Maui Kaanapali Villas C253 is a 2nd floor spacious, one-bedroom loft with 1 1/2 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 4 guests with central air conditioning. The living room area has a large sectional sofa that converts to a queen-size bed. Enjoy wonderful ocean views and amazing Maui sunsets from the comfort of your living room and large lanai. This ocean-view, bungalow-style condo was recently remodeled in 2022 and incorporates elements such as woodwork, tile work, and original Hawaiian artwork to create an authentic Maui experience.
The hardwood and tile floors make the home feel cool and refreshing after a day in the sun. The 1st-floor bathroom has been remodeled with a walk-in shower. The upstairs loft bedroom features a brand-new Cal king-size bed, an ensuite powder room with toilet and sink, and a closet. Located in the Coconut building, includes an open, remodeled kitchen featuring custom wood counters and stainless steel appliances.
Upon checking in at the front desk, Maui Kaanapali Villas has a $35 per day facility fee. This Resort Fee includes parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles are subject to an extra $10 per day.
Maui Ka’anapali Villas features two pools, a child's wading pool area, hot tubs, and a beach activities center where they offer beach rentals such as stand-up paddle boards, boogie boards, snorkel sets, and more. The resort also features an onsite restaurant, Castaways Café, a convenience store, the Third Heaven Spa & Massage, and a state-of-the-art Precor fitness center with 24-hour access, yoga classes 3 times per week, and access to hospitality bathrooms for early arrivals and late departures. We loved this condo. Clean and tastefully updated with lots of thoughtful details like a well-stocked kitchen that had everything we needed to cook a few meals at home, beach chairs, a small cooler, etc. The bed was comfortable with nice linens and towels. It was in a great location at MKV with a nice partial ocean view from the lanai. The two pools were lovely, and it was nice to have a grassy area on the lawn where you could relax on loungers and jump in the pool or ocean steps away. We didn't need much, but the host was easy to reach. We would love to stay here again.

We were able to sit on the patio and watch the whales with our breakfast and cook our dinner out on the newly updated grilling station. Couldn't have been more perfect! This was my third time staying in the same unit at Maui Kaanapali Villas, and it continues to be an outstanding experience. The unit is beautifully maintained, with great upkeep and everything you could need for a comfortable stay.
The entire property is well cared for, with beautiful landscaping and a peaceful atmosphere. Out of the two pools on the property, the quiet pool is conveniently located near the unit, making it easy to enjoy a relaxing swim. Best of all, the beach right out front is gorgeous—one of the best in Maui!
If you're looking for a well-kept, peaceful getaway in Kaanapali with easy beach access, this is the perfect place. I can't wait to return!
Our Favorite Condo @ The Villas

This is our favorite condo at the Villas! It is clean, cozy, updated, well stocked, has a comfortable bed with nice bedding, and a gorgeous view of the water & sunset from the lanai. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals—our only suggestion would be to please provide a better can opener, vegetable peeler, and a non-stick pan that isn't so scratched up. This was our second time staying in this condo & we thoroughly enjoyed it both times! We have stayed in several condos at the Villas—in the Dolphin building, Banyan building, and the Coconut building. This one has surpassed them all in comfort & cleanliness. We hope to stay in this unit again!

We had a wonderful vacation in Maui, and the condo made it all that much more amazing. It was an extremely comfortable, fully equipped, updated unit. Especially convenient was the full kitchen with utensils for cooking, full size fridge and microwave. The condo also had a king bed up in the loft area with half bath, and downstairs was a pull out sofa sleeper and full bathroom. We sat and enjoyed meals on the patio daily.
The beach was a 3 minute walk away, and one of the two complex pools was virtually right downstairs.
We'll definitely be staying in Coconut 253 when we come back to Maui!

