Notification of construction: There will be a roof replacement project at the resort from 5/8/23 for approximately twelve weeks. You can expect equipment in the parking lot, noise from the removal and installation of the roofs and likely dust in the immediate area being worked on.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
