Recently renovated, this stunning 2bd/2ba retreat features new flooring, fresh paint, and stylish contemporary furnishings blending modern comfort with the timeless Aloha spirit. Nestled in South Kihei, Mana Kai sits directly on Keawakapu Beach - a mile-long stretch of pristine white sand perfect for swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, or simply relaxing under Maui's golden sunsets. The resort is just five minutes from Wailea's upscale shopping, championship golf courses, and world-class dining, making it one of Maui's most desirable vacation spots.

Step into the bright and airy living space, featuring a fully upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ocean views that inspire every meal. The open-concept design includes dining for four and a comfortable king-sized bed that can be closed off for privacy, creating a second bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom—all while preserving those unforgettable ocean views. Start your mornings on the expansive lanai, savoring coffee as whales breach in the distance during the winter months.
The secondary guest suite offers a plush king-size bed, a private full bathroom, work desk, Smart TV, and wall to wall ocean views. To ensure your comfort, the condo includes split air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, ceiling fans throughout, and refreshing ocean breezes.

We really enjoyed our time at Mana Kai. The view was absolutely gorgeous and definitely the highlight of the place. Even the front walkway had an amazing view facing the other direction. The room was stocked with items we needed for the beach and the pool (towels, boogie boards, chairs, and sand toys), making our time at the beach easier and more enjoyable. The beach in front of the unit is swimmable, however, the current and waves were at times strong. There is also snorkeling right in the water - there were plenty of fish to see. Snorkel gear can be rented right onsite as well, which made that very easy. Walkable beach as well. We really enjoyed Kihei and the laid-back vibe on that side of the island. We went to Monkey Pod, Kihei Cafe, Maui Bread Company, Paia Fish Market, Gus's shaved ice and had amazing food at each place. We loved the little market near Kihei Cafe and enjoyed strolling through the shops and vendors. This unit isn't walkable to many things, but it is centrally located - about 5 minutes to Wailea and 8-10 mins to the main part of Kihei. The unit itself was a little smaller than expected, but perfect for our family with two young boys. The kitchen had everything we needed and was stocked with essentials. We did a curbside pickup at Safeway on our way back from the airport so we had some basic groceries for our time on the island. While the unit looks a tad nicer in the pictures, some furniture is a bit worn and becoming dated, the place is still lovely and that didn't impact our time there or the review. Would definitely recommend the unit!

Highly recommend Mana Kai 810. Beautiful property. If you are looking for a beautiful beach and great snorkeling, this is the place for you. Not to mention beautiful sunsets. The general store with a deli was perfect for breakfast and lunch when you wanted to spend the day at the beach. The Condo was clean and well equipped, a nd communication and check-in were great!

The place was amazing! Beautiful view on the beach. We are a family of 6 with a 10 year-old and a 12 year-old and there was enough room for all of us. 5 minute drive from the kihei active town, it was easy and quick to go. For the snorkel lovers, the beach of this complex has an amazing reef…I will definitely try to rent the same condo when I come back!

Loved The Beach View and The Easy Access To It

I liked the place and would love to go back again . I loved the beach view and the easy access to it. A minor thing was the wind which was very strong everyday. If you are a light sleeper the wind noise might wake you up.

best part of the resort was the lawn next to the beach, and the beach itself. Great opportunity for swimming and long walks. The fact restaurant is still not operational is a big negative.

Location & View!

We felt this property was the best of all worlds. The view is amazing, the location was convenient, and it is a huge bonus to be right on the beach. No hassle to get to the beach, no long walks/packing up the vehicle for the day, etc. Being able to run up to the room from the beach is a huge plus. The place itself is basically two totally separate rooms but it works perfectly fine. The main suite is nicely decorated, updated kitchen and appliances and a good bathroom. It is smaller than it may appear. If you have lots of luggage as we did, this area may not work if you like to have your suitcases laid out for easy access without impeding into the living room. And if you close the sliding wall that bedroom becomes quite tight. The second bedroom has more overall floor space but its bathroom is tight. Beds were comfortable. Another huge bonus was that it came with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a bunch of other beach toys. The views were great. We did see whales from the lanai but they were all a long way out. Hard to see turtles from the lanai. Great view of the beach, ocean, Molokini, etc. The building itself is nice and it was super convenient to have a rental store in the building. $25 for a SUP for 1 hour ($35 for 2 hours). Your might be able to find better deals but the convenience of only carrying your rental 100 feet to the water is hard to beat. The only nitpicking is that the place is maybe a little worn in places and the cleaning is subpar but that didn’t detract from our stay. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay! Couldn't have been better!

