Mahana at Kaanapali resort is located on Kaanapali’s North Beach just beyond the famous ‘Black Rock’. Prepare to enjoy the relaxing breeze, incredible climate, and colorful sunsets every day! At Mahana 517, you’ll experience it all! With its endless Pacific views and the islands of Lanai and Molokai off in the distance, you’ll be in paradise and not want to go home!
Mahana 517 is a stunning 1-bedroom/1 bath, 5th floor condo that can accommodate up to 4 guests. This beautifully updated condo has unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean as well as the islands of Molokai and Lanai. The front of the condo (living and bedroom) has floor to ceiling glass windows, providing breathtaking ocean views throughout the unit. From the spacious lanai you can relax, sip your delicious Maui coffee provided in your welcome gift, take in the magnificent sunsets, as well as spot turtles and watch whales breach during the winter months. The magical Maui winds will keep things cool, but this unit also features central A/C which feels fantastic after a long day in the sun.
The open concept layout features tasteful and stylish Hawaiian inspired decor and furnishings with artwork. Relax on the large sofa while watching the impressive flat screen TV, all with ocean and tropical views every way you look. The fully equipped and spacious kitchen has everything you need to make all your meals in house.
Step inside the serene and tranquil master bedroom featuring a luxurious King size bed, dramatic ocean views with lanai access, and access to the bathroom offering a tub/shower combo. Pack light as there is a large washer and dryer within the unit for your convenience. You'll enjoy free Wifi and cable throughout. The sofa converts to a Queen size bed for additional guests.
The Mahana at Ka’anapali is a well-known upscale resort located at the north end of famous Ka’anapali Beach. This resort offers a quiet surrounding, but is close in proximity to the Ka’anapali Resort area and Whalers Village. Enjoy the ocean boardwalk that starts at Mahana Resort, perfect for walking, jogging and taking in the sunset on Ka'anapali Beach. The beach is directly in front of the resort and there is also a heated pool, heated whirlpool spa, tennis court, shuffleboard court, and pickleball court on the property. You also have access to poolside bath houses with showers as well as a BBQ area for guest use. There are no additional resort or parking fees.
My Perfect Stays will provide a cooler as well as a complementary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.
Please note the sand levels at the Mahana Beach can vary depending on the conditions. A larger beach also starts on the south side of the resort and continues for miles! This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Complimentary concierge is available to all our guests.
NOTE: Please be advised that Mahana Resort will undergo roof maintenance from approximately May 1st, 2024, to July 24, 2024. During this period, the building's air conditioning system will be temporarily unavailable. Additionally, please anticipate noise associated with these repairs from Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm. Kindly note that dates are subject to change. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this maintenance period.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