Our stay at Maui Kaanapali Villas was nothing short of wonderful. This was our second visit to the same unit (C 253), and it truly feels like a home away from home. The location is perfect, with a short five-minute walk to the beach and easy access to the Kaanapali Trolley, making exploring the area a breeze.
The condo is beautiful, with all the amenities you could ask for. Having a full kitchen was incredibly convenient, allowing us to prepare meals and snacks whenever we wanted. The proximity to Whalers Village was another highlight, we could easily stroll over (or hop on the trolley) for shopping and dining.
One of the most magical aspects of our stay was the opportunity to see whales every day, we would highly recommend visiting during whale season.
Overall, our stay at Maui Kaanapali Villas exceeded our expectations once again. We can't wait to return and make more memories on the island.

We absolutely loved every part of our stay at C253 MKV.This magical slice of Maui has been our family's beloved adventure spot for years. We've stayed in many different units at MKV, and this one has become our most very FAVORITE!! The unit offers gorgeous views, cozy spaces, and a thoughtfully equipped kitchen. We were provided everything we needed to relax and enjoy Maui to the fullest! The staff at Myperfectstays were responsive, kind, and amazingly helpful with anything we needed. It was clear from the minute we stepped in the door, that the owners take loving care of this special unit. We loved this condo so much last year that we decided to rent it again and stay longer this year. It had been freshened up and more towels were available than last year, which we appreciated. Great beach and restaurant too! Very clean!

This was a very nicely appointed condo with the bedroom upstairs in a loft. It has terrific furniture, decor and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. The MKV property is also great and there’s a pool & hot tub near the room. The Castaway Restaurant is great for breakfast and lunch (we didn’t have an opportunity to try dinner) and the beach is unbeatable! Big kudos to My Perfect Stays for arranging our last minute extended stay. Annette is amazing and really embodied “customer service” to perfection!

Great property, walking distance to the beach. Great pools. C ommunication is also great. The only downfall is the bed is uncomfortable and small. It’s advertised as a queen, but it’s more like a full size/double.

We had a great experience in c 253 for our honeymoon. The condo was very well maintained and had a nice beachy/Hawaiian inspired design inside, we felt relaxed the second we arrived. The lanai is great to watch sunsets or have your morning coffee and it’s a short walk to the beach. The bathroom was nearly renovated and had a very spacious shower. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Overall was good. WiFi not so good. Upstairs could be a little warm. Expected washer and dryer in the room. The added fees made the daily charge very expensive. More than $575.00 per day.

We so enjoyed our stay here. The condo was beautifully decorated with an amazing bathroom. It was also very clean. We used the kitchen a lot and it had everything we needed. There was a large frig as well as numerous cabinets to store our groceries. The beds were comfortable and the upstairs bath was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!!

This unit was perfect for us. Lanai was big enough for the four of us to comfortably enjoy the beautiful views. The unit was clean and updated. It was great having a full kitchen, inside washer/dryer, etc. We loved the location in relation to the pools and beachfront-just a few steps away and short, beautiful walk to black rock beach. The property is close to everything-Whalers Village, Napili Bay, Lahaina. We would definitely live to stay in C253 again!

We had an amazing time at this rental. With two different access points to my favorite beach on the island, plenty of space, central air and a washer-dryer in the unit, one and a half baths, a huge balcony with an ocean view, in the midst of a very calm and low-key resort, there really wasn't a lot not to like here. It was clean, comfortable, pleasant, and relaxing, it made it very easy for us to lie on the beach all day, and a short walk to the restaurants at the Westin Villas. We would (and will!) absolutely book this property again.

We always enjoy staying at Maui Kaanapali Villas, although this was our first time staying in this unit. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having a washer and drier in the unit. My husband and I slept in the upstairs loft area, which had a half bath. The half bath could use some ventilation as it gets pretty hot in it. The shower downstairs was a bit complicated to use also. There were two shower heads, and one of them had too powerful of a stream and couldn’t be adjusted. It would be nice to have less complicated water controls for the two shower heads or at least some instructions for their use. We did enjoy our stay though but the shower could use an upgrade.

