Direct oceanfront condo! Lauloa 102 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor condo with a large lanai is well-appointed and offers all the comforts of home. Unit 102 can accommodate up to 4 guests. Enjoy in-house meals using the well-equipped kitchen. This home stays cool with split A/C in every room, ceiling fans, and wonderful ocean breezes on windy days. After a day in the sun, enjoy the leather couch and 70” large flat-screen TV!
You can be lulled to sleep by the sound of waves on a comfortable king-size bed in the master bedroom or a Queen-size bed in the guest bedroom. All bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs equipped with cable. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower. There is also a guest bathroom that features a shower/tub combination. This condo has a private washer and dryer, for added convenience.
Lauloa Resort is located at Ma'alaea Bay, near many attractions, shops, and restaurants. The resort features an oceanfront pool and BBQ area. Walk to Maui Ocean Center (Aquarium), take a sunset sail or whale watching tour from the nearby harbor, play miniature golf and more at Maui Golf & Sports Park, or shop at the Maui Harbor Shops. Ma'alaea is located in central Maui, bringing you closer to many excursions such as Hana or Haleakala. There are no resort or parking fees.

Scope of project: grinding the walkways down to the bare concrete (removing approximately nine layers of paint) and applying a new base coat. We loved this property. This first floor condo had a Fantastic View , veranda and even had feeding sea turtles right at our sea wall . The location was just what we needed and was very comfortable and spotless.
The property management assisted us with anything we needed promptly.
We would definitely recommend this condo.

Had a wonderful time during our stay at Lauloa 102. The location is excellent. An easy ride from the airport, and the perfect spot to plan the day's activities whether going north, south or eastward. The unit is very comfortable, patio opens up to the bay, steps to the pool and BBQ area, easy parking. My Perfect Stays made the whole reservation, arrival, and final departure details seamless. I highly recommend this unit and look forward to returning.

We absolutely loved our stay @ Lauloa 102. Perfect set up for 2 couples - we each had private bedroom/bathroom. The condo was clean & well stocked with cookware for eating in, and also with essentials (paper towel, toilet paper, tissue, etc). The most enjoyable part was sitting on lanai, watching the sunrise over Haleakala. The pool was literally 10 steps from our lanai, so easy to jump in for a quick dip! Location in Maalaea was central & convenient for our sightseeing. Preferred this quiet area vs the busier resort areas on the island. This unit will be my choice to stay for next visit to Maui!

It's so nice when the actual home lives up to the photos! That was certainly the case with Lauloa 102. We loved being steps from the pool and being able to look out over the ocean with no buildings in front of us. And the location was central to every place we planned to visit - halfway between Ka'anapali and Kehei and just a short drive from the airport. The condo was very comfortable. Beds were great. Kitchen was well stocked -- and it was great being able to cook while still looking at that stunning ocean view and visit with family in the living room or out on the lanai. Parking was just outside our door. And we could walk to the marina and aquarium! And it was a real bonus having beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear and boogie boards! We were not ready to leave after a week!

The condo was beautiful. The ocean view was the best part. My son enjoyed having the pool right outside. The condo was clean, well stocked, and inviting. We loved the ac. Cheyenne knew we were checking in later in the evening, we walked into a well lit condo with nice Hawaiian music playing. The welcome gift was such a cute gesture. The My Perfect Stays staff was easy to contact and provided help with ALOHA. We hope to return again. Mahalo for sharing your home with us.

Our stay had some hiccups but the management company was very responsive and worked hard to resolve. The pool is right outside. Beautiful view. We saw whales every morning in the distance while enjoying coffee.

