Mahana 1019 is a modern, thoughtfully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that can accommodate up to 6 guests featuring two master suites with king-size beds and a queen-size sofa bed in the living area. This oceanfront condo has unobstructed panoramic oceanfront views and boasts a unique corner location. From the spacious lanai, you can relax, take in the magnificent sunsets, and occasionally spot our beloved green sea turtles or Humpback whales during the winter months. Relax on the large sectional sofa while watching the impressive flat-screen TV while staying cool with central A/C. The fully equipped and spacious kitchen has everything you need to make all your meals in-house and features gorgeous cabinets and granite countertops. 

As you step inside the first master bedroom featuring a luxurious king-size bed, you'll be in awe of the dramatic ocean views and access to the lanai area. The initial master suite has a flat-screen TV with an impressive ensuite bathroom offering dual sinks and a walk-in shower.  The second master suite also provides a comfortable king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and dual shower heads! Pack light as there is a large washer and dryer within the unit for your convenience. 

***Notice of ongoing project at Mahana - Molokai Tower:
- Beginning on March 24, 2025, pre-construction mobilization begins and that includes hoisting materials to the roof, installing barricades and other safety precautions, setting the crane in place, etc.
- Starting April 21, 2025, with an estimated end date of June 25, 2025, there will be a Heating, Ventilation, and AC outage for the entire building. 
- Noise is expected between April 21 for approximately thirty days. Noisy work may also be extended depending on the amount of spalling that is found.
- Potential water outages will be brief with advance notice, when possible.

The Mahana at Ka’anapali is a well-known upscale resort located at the north end of Ka’anapali Beach. The Mahana is close to the Ka’anapali Resort area and Whalers Village Shopping Center. You will enjoy the convenience of nearby restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and a local grocery store.  The sand levels at the beach located in front of the resort can vary depending on the conditions and tides, but there is a sandy entry to the ocean. Please check in with local experts on weather and swimming conditions before entering the water. The resort also features a pool and tennis court on the property.  Pool towels can be found near the lobby area and are available for all guests. There are no additional resort or parking fees.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