Everything about this place was great. Nice place to wake up and drink mimosas on the lanai, every morning. Close to the second pool where it’s quieter with out a bunch of kiddos yelling. 😉 This place even came with beach chairs and a cooler! We took that all to Big Beach for the day. The fridge/freezer has an ice maker which made it nice for our drinks. I can go on and on. We will be back. And we do, we want to stay in this unit again for sure.

We loved this unit in Kaanapali, Maui. We come to visit every year & this year we had our kids. This unit was perfect for us! We spent 6 nights and it was the best, even during COVID. The check in process was bumpy, only because the front desk couldn’t find our reservation even after I showed them my receipt. It took about an hour to locate our reservation, but we finally got checked in. See you next time Maui!

Outstanding service from My Perfect Stays (Zac) and an outstanding rental unit. The loft bedroom is a key bonus and the view to the ocean just adds to the atmosphere. Clean unit, all the conveniences one would need to include beach chairs and ice chest. The location is a perfect walking distance to Whalers Village and makes for a great morning walk on the beach boardwalk. Just plain Outstanding!

Beautiful Maui location near beach, snorkeling and restaurants. The grounds were well kept and the staff of the hotel were friendly. The condo unit overall was clean,spacious, and well appointed. The shower in the downstairs bath was large, but dated and a bit dingy. The floor tiles appeared dirty :( , but I think it either needed a good scrubbing or just tiles replaced. The shower heads, leaked so it affected the water flow. The water controls were tricky as well. The washing machine needs attention, there was mold growing in the rubber liner and it did not spin all the water out of the clothes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider booking at this property again in the future. The view it has is through a private property across the street and really isn't much of a "view". Once a home is built there, it will lose its view. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

I came for a wedding, the resort is really a great place for our large group! Beautiful Ka’anapali beach only a few steps away and this loft suite is tucked away in the back. It’s so nice and quiet and has an amazing view... garden and ocean views from the patio! Everything was super clean, I would book here again.

My husband and I enjoyed our 2 weeks in Maui immensely. Our unit was quiet, spacious, comfortable and well stocked and appointed. (Even a blender.). The full sized lanai provided extra living space. We really appreciated the designation of a Quiet Pool and enjoyed many hours swimming, relaxing and reading by the pool. The complementary morning coffee started the day off right. We were wistful to leave and are anticipating our return visit.

Really enjoyed our time in Lahaina. Beautiful property, with a pool very near. Snorkeling at Black Rock Beach was amazing, as was the beach near the Westin. My Perfect Stays was exemplary with their communication, and checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Really appreciated that.

The condo was super clean and great for our family of four. Audrey was wonderful completing our reservation. Amy and Zac were very helpful answering all my questions about the condo and making sure we had enough bedding, paper products and beach chairs for the four of us. I can’t tell you how pleased we were with the resort, it’s cleanliness, the pools, hot tubs, shuffleboard but most importantly, the most beautiful stretch of beach in Maui. We traveled to many of the beaches around the island and always came back to ours as it was the best. The only negative I would say is the street on the lanai side was not as quiet as I thought it would be. We were told it was a super quiet street but it is the main road leading to our resort so it was always busy with cars and service/garbage trucks coming in and out. Parking was good but also in that street so you need to be ok with that. The view of the ocean from the lanai is super small. There is an empty lot directly across the street from the condo which it made it possible for a view to the ocean but it was a tiny peek between trees. All in all we loved the resort and the condo and customer service was super. Audrey, Amy and Zac were wonderful and we would highly recommend the condo and the resort to everyone. Thank you for everything! By far one of our most memorable vacations so far.....we fell in love with Maui. Mahalo!

Beautiful location, easy access to beach, great snorkelling nearby off beach - unit was equipped nicely and clean- a beach umbrella would be a nice addition, if you do not secure a shady spot early on the beach the afternoon sun is sweltering- a broom to sweep sand would be a great addition as well, even with rinsing off, sand inevitably gets everywhere- Nice partial ocean view from lanai and living room. Overall the unit was a comfortable and accommodating home away from home for our Maui vacation. Hard to say goodbye!

