offered helpful hints about what to do while in Maui, as well as providing great directions for laundry (in the condo! so convenient that we were able to bring far less luggage), garbage, and parking (you park right behind the condo). We had breakfast every morning and dinner a couple of nights on the patio which is actually the front of the condo that looks out to the front of the property. It was relaxing and felt private even for a condo. The best part of our vacation and this property is that on days when we were going out on snorkeling excursions we were close to the harbors and for days when we wanted to spend time at the beach and pool it was so easy to run back and forth, take a break for lunch or a snack, go between the pool and beach, etc. that you really can please everyone (something I thought was impossible with a family of five where ages are so far apart for the kids). It was also convenient for taking advantage of the shopping and restaurants in Whaler's Village and Lahaina, but didn't feel busy or crowded. When I started looking at resorts we almost booked at Honua Kai in one of the upper floor rooms. That property is beautiful, but after seeing it in person now i am convinced that I would have been cursing the walk to and from the condo to the car, to the beach, to the pool, etc. We saved a very long time for this vacation and I was very nervous about picking a place to stay. I'm so happy to say that we were thrilled with our choice and would stay there again. Aloha!

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 girls (4 yrs and 6 yrs) and had a great time. Everything we needed was there. The pool and the beach were just steps away. There were beach chairs, boogie boards, pail/shovels. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay could not have been any better. We were greeted promptly at the front desk and were in the condo within 15 minutes of arrival at the complex. The unit was very nice with all the accomodations of being at home. The community was very nice and every person that we interacted with was very pleasant and always had something nice to say. All the accomodations on site were top notch and accessible adding to the relaxing atmosphere. We will refer many friends to use this facility based on the wonderful experience that we had. We went into Lahaina , on Front Street and enjoyed the small town atmosphere. We had the greatest burgers at Cool Cat and enjoyed a wonderful Italian meal at Basil Tomatoes, which was within walking distance. I would recomend Trilogy excursions if you are looking to do some whale watching. We also went on a dinner cruise that was very well done and very entertaining.

The place was everything we hoped for and then some! Beautiful, clean,relaxing, handy! The beach was awesome and the resort itself was great, we loved the restaurant, the outside bar and the beach. Our plane had a night time take off so we took advantage of storing our luggage and using the locker room which gave us more beach time, I highly recommend this.

We just returned from 12 days in this condo. This was our 3rd. time staying in this condo and love it so much we returned this year with family members and 2 grand girls, age 6 and 4. All of us loved the location of this unit, ground floor with a great Lanai. We ate most breakfasts and dinners on the Lanai, it is that large. Very quiet and on the shady side of the building which we love! The unit itself is ideally located, ground floor, nicely appointed, and has most everything one needs. There are beach chairs, a boogie, board, (we left 2 more and sand buckets and shovels) Hope Heidi doesn't mind. Heidi was great to work with, very organized, efficient, and has a list of things to do locally, which is always nice. There is a casual restaurant on the beach which we frequented for breakfast and drinks. Also there is a great walking path stretching for some miles in one direction, from north of this resort to south along the Kaanapali beach with all the hotels. We do this almost every day. Also 3 times a week there is a wonderful aquatic exercise program in the pool, Fran is amazing. The pool is heated which is nice. Great sandy beach and snorkelling a very short walk or swim north of this resort. If you like fish, there is a great fish market north of the resort, a very long walk with kids, but on lower Hoonapali Rd. (Sp?) Have lunch there, the fish tacos are delicious and very reasonable. We will definitely return, we love the ambience of Maui Kaanapali Villas and this unit.

We had the opportunity to spend 10 days in Maui relaxing, snorkeling, surfing, and going on adventure after adventure. The condo is absolutely amazing with plenty of room and larger than you would expect. It is ideally located for fantastic beach access to great snorkeling, surfing, and hiking. We loved being being able to use the onsite barbeques and enjoy the least crowded beaches that we saw. We would highly recommend to anyone, and would rent again in a heartbeat!

This condo is lovely and very well equipped. We had an issue with the lack of hot water in the guest room shower which, once the owner was notified, was immediately assigned to a plumber. We were definitely pleased that our problem would be professionally dealt with and certainly did not expect the speed with which it was handled. We have been at this resort 3 times before but this is the first time we have used VRBO. Our condo was exactly as described in the website and the property even more beautiful than we anticipated. Charming! We would love to return again!

Great location and beach access. Quiet property and well maintained. Pool was not as big or entertaining as some of the larger Villa properties near by but we really stick to the beach in Hawaii anyway. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and any item needed for cooking or meals. Condo is on the ground floor and close to parking lot. Overall a lovely place to stay.

A beautiful condo with everything we needed and then some! Super convenient ground floor close to the lobby and short distance to pool/beach. We could go to pool/beach and easily run back to our room if we forgot something. Owners are very helpful and had lots of suggestions for things to do/places to eat on the island. Kitchen was fully stocked, included toaster and blender and even included some basic spices and things like foil and saran wrap. Furniture and decor was beautiful and in great condition. The resort had everything we needed - convenience store, restaurant, and beach access without walking for blocks. Pool and beach were never too crowded. We will totally stay here again the next time we go!