I was completely satisfied with the vacation that we had in this beachfront condo. The view was spectacular and we saw numerous humpback whales . The condo had all the comforts of home and MyPerfect Stays staff were in contact throughout our trip to let us know they were always available. The on-site Manager of the condo Ivan was excellent from the time we arrived until we left. Activities were available through Blue Hawaii and a very special thanks to Heather Hayes who saved our dinner cruise. I enjoyed our stay so much that we’re thinking of booking again only this time it’ll be 3 weeks

We loved our ground floor property in Maalaea. This place had everything you needed - cooler, boogie board, beach towels, beach chairs, all the cooking items. The TV's were wonderful and the furniture and beds comfortable. We were able to walk every day to the little cafe and get coffee and breakfast if we wanted. We will definitely stay again.

We had an awesome time! They had everything you could hope for there was some beach gear in the closets which was a wonderful addition (chairs, towels and such) and the house/kitchen was fully stocked. Everything was great the location was perfect less than 20 Minutes from Lahaina… there’s only a gas station near by which closes pretty early so if you are near the airport or Lahaina for the day you need to grab it before you get home. The view every morning was so beautiful! I would 100% stay here again.

Good place, great location. Could have better communication with property management company who didn't send check in instructions till I inquired an hour before check in time. Also, it wasn't clear at the time of booking that we were responsible for taking the trash out and running the dishwasher even though there is a $500 cleaning fee. The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

If you're looking for a place with a great view, this is it! From the lanai (patio), you walk a few steps to the pool area. When you walk out the gate, you're near the water. The sound of the waves is peaceful and calming. The location was perfect as it was pretty much in the middle of the island that the distance anywhere you went would relatively take the same amount of time to get to. My Perfect Stays is quick in responding and very customer-friendly.

We had a great stay in unit 102! Location is great as it’s central. Saw tons of whales while sitting outside enjoying the view. Great little beach a 5 min walk away. So close to the harbour to take a sunset cruise or whale watching trip. Recommend this unit!

Great location. Centrally located to entire island. Very quiet while we were there. Watching the sunset every morning was so relaxing. Walking along the rocks every morning while having coffee was a nice change of pace. Parking was never full so we had no problems there.

This condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and looked as good or better than it’s pictures. We enjoyed the snorkeling, whale watching cruise, aquarium, and luau that were within a short walk if this condo. It is centrally located on a quiet street with absolutely breathtaking views of the ocean. I would highly recommend this spacious condo!

The condo is adorable and opens onto a grassy area by the pool with the ocean just beyond it. The beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. There are even beach chairs to use. Quiet at night with the ocean waves as a lullaby. I’d rent this place again!

Nice quiet complex, stunning views and and well stocked. Walked out of the living room and was watching turtles with 30 seconds. Check in and departure were contactless and simple. Plenty of room for 4 Adults and 2 vehicles. Will return.

The condo was better than expected. Great central location, easy to get anywhere on the island, very well stocked, super clean and easy to access. We took advantage of the beach chairs, beach towels and cooler for trips to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Lauloa 102 is in a great location to explore the island and very well stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. We especially enjoyed use of the beach chairs and cooler for our island outings. There's a beautiful public beach at the end of the road that felt like a hidden gem. We hope to return again.

Our stay at this condo overall went well. The unit has been updated and has a nice feel to it. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms worked out great for our family of 4. The master bedroom is a sliding door and is made out of a thin paper product so if you are trying to get some sleep and people are talking in the living room it makes it hard. The beach chairs were great and we used them quite a bit. Travel times to get places took a little longer than I had hoped because of the location but it wasn't too bad most of the time. The view of the bay was great, It seemed to have a little more wind than other parts of the island.

This unit was wonderful. The view is absolutely amazing. You can actually observe sea turtles on the property. Property is well maintained and quiet. The pool was outside our door and rarely occupied. Staying on the South Shore of the island was perfect. Centrally located and very close to the airport. Able to walk to the Aquarium, shops, and a few stores. My PerfectStays are excellent hosts. They were easy to get a hold of and extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend and stay again when on Maui.

