This 3rd-floor condo features beautiful craftsmanship and tasteful furnishings and décor as well as an excellent Maui location! Luana Kai 305C is a top-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The private lanai is a fabulous spot to entertain with space to dine and lounge, Maui style! While on the lanai, sip a cup of Maui-grown coffee while you take in the sights, smells, and sounds of paradise. In the evenings, you’ll be privy to some epic sunsets over the Pacific.

The open floor plan extends to the main living area, which features a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV with cable, and complimentary Wi-Fi. This condo stays cool with 3 split AC systems or enjoy wonderful ocean breezes and ceiling fans throughout. Whip up something (try a poke bowl) in the gorgeous, newly updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and counter seating. Take a trip upstairs where you'll find the master bedroom which offers a comfortable king-size bed, TV, and en suite bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom downstairs offers a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and an XL twin bed above. The perfect family setup! The guest bathroom, also downstairs, features a beautiful wood vanity with granite countertops and a walk-in shower. This condo has a private washer and dryer for added convenience.

We provide a smart lock with a unique access code for easy self-check-in. There are no resort or parking fees.

We love this location away from the busy tourist streets. It was a bonus having the pickle ball courts outside our complex.

This area of Maui is the best for getting to anywhere you want. The overall complex was so pretty. Lush grounds, ocean facing, not high rise. It felt very welcoming. They lit torches throughout the property at night. The pool and hot tub faced the ocean and had a large covered lanai with tables and chairs. There is a nice outdoor kitchen with grills, a prep area, and a fridge. In the evenings, this area was a lovely community area where people shared stories about their day. The unit itself was ideal for our family. All of the appliances and kitchen utensils/pots and pans - everything that was useful was there. This is not always the case with vacation rentals! The beds were quiet and comfortable. I loved being here and already miss it.

Beautiful condo with a nice ocean view. Quiet part of Kihei with ample parking, swimming pool and nearby pickleball/tennis court. If you're looking for a condo to stay in as opposed to a hotel this was a great choice!

We had a lovely stay at this unit! Kitchen is really well stocked. Better than many other places we’ve stayed. Beds were comfy. The view is to die for. And the pool area is really nice too! Would stay again!

Everything was perfect from start to finish! The condo was lovely with all the amenities and beautiful surroundings! Well maintained, very clean and comfortable and came with everything we needed for our vacation. The location was perfect for beautiful sunsets and access to everything! We love this place and can’t wait to come back!

Week at Luana kai

Luana Kai is a beautiful relaxing place. The pool area is clean and the water is crystal clear. We sat by the pool and relaxed in between beach adventures. They have bbqs and a little kitchen available also. The condo was nice. One room had two single beds which we didn’t use. It was just my husband and I. The upstairs bedroom has a king size bed which was very comfortable and a huge walk in shower. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. They have beach chairs, a small ice chest and bath size beach towels. The condo is on the 3rd floor so you will have to do some climbing. I figured the stairs balanced out the delicious desserts. There are many restaurants stores and beaches very close by. We had a wonderful time.

Luana Kai - Five Star

We enjoyed our stay at Luana Kai C305! The condo had everything we could ever need to enjoy our trip! Having the park in front of the condo to enjoy pickle ball and tennis was a nice addition. Walking on the beach in front of the condo was peaceful and we even saw sea turtles sleeping! All the beds and linens were super comfortable and there was nothing lacking. We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers, the condo was a great size, we all had our spaces and didn’t feel on top of each other. Enjoying bbq poolside was a great way to meet other people. We couldn’t recommend this condo more!

Amazing vacation! The condo was absolutely perfect! Very clean and comfortable! It had absolutely everything we needed for our incredible Maui vacation! Spacious Condo with Lots of Upgrades and Beautiful Ocean Views

We had a lovely week long stay at this condo! It was clean, had beautiful views, a great air conditioning system, and every detail was taken care of perfectly. The pillows were fluffy and plentiful, the towels were numerous, and everything looked exactly like the photos. Luana Kai is mostly two floor units with lofts as the second bedroom, but this condo has been remodeled to make the second bedroom a true second bedroom. The two-story layout allows you to really get personal space. That makes this unit extra special! We would definitely stay here again. A pleasant surprise was how warm and friendly the other guests were at the pool. You feel like you are really staying in a community when you are at Luana Kai. Even the long term residents are happy to have you there and chat it up poolside. Our kids played with other kids on the grass in the evenings, and the BBQ area is just pristine. We BBQd by the poolside for every meal that we were eating in the condo. There is even a microwave and fridge poolside! We loved this location in North Kihei. Close to Ululani's Shave Ice and Kahului, but also not too far from our favorite beaches in Makena. This is a great in between location. However, while the beach in front of the condo looks beautiful from a distance, it does not have that nice soft Maui sand like the Wailea and South Kihei beaches. This is more of a beach to paddleboard on in the early morning or watch the sunset at night. You will need to drive 10-20 minutes to access beaches to lounge on or snorkel on during the day. We knew that about the location beforehand, so there were no surprises there, but it is just an important part to be aware of.