We had the best imaginable stay. The condo unit is clean, bright, and elegant. The balcony view is absolutely incredible with dozens of whales jumping regularly. The local tourist boats bring people to snorkel directly in front of the property because amazing turtle and fish sightings abound. Staying here, we could walk to these snorkel access spots and watches turtles from the shore. Tons of great restaurants and a range of shopping districts a short drive away. We truly loved our stay.

Great location and spectacular view

There were 6 of us, 3 adults (one grandparent) and 3 teens (13, 15, 17). We felt we had enough room with two bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen came with everything we needed. And the unit had 4 beach chairs, boogie board, an umbrella and plenty of beach toys. The location is nice with the beach and grass right there, as well as a trail along the beach going north. It’s also a very short drive to a lot of shops and restaurants. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was amazing!

Great view, great location, great unit

The unit itself was well maintained, updated and clean. We had 3 adults (one grandparent) and three teens (13, 15, 17). We felt we had plenty of room. The complex was also updated and modern. There was a small convenience store and deli on the main floor with any necessities you may have forgotten or need more of. There is also a snorkel, kayak, paddle board rental onsite with reasonable daily and weekly rates. Pool was great, not too busy. And plenty of room on the grass or beach to relax. there is a trail that takes you from the front of the complex down to other beaches. This was also a good spot as you are only a short drive from many shops and restaurants, as well as other beaches. Only con is that there is public beach parking and access on site so the beach can be busy at times. Mornings and evenings are generally not too busy. The restaurant/bar on site is closed and boarded up.

I came to Hawaii to run the marathon on Honolulu but wanted to see other islands as well. This place was absolutely stunning and right on the ocean that allowed for great nights on the lanai! It was very clean and the host was very helpful with all items including letting us know places to eat and other activities that made our stay at Maui very nice. Thanks for a great place!

We've been staying at the Mana Kai since 1986 and Unit 810 proved to be one of the best we've ever had! The condo was clean and ready when we entered and the minor issues we encountered were promptly addressed by the staff. What a pleasure to have upgraded kitchen utensils and culinary equipment as well as dishwasher and laundry soap! Wonderful experience at Mana Kai. This is a top floor unit with top notch views of the beach, ocean, and Molokini Crater. Spacious unit with two full baths was a plus for our group. We enjoyed mornings in the large lanai, and were just a few short steps from the beach when we wanted to be. The 808 General Store in the first floor was open and came in handy for quick supplies. Can’t wait to come back.

Better than the photos!

Staying here was truly an amazing experience. Top floor and amazing view, direct beach access, pool, rental place for kayaks, SUP and snorkel gear onsite. There is a coral reef off the beach so you don’t even have to book a snorkeling trip. My teenage daughter enjoyed the air conditioned room when she chatted with her friends and my 11 year old son spent all day in the water. The restaurant is closed at the moment but plenty of nice places nearby. Kitchen has all the amenities you need to cook, we enjoyed daily Happy Hour on the balcony with an amazing view. We stayed at a brand name hotel the previous year but we will definitely come back here again and again.

Lovely Unit with two completely separate bedrooms, each with individually controlled A/C. Great views and easy access to mile-long beach for swimming, snorkeling, and sunset watching. The only thing that could have been nicer would be a later check-out time.

We loved everything about this unit. Fully equipped with boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler. Amazing linens, comfortable beds. AC worked great. View was amazing and location was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mana Kai 810 during Thanksgiving Week. The view from the 8th floor (top) balcony was spectacular while drinking coffee in the morning. The complex is steps away from a beautiful beach that offered gentle surf and soft sand. There is a general store and a rental shop on the ground level. We rented kayaks one day and snorkel gear on another. Conditions every morning were pristine on the water, and we saw turtles nearly every day and even saw some whales. Our boys enjoyed playing soccer and football on the small grass field between the condo and the beach, and they made several friends there throughout the week. The location is on the fringe between Kihei and Wailea. Go to Kihei for a more laid-back, locals vibe...or Wailea for the more high end, manicured scene. There is ample parking on-site. We had an assigned spot but didn't have trouble parking elsewhere on a couple occasions when somebody in the adjacent spot was too crooked to let us park. The room itself has everything you need....well stocked kitchen, and nice beach chairs and towels, a cooler, boogie boards and some other toys. And that view!