Can't beat the location of the Kaanapali Villas. We stayed I C 253. Room was clean and comfortable. Beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards on hand. Three minute walk to beach and Castaways Cafe. Loft could use a little attention as the ceiling fan sounds as if it is about to fall off and some of the outlets don't work. We did have two days when the water was turned off for several hours to the entire property. This is our 3rd visit to the Villas and we love it.

Truly enjoyed our stay on Maui in these accommodations with it's 3 minute walk to the beach, on-site pools, restaurant and proximity to Lahaina . We loved sitting on the lanai with it's clear view of the ocean. The unit was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable, especially the bed. We would definitely book this unit again for a Maui getaway.

Great condo! Reservation system needs changed! The condo itself was fantastic. Clean, comfy, everything we needed and had a bit of a water view. The check in was very stressful and difficult. We booked through My Perfect Stays and when we arrived after the long flight, shuttle, car rental, etc.. we go to check in as the confirmation emails instructed. They had no record of our reservation and treated us as a huge burden. Now, we paid just barely under $2,000 for our 5 day stay and this is not the welcome we expected. We had to wait 2 hours to give the clerk who was too busy and needed time to create our reservation from my 4 emails from My Perfect Stays confirmating the dates, rates, location, etc. We did end up being able to check in and loved the condo, but I would never reserve a vacation stay through them again.

We have been assured that additional training will take place with them. Wonderful unit with all the amenities we needed. You can't beat the location, as it's steps from one of the best beaches in Maui. The balcony has an ocean view which is an added bonus! It's also nice to have beach chairs, coolers, and plenty of towels provided by the resort. The property management is very friendly and attentive. Thank you for a great stay.

Our stay at the Ka’anapali Villas in Maui was excellent. The villa is clean, has great amenities at a great value. My Perfect Stays provided great communication, ahead of time and during our stay to make sure everything was okay and answer any questions we may have had. We loved the location! The villa is located next to other resorts and is across the street from the beach and beach walk. It has a restaurant/bar onsite and is walking distance to multiple restaurants along the beach walk and whalers village. I highly recommend staying at My Perfect Stays at the Ka’anapali Villas in Maui. We will definitely be back!

Management was very attentive and professional. Friendly and local. Unit was clean and nicely furnished. Top notch central air conditioning. Parking always available very close. Extras provided like new Tommy Bahama beach chairs, drying rack for wet clothes, in-unit washer & dryer, rolling and soft coolers. We stayed at other units in this same resort managed by a different big name company that had none of these. Nice welcome package with beach bag and discount cards. Loft bedroom cozy and very comfortable with ceiling fan and ½ bath. Spacious balcony with full size table, chairs and entertainment bar with cabinet. Excellent place to enjoy our morning coffee and some dinners after sundown. Gas BBQ grill provided nearby. Liked the dual head walk in shower provided vs traditional bath & shower combo. Ocean view over the undeveloped lot across the street nice but not the best. Couch was slept on at same time as fold out bed; great for our kids. Had a beautiful pool and hot tub very close for relaxing after the beach. The resort has a beach activities kiosk with paddle boards, snorkel sets and other beach necessities for fair prices. Free full size shuffleboard game was a hit with the kids. Resort has a good casual restaurant and bar on the beach. Plenty of beach recliners available on the lawn in the sun or shade. The resort front desk was always friendly and helpful. Strong and fast wifi in room and throughout the resort. We definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and plan to return!