This was an AMAZING rental! Wow! The location was easily accessible to the airport, East Maui, road to Hana, and even getting over to Lahaina. The back porch over looks the pool area, but beyond that is the ocean and the sound of the waves each morning made our coffee sipping that much better. Many people have left beach items that were perfect for our family and the size was just right for four adults and an infant. We had a hornet nest situation that was handled quickly thanks to the condo association worker and my perfect stays. The condo was clean and well prepared for our stay! We thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back!

We greatly enjoyed our Stay at Lauloa 102. The apt is very comfortable and the remodel is beautiful. The apt is very conveniently located with easy reach to multiple destination in Maui. The kitchen is well appointed. Great service from My Perfect Stays. This is the best view we have ever had when we did BBQ on the terrace. We highly recommend for a family of 4.

This condo was the perfect place for our stay. We had a 4-month old with us, so it worked out perfectly. We were lucky enough to have the pool and a fabulous ocean view just outside our door. It was very clean and well equipped with everything that we needed for the week. It is a little bit out of the way, and getting food delivered is a little difficult, but right around the corner in walking distance was a wonderful aquarium and it was about a 20-30 minute pleasurable drive to Lahaina. It was also very close to the airport (OGG). This was well worth the money and I would highly recommend it.

Great location....central to airport, western Maui, road to Hana, kielbasa aquarium and Maui Brewery. Condo has everything you need. Have to admit we left two beach towels at Kapalua Bay and could not find them.

Great central location (assuming you have access to transportation). Proximity allowed us to go to sleep listening to the ways. Access to beach amenities made snorkeling visits easy. Space was perfect for three adults and easily great for two couples if needed. Maui Ocean Center was a nice surprise and could walk to it and other shops and restaurants. Beach Bums was nice and their onion rings were first-rate. Not too far from the Northwest Maui and activities plus an easy ride to the airport.

Very good location overall. Close to airport (downside was on flight path but grew used to it quickly- and I am a light sleeper). Close to Paia, road to Hana, etc. We spent first week in Kaanapali which was more touristy experience. Easy walk to Maui Ocean Centre (don’t miss!) and a couple of decent restaurants. And harbour for whale watching, catamaran cruises, etc. Kitchen well stocked - could use a new fry pan. New appliances including whisper-quiet dishwasher. New washer and dryer. Hosts thought of everything. Loved being on ocean. Didn’t realize this is windiest spot on island but condos break the wind. Lovely views of sunrise. Shoji screen separating principal bedroom from living room is great in daytime as it makes condo feel more spacious. Privacy was problem at night though as we were 2 couples and one partner of other couple was night owl - felt way too close as he sat on couch on other side of screen every night. This was our problem though as we had no idea their sleeping habits were very different from each other and ours! Wish we had had this discussion beforehand. Bedrooms are well separated, we just didn’t factor in night owl situation.

What a great little spot! The space is exactly as described and is sparkling clean. There is ample parking, the view is fantastic, the hosts are extremely welcoming & communicative. We did not need anything during our stay but you can rest assured if you did need anything they would take care of you instantly. The kitchen is fully loaded for any cooking you may want to do. There were 4 adults in our stay and it was very comfortable and we didn't feel cramped once. There are 3 individual A/C units, one in each bedroom and one in the living room, and this made it possible for everyone to sleep how they like and I think that was one of the most appreciated things; since some of us sleep cold and some sleep hot and no one had to sacrifice their nights sleep for temperature! I think the best surprise though was all the beach gear available for use - nice chairs, volleyball, snorkels, a cooler - you name it! It was one of those awesome extra offerings that made this unit stand out above the rest. You can't beat what you get with this unit. There is a little general store 0.3 miles-ish up the way from the unit that has some quick food, smoothies/bowls, grocery items and even beer/cocktails. We swung by here most mornings to grab a coffee before heading back to watch the sunrise at our place. Can't say enough good things about our stay - this was a great location & a great place to come "home" to every night.

Our stay was great! The location is central so it’s good to travel in any direction on the island and was convenient for the sunrise whale watching tour. Quiet, clean, and nice upgrades!

