The Mahana at Ka’anapali is a well-known upscale resort located at the north end of famous Ka’anapali Beach. This beautifully remodeled, ocean front, third floor condo has unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean as well as the islands of Molokai and Lanai. The front of the condo (living and bedroom) has floor to ceiling glass windows, providing breathtaking views throughout the condo. From the spacious lanai you can relax, sip delicious Maui coffee provided in your welcome gift, take in the magnificent sunsets, as well as watch turtles and whales!

This one bedroom condo is remodeled throughout, with Australian river rock kitchen countertops, custom cabinets, and an updated bathroom that features a large shower. The unit also features a large washer and dryer; very convenient for washing beach towels and other items at the unit. Recently, more updates were completed, including the addition of new artwork, mirrors, décor, chair cushions, a brand new bed in the bedroom and a refreshed paint job.

Mahana 308 sleeps up to four guests and includes the following additional features:

New King size bed and Queen size sofa sleeper
Full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances
Convenient washer and dryer
Central air conditioning and ceiling fans
Free WiFi (wireless internet)
Flat-screen TVs
Beach chairs, towels and cooler
All natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion

The Mahana at Ka’anapali offers a quiet surrounding, but is in close proximity to the Ka’anapali Resort area and Whalers Village. You can easily walk to the nearby restaurants and shops. The beach is directly in front of the resort and there is also a pool and tennis court on the property. The sand levels at the Mahana Beach can vary depending on the conditions.  A larger beach also starts on the south side of the resort and continues for miles! There are no additional resort or parking fees.

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on island property management company. Complimentary concierge is available to all our guests.

**PLEASE NOTE** The Mahana Resort is undergoing a lanai Spalling Project that is tentatively scheduled to be completed by the end of January 2021 on level 3 of the Molokai building. During the hours of 7AM-5PM Monday-Friday, there may be construction noise, as well as scaffolding near the lanai and window areas of unit 308**  

As of 9/16/20 Governor Ige of Hawaii has re-opened the islands to off-island visitors no longer subject to the 14-day quarantine beginning 10/15/20. Visitors will be required to take a Covid-19 test and show negative results within 3 days of arrival on Maui. If you are looking to travel and stay prior to 10/15/20, please contact us directly regarding accommodations and note that if you have already completed a 14-day quarantine on the island, we will need proof of this. Any inter-island travelers, please note that we will require proof of residency. Should a guest need to extend their stay for any reason, the guest agrees to pay for any additional nights stayed in the unit. This must first be approved by My Perfect Stays. Please visit https://hidot.hawaii.gov/coronavirus/ for clarification on the State's current travel requirements.
 
In the event that the traveler tests positive for Covid-19 3 days prior to arrival on Maui, My Perfect Stays will issue a full refund. Travelers will be required to provide proof of the positive test.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy:
(Effective for bookings made 5/1/20 or after)
Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