Comfortable with a Great Layout

When we arrived at our condo the AC wasn’t working and the electricity was out in half of the unit. The owners of the management company My Perfect Stay were at our unit within 30 mins to access the situation and when it was determined that additional work would be needed the worked to move us to a different location quickly. I also want to note that the issue with the unit had to have happened shortly before we arrived because the freezer still had frozen ice cubes and the fridge was super cold, and the fridge was impacted by the electricity being out. So I don’t believe this is something they would have known about prior to us arriving. They went a step further providing us with a gift card for dinner and suggestions of activities and places to eat. The owner of the unit credited us with a free night. The Villas was an excellent place to stay on Kaanapali beach. You can easily walk to the beach and rent snorkeling equipment, paddle boards, etc. The resort also has excellent pools and a restaurant/bar right on the beach. There is a free trolley that connects with Whalers village and other spots along Kaanapali beach. The unit is comfortable with a great layout. The loft bedroom has its own TV but if you are in a group where people want to watch different things you will compete with the two TVs going, but as we spent most of our time at the beach this wasn’t really an issue.

Great location, spacious condo

My husband and I would definitely stay here again -- close to grocery stores, great restaurants, shopping and other activities (we saw huge sea turtles while snorkeling at Black Rock!). Two pools to choose from, and good food and friendly service at the onsite restaurant. For two people, the condo is very spacious and having the bed in the upstairs loft (along with a separate 1/2 bath) is especially helpful if one of you wakes up early. The blackout curtains work great and we loved the ocean view - hopefully no one builds on that empty lot for a long time! If you enjoy working out indoors, the gym is disappointing and located in a parking lot near facilities management. Luckily, there's a mile-long walking/running path along the beach and the ocean if you need some cardio.

This condo was perfect in every way for our stay in Maui. It was clean, the bed comfortable and was close to the beach, restaurants, and great shopping. When we come back to Maui, we will be staying here again!

This is a great little apartment at a great rate. We loved our stay here, the apartment was spacious, has everything you need, is close to the beach and all that Ka'anapali has to offer. It was the perfect home base for us.

Beautiful indoor space and outdoor Lanai. The unit has some nice artwork and has a very tropical feel. The upstairs loft is great and was perfect for the three of us on our trip to Maui. The beach there is amazing. Maui Kaanapali Villas has a great location with a low key vibe.

Comfortable, clean condo with view of the ocean

Our stay at Kaanapali Villa 253 was comfortable and relaxing. The condo is cheerfully decorated and very clean. We very much enjoyed coffee while whale watching on the lanai each morning. Minor issues were dealt with promptly by management. Close to the beautiful beach, great Castaway restaurant, and a trolley to shopping. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo.

My husband and I loved our stay here. We are glad that we went with a place with AC. We went during a particularly hot week and it was nice to come into a cold apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the location was fantastic. The apartment complex had a private beach entrance but we found the public beach entrance to be a little closer. The beach was only 3-5 minutes walk. The beach is perfect for swimmers and snorkelers. Would recommend this place to everyone!

We loved everything about our stay at MKV. The resort is low density with lots of lounge chairs and green space. It's an easy walk to the beach. This unit is steps away from a pool, hot tub, shuffle board and resort grills. It is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need including a small washer, dryer, beach chairs and a cooler. Everything is in new or excellent condition. Beautiful ocean views. We loved sitting on the lanai drinking our morning coffee and toasting the sunset in the evening. We highly recommend this unit and will be staying here again.

We had the most awesome stay at the MKV. Our condo was beautiful and decorated with the little extras--tiles with an Hawaiian theme, pictures and a great picture lit up as you walk up the stairs to the loft. We really enjoyed the shower and the half bath in the loft was much appreciated. Our mornings were so peaceful and relaxing having breakfast on the patio and enjoying the view of the ocean. The staff was marvelous and the little mini concerts every Wednesday with a complimentary cocktail were so enjoyable. We loved having dinner at the restaurant and especially dining watching the sun set---beautiful. MKV is a most relaxing vacation and perfect holiday experience--pools, beach, short distance to Lahaina and just a walk away to experience a luau. We plan on returning next year to this condo---it was our home away from home!!! Loved it!!! Rosie and Irene