We love the condo! Will definitely rebook it in the future. The condo is 15 minutes away from the Kihei beaches, restaurants, and stores. Our favorite beach for this stay was Charley Young Beach at Kihei, big and beautiful. The owner provided ice chest, beach towels, chairs, shade, etc., which made our beach times very comfortable. The condo is roomy and was perfect for the 4 of us. We have two grown up children, so my daughter had to sleep on the couch, wish it was a sofa bed, but it worked just fine. The view - It is incredible! There is a swimming pool right outside the back door and there are BBQ too. The ocean is 50 feet away from the back door, just like the picture that the owner presented. We watched sun rise from the Volcano Haleakala in the morning when it was not cloudy, we enjoyed the afternoon sun in the backyard watching the boats, and the best of all, at the last day, we saw whales! Besides the Kihei beach, we also explored Kaanapali and Napili beaches. We drove up to the summit of the Volcano Haleakala, hiked down to the crater, drove the road to Hana, did zip-lining and helicopter tour. It was a perfect trip! Perfect stay! We had such an amazing time here! The sunrise/sunset views were spectacular, we enjoyed many mornings on the patio which were peaceful since not many people seemed to be around the condo. The condo was very clean with an updated kitchen and had everything we needed, including coolers and some beach gear. Although the waterfront outside the condo is rocky, there is a nice beach within walking distance. We will definitely stay here for our next family trip to Maui!

For our family, Ma'alaea is the perfect base location for a stay on Maui and this particular unit was wonderful with its ground floor orientation. Ma'alaea's central location is great to enjoy everything the island of Maui has to offer. Lauloa is on a small street of similar condos and is very quiet and relaxing. The view from the lanai was fantastic with the beaches and town of Kihei across the bay, as well as the volcano and south Maui. On top of the scores of sea turtles that we were able to see daily in the ocean outside the condo. The sea bed directly in front of the condo is completely rocky--DO NOT LET THIS DETER YOU--this is the reason sea turtles are so prevalent in this area and there are many many other beaches to enjoy. This unit is very well equipped, clean, convenient and completely comfortable.. Everything we needed to enjoy the beaches was inside the condo for our use. September is a great time to visit Maui to avoid crowds. However, this means that condo repairs and renovations are being done. Since we were only in our unit to shower and sleep this was ok, had we needed to stay in our unit though out the day time it could have become annoying. Just remember to speak to management before you book if traveling in the off season. The central A/C worked very well and was a life saver as September is also one of Maui's warmest months. The on site management team was very good and the check in/out process couldn't have been easier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. If I HAD to find anything not absolutely wonderful about this unit, I guess I could be pushed to wonder if maybe the mattress in the Master bedroom might be updated, but truthfully the existing mattress is comfortable. I will definitely recommend this unit to others and should we visit Maui again, this unit will be my first inquiry for lodging. Mahalo!

Tastefully decorated, surprisingly well-stocked, and perfect location. We loved avoiding the crowds of tourists by staying in this idyllic, quiet condo. Fully stocked kitchen allowed us to eat in for breakfast, pack out lunch, and even make a couple dinners. Our kids loved being steps from the pool and I loved being able to sit on the lanai while keeping an eye on them. You can't beat the view, and the beach supplies (chairs, boogie boards, snorkels, and cooler) made for fun family beach days. Thanks for thinking of everything and giving us such a comfortable place from which to explore Maui!

Beautiful view from lanai. Very clean condo. Oceanfront but no easy beach access. Central location made it easy to drive to both West and South Maui. Only wish there were more eating options within walking distance.

Gorgeous condo in Maui.. the views outside were stunning. While we were there, the surf outside was very high so with that came a lot of surfers and people watching. That made sleeping in a little difficult but we planned early days anyway. The kitchen was fully equipped and they even had a washer/dryer which was extremely convenient! Overall, we had an amazing time staying here and would highly recommend!
