Lauloa Resort is located in central Maui at Ma'alaea, making it easy to explore all corners of this beautiful island. Walking distance from this condo are the Harbor shops, an area filled with restaurants, shops, and the Ocean Center Aquarium. Ocean excursions are easy to catch from nearby Ma'alaea Harbor.
Lauloa 102 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom ground floor condo with a large lanai is well appointed and offers all the comforts of home. Enjoy in-house meals using the well-equipped kitchen. This home stays cool with split A/C in every room, ceiling fans and wonderful ocean breezes. After a day in the sun, enjoy the leather reclining electric couch and 70” large flat screen TV!
You will be lulled to sleep by the sound of waves on a comfortable King size bed in the master bedroom or a Queen size bed in the guest bedroom. All bedrooms feature TV's equipped with cable. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower. There is also a guest bathroom that features a shower/tub combination. This condo has a private washer and dryer, for added convenience.
Stay connected with complimentary WiFi throughout. My Perfect Stays provides a starter set of natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion. Beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler are also provided.
Lauloa Resort is located at Ma'alaea Bay, near many attractions, shops and restaurants. The resort features an ocean front pool and BBQ area. Walk to Maui Ocean Center (Aquarium), take a sunset sail or whale watching tour from the nearby harbor, play miniature golf and more at Maui Golf & Sports Park, or shop at the Maui Harbor Shops. Ma'alaea is located in central Maui, bringing you closer to many excursions such as Hana or Haleakala. There are no resort or parking fees.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