This place was amazing! There are awesome ocean views and it is located right on a great beach. It is centrally located to just about everything. A few minutes from the Shops at Wailea and minutes away from bars, restaurants and shops in Kihei.

We had a wonderful time! The place was clean and well stocked and the beach access was perfect. The beach was not crowded at all compared to the other beaches. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved staying at your place!

Highly recommend this property! It was so nice to be able to be right on the beach and the pool was nice too! The space is very clean and comes equipped with all the beach essentials you would want! Only thing to note is the neighborhood is very residential so not really any restaurants or shops to walk to. Although there is a general store downstairs which was nice!

Everything about this condo was perfect, from the reservation process and the access to the condo upon arrival to the stay throughout our week there. The condo had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equiped, but you will need to pick up some coffee. Most of all, the location and beach views from this 8th story unit were exceptional! We spent hours on the lanai balcony enjoying sunrises and sunsets while listening to waves crash on the shore. Don’t miss out on a stay in this unit! We will be back, and we will rent this unit again.

We have stayed at the Mana Kai several times and this unit was the best in terms of being modern and high quality. The location in the building is good- can't beat that view, but we don't love being on the 8th floor. The freezer wasn't working correctly, but they fixed it no problem. Very convenient to have nice beach chairs and beach towels (4 each). The umbrella was a bit small and flimsy but better than nothing. It was a great week & we will definitely be back!

We had a great stay! Amazing location on the beach. Internet worked well (video meetings without much problem), nice warm showers, nice cool rooms from the AC units. We ran into the people staying next to us one morning and they apologized for their screaming baby - we didn’t even know there was a baby next door, couldn’t hear it crying in our unit! But maybe do bring ear plugs for the roosters in the morning, you can hear those :)

Wish we would have stayed longer! Perfect location right on the beach. Room had beach toys, chairs, umbrella, and towels. No snorkeling gear but it wasn’t a problem since there was a rental shop right on site!

Had a wonderful stay at Mana Kai 810. The resort is in a perfect location sitting on the border of Wailea/Makena and also really close the the main part of Kihei. The pool was clean and refreshing. The room was great for our family of 4. You could hear the waves at night and watch the whales during the day. There was a sunset view but it is better if you go and sit on the lawn or the beach. Would definitely return. The staff at My Perfect Stays made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay.

This property is right on a public beach access. Wonderful spot to snorkel and walk on the beach. Daily whale watching during our late February visit. Mornings are calm and later was always windy. Unit 810 is top floor so able to see over the palms. Unit is very nice! Main bed is not comfortable. One side is sunken and we both woke daily with sore backs. The beach chairs and towels with the unit are really nice! Laundry is just down the hall with tokens purchased at front desk. Coffee pot makes good coffee but makes a mess when pouring. 5 Palms restaurant onsite is delicious. Can rent snorkeling gear/paddle boards/kayaks on site also. Staff in Mana Kai were always helpful and pleasant. I would love to stay in this unit again if they replace the mattress. MyPerfectStay communicated very well. We never needed to contact them but have confidence they would have helped if we needed it.

Amazing vacation in paradise! The view of the ocean was spectacular. We watched whales breach right from the balcony. Unit was beautiful, very clean and well equipped. Enjoyed the sun, beach walks and snorkeling (including spotting a turtle right in front of the condo). We will be back to Mana Kai 810!!!

We stayed Jan 2021. The property was beautiful and very quiet ( I’m sure due to covid) it had amazing views and everything was perfect . We usually stay at 5 star resorts and this unit ranked up with it in presentation . Our unit had everything we needed . All the extra beach gear, spices for cooking and high end extras were appreciated. The items in the unit were all new, clean and complete. We could watch whales all day right from our lanai. The only downfall for any further renters would be to note that there is a gravel public parking lot on the street side of the property . The public shared the common grass area that this building used. The wild rosters in the area also made sure to let everyone know when to wake up . They didn’t bother us but some may have issues with them . Thank you for providing us with a beautiful place .
