Welcome to Maui Banyan P409A, a studio in Kihei that features ample sleeping space, tropical views, and a window A/C. Unit 409A condo can accommodate 4 guests. There are elevators available for easy access. This studio is furnished with 2 full-size beds with comfortable linen and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The bathroom is designed with a single-sink vanity and a walk-in shower, but the toilet and tile-surrounded shower are separated by a pocket door for added privacy. This hotel-styled set up comes equipped with new luxury vinyl plank flooring, a mini fridge, microwave, and a Keurig coffee makerin the main living area. Relish the views of Maui from your covered lanai, which provides an ideal spot to wind down.

*Please note that 1 bedroom unit P409 can be rented in conjunction with P409a which has a conjoining door to allow for 4 more guests with a Cal-King bed, a queen sofa sleeper and a full-size kitchen. 

The Maui Banyan Resort is located in the heart of South Kihei, Maui. This property provides 2 swimming pools, jet spas, tennis courts, a putting green, a gas barbecue, picnic areas, and ample parking. It also has 24-hour security and Wi-Fi. It is named after the Hawaiian banyan trees that provide shade throughout the property's 8.6 acres. Conveniently located across the street from Kamaole Beach II and within walking distance of Kamaole Beaches I and III, you'll have quick access to water activities. There are no resort or parking fees.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
