The condo had everything we wanted - a well stocked kitchen, a beautiful view, a comfy bed and it was very quiet. The welcome basket was a nice touch too. We loved watching the whales, sea turtles, and sail boats from our deck! We walked the beautiful beach for miles every day. The harbor was only a couple blocks away, which was so convenient for going out on water excursions. We would love to stay here again!

The balcony was the reason we booked this rental and it did not disappoint… it was amazing to have our coffee and dinners on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the dozens of turtles floating at the wave break onto the little beach in front of the rental. It was very quiet and we could not hear any of the neighbors. The kitchen was well stocked, and we found it easy to make meals. It was also convenient and a plus to have a clothes, washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. We definitely used the beach gear which included chairs, towels, and multiple coolers. However, beach umbrellas were not included, so we went out and bought one, which I suggested that they start to include for future rentals. We did not use the pool or hot tub but they looked well taken care of. And in general, the location was quite easy to access all parts of the island. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would recommend it, if not for the views alone.

Honestly, I have to say that the visit couldn’t have been any better. First of all the view! Wow!!! The condo is beautiful, has everything I needed and more. The area is very quiet and close to everything. Next time on Maui I hope this condo is available again. Loved it all !!! Thank you so much.

Had a wonderful 6-day stay on the ocean. Pictures an accurately depict the location. Was very quiet, which is what I was looking to experience. Very nice by the ocean, with easy turtle watching, even from our balcony. Nice lawns and beach is very close. Very happy with our choice.

We had beautiful views of the ocean from the unit and from the pool. Very quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to Aquarium & Maalaea Harbor. There is only one street with condos in this area so it is not crowded or touristy. The unit was nice and had everything we needed. We are planning to return!

This unit had everything we needed for our 12 days on Maui this January. We watched whales and turtles everyday from our lanai and the beach park at the end of the street is perfect for beach walks (miles of beach with no houses or businesses) and is like having your own private beach. This condo is centrally located on the island and quiet compared to other areas of the island that are packed with tourist. Close enough to the harbor if you want to go on a tour or walk to the store or ocean center. The apartment is just the right size for 2 people and would be comfortable for 3. Everything is high quality including the kitchenware. We found an aluminum sheet roll, salt, pepper, oil and sugar in the cupboards which came in handy, travel size dish soap, bars of soap, hand lotion, shampoo and conditioner were there on arrival, but if you will be showering daily and staying for more than 5 days I would recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner as extra. There were also laundry and cleaning supplies, I encourage you to go through all the cupboards on your first day to explore. The balcony view is unparalleled and sunrises are stunning, but you may find it too hot to sit there when the sun is low between 7:30 am and 2 pm. The shared pool and BBQ facilities were always completely free when we stayed there so we had it to ourselves when we wanted it. Parking was always available. Self check-in and self parking on arrival was easy. If you are sensitive to light I recommend sleeping in the bedroom rather than the living room, or bringing a good eye mask, as there are only partial blinds. The location was great for accessing any part of the island but you would need to drive everywhere. I would definitely stay there again.

The room, photos and descriptions were very accurate. Each day on time a day from the balcony I could count, at least a dozen turtles, slightly submerged in the water just in front of the property. The location is quiet right on the water and if you're renting a car, the West beaches are only about 20 to 30 minutes away or Kihei is very close. All in all it was a great stay.

We enjoyed so much about our stay here. Sea turtles were often on the small beach right behind the condo. We saw whales from the balcony! The place is very well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable including everything from beach chairs to laundry detergent! The central location made it easy to explore many places on the island. We could even walk to the harbor for our excursions, shopping, and dining. It was clean and comfortable. We hope to come back again.

We needed a last minute place to stay and I was able to get ahold of My perfect stays and get in a unit the same day. Unbelievably good service. THE UNIT WAS EMACULATELY DECORATED AND CLEAN. The Hawaiian music and air conditioning started was a warm welcome. Really appreciated the upgraded mattress on the sofa bed, lots of amenities like spices and bug spray.