We were celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Great place for any type of family. The place was very clean and spacious. Only a minute walk from the pool and breathtaking beach. Spacious kitchen and bathrooms. Great place to stay for any amount of time. Excellent restaurant on the property. Loved that the Condo had a washer and dryer very big plus in my book. The staff of the place was very friendly and professional. It was the largest two bedroom two bath condo I have ever stayed in. The other plus is the owner was very easy to get hold of if we had any questions. Had a lovely time.

What a BEAUTIFUL condo. I booked this condo in July 2015. I had many questions that I emailed to Heidi over the next 7 months. She replied to every email quickly. What an AWESOME owner to work with. We were so looking forward to our first time to Hawaii. The condo and Heidi made this trip perfect. Great location. Great Beach. Great everything. We plan on going again and will email Heidi and book her unit again. If I could give a 10 Star rating this unit certainly would get one. We had a great stay in this condo. This condo is spacious and fit the needs for 4 adults and 2 young children. Heidi was very thoughtful to include everything for a typical Maui vacation. She provided beach chairs, beach towels, and even some toys for children to play in the sand! The kitchen was well furnished so that we were able to cook some meals. Heidi was also very responsive to the various questions I had. We had a wonderful trip and will consider this place again for future Maui visits!

We stayed in this condo for 10 days in March and it was just perfect. Heidi the owner was very responsive and took care of all of our questions. We are creatures of habit and stay at MKV twice a year in the spring and fall. We have stayed in all of the buildings of MKV with the exception of Coconut. The location of this unit was convenient to hotel lobby, morning coffee, trolley, pool, restaurant and beach and the Wednesday afternoon Mai Tai party! Having said that, we enjoyed the peace and quiet that the condo offered. The unit had the extras that made it stand out from others. Beach chairs, nice linens, extra pots pans and kitchen accessories. It was clean and we had a welcome gift of coffee, pineapple, bananas and citrus fruit which was a nice touch. We too own vacation rental property and understand what makes a property exceptional. I would highly and confidently recommend booking this unit.

This was my 10th time at the MKV and my 2nd time in Heidi's condo. We've stayed in almost all the buildings and this remains the best spot on the property, in my opinion. This unit is perfect for 2 couples, but I wish I could stay in it every time.... ground floor, instant lobby access, washer/dryer, barbecue right outside the rear door, gorgeous decor and every amenity. Heidi is the easiest owner to work with plus she's very available for questions. Some owners act like they're doing you a favor by allowing you to rent - Heidi just seems to sincerely want you to enjoy your trip! There are some pool noodles, boogie boards, beach chairs and awesome large beach towels in the room. Can't recommend 108 and Heidi highly enough!

To begin with, Heidi is a very nice host, friendly and helpful as to sharing her favorite things to do on Maui list, and responsive to my questions on the property. Place is nice and quiet, clean, beautifully decorated, and very convenient. Easy access to the beach, and east access to your car as there is a parking lot right outside the 2nd bedroom. The lanai is great too and we enjoyed having every breakfast there. We are a party of 5 and everybody is pleased with the place. Overall a great stay on Maui, and at reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks Heidi~

Condo 108 met all our expectation. It is beautifully furnished, quiet, elegant. Just a few steps from the best beach on Maui where you can sun, swim, paddle board or just relax. It has a pleasant patio, great kitchen and a unique glass block shower. A wonderful place to stay.

This Condo is in the perfect location. Ground floor - easy to parking, easy to Lobby, easy to Pool and best of all, easy to BEST BEACH! We are so lucky to have stayed here. When we rented our snorkel equipment and were given recommended beaches, ours was the recommended beach. We saw a 6 foot leatherback turtle on our first day! It was like swimming in an aquarium. The Condo itself is well equipped with lovely furnishings. The Master Bed is the best nights sleep we have had in a while. We are a family of 5. Twins who are 23 who want more young adult activities which they could easily do by walking up and down the 3 mile boardwalk to Whalers village or hit the bar down at Dukes. My 15 year old enjoyed the short drive access we had to exciting hikes and he especially enjoyed snorkeling on the beach - just like his Mom! It was a wonderful family vacation. Thank you very much!

My daughter & I really loved Heidi's villa. It was spacious, nicely decorated and felt like a private villa as it wasn't as close to all the other units. We loved the amenities of kaanapali villas and were able to rent our snorkeling gear on site. The Castaway Cafe had amazing food with an amazing view. We had massages on site through concierge and booked many excursions through concierge. We've had many trips to Maui as we owned a condo at Kaanapali Royal for years. But staying at Heidi's villa ocean front with all the amenities was extra special to us this time.

My husband and I stayed with my parents in the condo. It is lovely, clean and well supplied. We didn't really love the location and wished it wasn't so tucked behind the building. To get to the beach you have to go around the lobby. Still pretty close to the beach but the lanai is on a parking lot with no view of the ocean or grounds. The condo entrance is behind the lobby. This was not very clear in the pictures. However it was peaceful and it was nice to use the BBQ nearby. Having 2 bathrooms was also very handy.
