Maui Kaanapali Villas is located just North of Black Rock Beach. Directly in front of the resort are three miles of perfect golden sand beach. This resort is arguably located on Maui's best stretch of beach! The normally tranquil ocean at this location creates conditions great for snorkeling, swimming, paddle boarding and more! The resort features two pools, a child's wading pool area, hot tubs, a beach activities center (paddle board, boogie board, snorkel rentals and more!), Castaways Cafe, convenience store, Third Heaven Spa & Massage, fitness center, on site laundry facilities and more. This resort connects to the Ka’anapali Boardwalk and there is also access to the Ka’anapali Shuttle. It is just a few minutes. From location to amenities, you’ll be sure to have a memorable experience at this spectacular property.
Aston Resort and Maui Kaanapali Villas will charge an $25 a day facility fee upon check in. There are amenities provided including parking for 1-vehicle (a second vehicle is additional $10 per night). Additional amenities include coffee in lobby daily from 6 am to 9 am, a pool, state of the art Precor fitness center with 24-hour access, yoga classes 3 times per week, access to hospitality bathrooms for early arrivals and late departures, and Mai Tai Wednesdays. Maui Ka'anapali Villas is on the loop that the complimentary Kaanapali Trolley can be taken to other resorts and the Whalers Village Shopping Center.

The Resort has elevators, so you'll enjoy the easy access to the 4th floor condo. Located in the heart of Kaanapali, one of the world’s most well known destination resorts. It’s ideal for a romantic getaway, as well as the family looking for kid-friendly beaches and all the comforts of home amenities.
Inside you’ll be greeted with tons of natural light, letting in views of the gorgeous grounds and even a partial ocean view from the balcony. The well stocked kitchen features granite countertops and clean white cabinetry. Whether you plan to dine out a lot or not at all, this kitchen will be the perfect spot to prepare meals. The serene main area features 2 Queen size beds as well as a Queen sofa sleeper. Additionally, you’d enjoy the comfortable seating area with a SmartTV and high speed WiFi, indoor dining and stunning views. The spacious bathroom is functional and includes an updated, tile surround shower/tub combo.
We provide one beach chair and one beach towel is provided for each guest, plus a cooler for your stay. In addition, we set up each of our condos with an essential starter-kit of dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, a mini starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.
Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests. Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