Love this location. Also, there is ac for the living room AND bedroom which is great and worked really quickly. Pull out couch is pretty comfy, and still leaves room in the living room. Bedroom bed is an adjustable sleep Number queen size bed. They provided plenty of paper towels (lasted our entire 2 week stay with extra) and a good amount of toilet paper to start. There is a regular coffee maker and a fancy Keurig machine also. There was already coffee filters and we left more so check that before you buy a big pack. The view from the lanai is why we chose it (we stayed in this condo complex previously but another rental place.) We found it conveniently located to get to Lahaina, Kahului and Kihei/Wailea. It’s our second visit to Maui and not our last. I will definitely check for other My Perfect Stays for our next Hawaii vacation.

Great place!! Very responsive host. AirBnB was centrally located in south Maui. Close to airport, and even drives to road to Hana and the national park. Very clean, quite and peaceful!! The view says it all :)

Beyond expectations! Truly. The room was clean and filled with amenities, too many to list. The bed was comfy. The AC was excellent. Too many TV remotes tho, but so what. The concierge was on it and very helpful. Great communication before hand too. The only laugh was on me, as it was our first time at a 'self serve' spot. Kept looking for someone at the front desk to check in with, until I realized it was a self-serve, turn-key operation. Of course we went whale watching on a boat and snorkeling with turtles, but we didn't need to bc of our third floor view!! We saw the turtles right from our balcony, not 20 yards away! Same with the breeching whales, 300 - 700 yards away. Friendly neighbors too. Everyone seemed quite happy and why not. We'll do it again and will try for the same spot and room. Much quieter in Maalaea than elsewhere. Great parking and quick access to everything. Highly recommended. Mahalo.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean, well provisioned, amazing views, dual split AC, W/D and all new appliances. The condo grounds were well maintained, pool was clean and un-crowded, and BBQ grills available without waiting. Amazing views from the balcony: 100% guaranteed whale sighting every time we scanned the horizon, and sea turtles resting on the small beach area. Short walk down to Maalea Beach for long walks and beachcombing. Property management was very responsive to inquiries and issues. This was our first time staying in the Maalea Harbor area and we definitely appreciated the quieter atmosphere relative to the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas.

Place and view were amazing. With but a few minor issues with one shade not working on the patio door, couldn’t get the bedroom tv to bring up channels, and the bathroom fan didn’t work. Everything was very nice.

Unit is as advertised. Very clean and well equipped. The view out the back of the unit is spectacular. The first full day we were there we had a problem with the unit. The manager of the property contacted the owner who was very responsive. He contacted the management company (My Perfect Stays), and they responded immediately and were very communicative during the process of fixing the issue. I would not hesitate to stay at this unit again. 5 stars.

advertising photos are an accurate reflection of this beautiful condo. Amazing ocean view, super clean and well stocked. Unfortunately, we were given the wrong door code so getting in the condo on the first day was an obstacle. My Perfect Stay property managers were reachable by phone and were able to rectify the issue in a short time period. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here.

We had a fantastic stay in Ma'alaea. The Condo was clean and looked just like the pictures. We had everything we needed plus more. The beach at Haycraft Park (2 min walk) was nice and quiet. We would definitely recommend this Condo.

Ma’alaea Banyans unit 314 is in the perfect location to enjoy all of Maui! It’s 15 minutes from the airport, close to shopping and central to anywhere on the island. The view from this unit is breathtaking! You can see turtles from the lanai, watch the sunrise over Mt Haleakala, and take a short walk to Sugar Beach. This unit offers concierge services through My Perfect Stays. The condo has all the amenities including washer, dryer, ice maker, free Wi-fi, cable TV, pool access and the only jacuzzi in the area! The trade winds keep it cool 24/7 and there is AC as well. The beds are comfortable. The place is immaculately clean. The unit is in a prime location in the building away from the elevator. I can’t wait to come back!
